本发明属于海水养殖领域,具体涉及一种有机矛尾虾虎鱼养殖方法。
背景技术
矛尾复虾虎鱼(Synechogobiushasta),俗称油光鱼、狗光鱼、胖头鱼、沙光鱼、海鲇鱼、扔巴鱼、尖巴鱼、尖梭鱼。为鲈形目、虾虎鱼科、复虾虎鱼属、暖温性中小型底层杂食性鱼类,耐温性和耐盐性超强。主要分布于北太平洋西部,我国黄渤海海域分布极广。虾虎鱼肉质鲜嫩、口感润滑,营养丰富,骨刺少而细软,深受消费者的青睐。随着近海资源的日渐枯竭,其产量呈连年下降趋势。所以如何提高养殖成功率成为了学者们研究的焦点。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种有机矛尾虾虎鱼养殖方法,包括如下步骤:
1、转换期:
矛尾虾虎鱼养殖作为封闭式水域养殖,按照有机标准进行转换期的转换。将原来不进行养殖的海水盐场一级卤水蒸发池改造。
2、平行生产:
所有的矛尾虾虎鱼都按照有机标准进行,在养殖场内不允许进行常规性养殖。
3、矛尾虾虎鱼苗的引入控制:
引入的矛尾虾虎鱼苗应为有机矛尾虾虎鱼苗,当不能得到有机矛尾虾虎鱼苗时,允许引入常规的鱼苗。
4、养殖场的选址:
a)养殖基地水面旁边的天然水域,不能受到任何污染。养殖场周围水生生态和周围水生、陆生生态系统平衡,有助于保持所在水域的生物多样性。原来的超过千亩到几千亩,水位60~70cm的海水盐田初级蒸发池改造成单个100~500亩,水位120~150cm的养殖池。四个边坡10~20米外设置环沟,环沟的宽度20~30米,深度40~60cm。有条件的每个池塘可以设置独立排水系统(称为“非”型),没有条件的可以上游的排水口是下游的进水口,水流呈现“S”型。
b)养殖区采用大坝、生产路、大型排水渠与外界进行隔离,有利于对水质生产环境的检查。
5、养殖水质要求:
水质必须符合GB11607《渔业水质标准》的要求。
6、饵料的提供:
本公司有机矛尾虾虎鱼虾养殖除投喂丰年虫、混养有机南美白对虾苗,不再投喂任何的饵料。
7、人工养殖:
1)、池底预处理:水排干,每亩使用生石灰50~200公斤,低洼处适当多用,用机械翻耕20~30cm,晾晒30天以上。
2)、前期水处理:种虾养殖池用水全部从水处理池取水,水处理池5~10PPM 有效氯消毒、曝气。放苗前15~20天,用之前准备好的矛尾虾虎鱼(C.stigmatias)绞肉机搅碎,乳酸菌浸泡发酵3~7天,根据透明度,每亩使用0.5~1公斤;乳酸菌发酵的麦麸间隔使用,每亩2~3公斤,直至水透明度40~60cm。拦土坝将有机养殖区隔开防止其它养殖体系的水生生物进入有机养殖场及捕食有机水生生物,同时防止有机养殖场的水生生物进入其它养殖水体。
3)、2月底3月初水温达到8~10℃以上,取矛尾复虾虎鱼挑选体重在100~200g/尾、长度30~40cm的成鱼作为亲鱼,雌雄比例为(1.2~1.0)∶1。2条雌鱼/100亩,亲鱼投喂量一般为体重的2%~5%。饲料以豆饼、乳酸菌浸泡发酵3~7天的鱼糜为主。如发现溶氧低,必须及时加新鲜水,保持溶氧在5mg/L以上。清明前后,开始产卵孵化。开始投喂丰年虫。
4)、混养虾苗:水温达到21~25℃,标粗虾苗2.0~2.5cm左右,经过各项病毒、弧菌、肠肝包虫检测以及应急测试;经过试水,24小时成活率在95%既可以放苗,每亩放苗1.2~1.5万。丰年虫提前在二级卤水池(盐度65‰~95‰)孵化,每亩1~1.5公斤,分两次,每天增加5~10%。如果水质透明度大于60cm,丰年虫投喂量减少到一半;如果水质透明度大于80cm,丰年虫停止投喂,加大换水量,补充乳酸菌发酵的矛尾虾虎鱼(C.stigmatias)搅碎的鱼糜。虾体长>6cm丰年虫投喂数量根据观察台调整吃,每次投喂量的2%左右留放在饵料台,测试调整合理的投喂量;
5)、水质调控:芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌发酵的麦麸配合使用调控水质,每半个月使用一次芽孢杆菌和两次乳酸菌发酵的麦麸。
6)、病害防控:矛尾虾虎鱼可以摄食体质弱的虾,不但满足自身的生长,还可以防止虾病传染;
7)、整个养殖期间实行自然光照。
8)、轮捕收虾,养殖50~60天时,可以根据根据客户购买鱼规格的要求,使用1.7cm以上的网目的迷魂阵或者地笼开始收鱼,由于网眼较大,虾不会上网。到养殖到8月底开始,鱼虾一块收。直到10月底虾结束,11月水温低于10℃。水排干,收鱼结束。
本发明与现有技术相比较,具有以下优点:
1、本发明由海水盐田初级蒸发池改造成单个养殖池,扩大养殖面积。
2、利用发酵矛尾虾虎鱼鱼糜、麦麸肥水,整个过程为有机肥水。
3、全程丰年虫喂养,给虾苗提供优质的基础饵料,不仅降低饲料系数,减少对水体污染,而且能够增加虾苗的成活率、加快生长速度。
4、病害防控为生物防控和物理防控结合:矛尾虾虎鱼可以摄食体质弱的虾、病虾,阻止病虾传染。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种有机矛尾虾虎鱼养殖方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)改造:将原来超过千亩到几千亩、水位60~70cm的海水盐田蒸发池改造成单个养殖池;养殖池为单个100~500亩、水位120~150cm,初级蒸发池四个边坡10~20米外设置环沟,环沟的宽度20~30m,深度40~60cm,每个养殖池设置独立排水系统。
(2)池底预处理:水排干,每亩海水盐田养殖池使用生石灰50~200公斤,用机械翻耕20~30cm,晾晒30天以上;
(3)前期水处理:种虾养殖池用水全部从水处理池取水,水处理池5~10PPM 有效氯消毒、曝气;放苗前15~20天,用之前准备好的矛尾虾虎鱼绞肉机搅碎,乳酸菌浸泡发酵3~7天,根据透明度,每亩使用0.5~1公斤;乳酸菌发酵的麦麸间隔使用,每亩2~3公斤,直至水透明度40~60cm;

(9)轮捕收虾:养殖50~60天时,根据客户购买虾规格的要求,使用相应网目的虾类引导网开始收虾,收虾一直到10月底~11月初,水温低于15℃,水排干,收虾结束。
2.如权利要求1所述一种有机矛尾虾虎鱼养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)的养殖池为单个100~500亩、水位120~150cm,初级蒸发池四个边坡10~20米外设置环沟,环沟的宽度20~30m,深度40~60cm,每个养殖池设置独立排水系统。
