Abstract
The invention discloses a hydroponic container for woody plant cuttage, which comprises a groove body, a baffle with holes, a baffle height adjusting mechanism and a fixed aperture adjusting device. The top of the tank body is open, the baffle with the hole is horizontally arranged in the tank body and is connected with the baffle height adjusting mechanisms arranged at the two ends of the tank body; a plurality of fixing holes for cuttage are arranged on the baffle with the holes, and a group of fixing hole diameter adjusting devices are arranged on each fixing hole. Each group of fixed aperture adjusting devices comprises a plurality of groups of magnet rings, and each group of magnet rings is formed by attracting two semicircular ring magnets. A hydroponic container for cuttage of woody plants comprises a groove body 1, a baffle with holes 3, a baffle height adjusting mechanism and a fixed aperture adjusting device. The top of the tank body 1 is open, the baffle with holes 3 is horizontally arranged in the tank body 1 and is connected with baffle height adjusting mechanisms arranged at two ends of the tank body 1. A plurality of fixing holes 4 for cuttage are distributed on the baffle 3 with the holes at intervals, and a group of fixing hole diameter adjusting devices are arranged on each fixing hole 4.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the groove body 1 as the main body of the cuttage container is of a cuboid structure, the baffle height adjusting mechanism comprises screw rods 2 respectively arranged at two ends of the groove body 1, the screw rods 2 are formed by processing nylon rods, the bottoms of the screw rods 2 are fixedly connected with the groove body 1, and each screw rod 2 is sleeved with a spring 6. Two ends of the baffle 3 with the holes are respectively provided with a through hole, the size of the through hole is matched with that of the screw 2, and the screw 2 can be sleeved in the through hole; the baffle 3 with the hole is sleeved on the screw rod 2 through holes arranged at two ends and is supported by a spring 6; the threaded caps 7 are screwed from the tops of the screws 2 respectively to serve as baffle height adjusting knobs, and the springs are compressed by screwing the threaded caps 7 to adjust the height of the perforated baffles 3. When the threaded cap 7 is screwed down, the spring 6 is compressed and shortened, and the baffle plate 3 with the hole moves down; when the screw cap 7 is screwed up, the perforated barrier 3 is moved up by the elastic force of the spring 6. The inner wall of the tank body 1 is provided with scales, so that the heights of the two ends of the baffle plate 3 with holes can be ensured to be the same.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, each set of fixed aperture adjustment devices includes a plurality of stacked magnet rings 5, each magnet ring 5 is formed by two semi-circular ring magnets of the same size, and the inner diameters of the magnet rings become smaller from the bottom to the top. The outer diameter of the upper magnet ring is larger than the inner diameter of the lower magnet ring, and the outer diameter of the upper magnet ring is larger than the inner diameter of the lower magnet ring, i.e. R < f < R in fig. 4, so as to ensure that the magnet ring 5 can be stacked from bottom to top. The arrangement of the semicircular magnets enables the upper and lower magnet rings 5 to be firmly attracted together. The cutting is inserted in the fixing hole 4, and the size of the fixing hole 4 can be adjusted by arranging the layer number of the magnet rings 5 so as to be suitable for the cutting with different thicknesses. And the magnet ring 5 is easy to disassemble, and the root and the leaf of the cutting can not be damaged when the magnet ring is taken out.
The bottom of the tank body 1 is respectively provided with a water inlet 9 and a water outlet 10, and is also provided with a connecting port 8 for cascading a water culture cutting container. The water inlet 9 can be connected with a water pipe, so that water can be conveniently added into the container, and other substances can also be added. The water outlet 10 is provided with a switch, and the water can be discharged by directly unscrewing the switch during water drainage. When the culture scale is enlarged, other cutting containers can be connected through the connecting port 8, as shown in FIG. 7. After connection, the free flow of culture solution between different water culture cutting containers can be ensured, and the culture conditions between different water culture cutting containers are relatively consistent.

The container for hydroponics of woody plants in cuttage according to claim 1, wherein the baffle height adjusting mechanism comprises screw rods (2) respectively arranged at two ends of the tank body (1), the bottom of the screw rod (2) is connected with the tank body (1), the screw rod (2) is respectively sleeved with a spring (6), the baffle with holes (3) is sleeved on the screw rod (2) through holes arranged at two ends and supported by the spring (6), and a screw cap (7) is screwed in from the top of the screw rod (2) to serve as a baffle height adjusting knob.
