Abstract
The invention provides a support and a mower. The support member includes: a pillar; and the reinforcing sheets are extended and divergently from the table posts. The lawn mower forms a support part through a plurality of reinforcing plates which are outwards diverged and extended from the table post, and is used between the movable upper cover and the machine shell, so that the movable upper cover can be prevented from being pressed down to the machine shell to mistakenly trigger the suspension lifting detection assembly.

The intelligent lawn mower is a garden tool, has the advantages of intellectualization, modernization, environmental protection, liberation of double hands and the like, and is more and more favored by markets and consumers. When the intelligent mower is violently damaged or extruded during working, the movable upper cover is easily pressed on the surface of the machine shell, so that the detection assembly is triggered mistakenly, and the intelligent mower is mistakenly alarmed to influence normal working.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-5, the present invention provides a support 100 comprising: a column 110; a plurality of reinforcing plates 120 divergently extending from the pillar 110.
Optionally, the number of the reinforcing pieces 120 is four, and the reinforcing pieces are uniformly distributed on the outer side of the column 110; the reinforcing plates 120 are distributed in a cross shape to form a cross bone structure with the pillars 110, so as to give greater supporting force to the movable upper cover.
Specifically, the specific structural shape of the reinforcing sheet 120 is as follows: the reinforcing sheet 120 has a right trapezoid shape with a top 124 wider than a bottom to improve the stability and supporting force of the supporting member. The bottom 121 and the side 122 of the reinforcing plate 120 are transited by a chamfer 123, and the chamfer 123 is a circular arc chamfer, so that when the supporting member supports the movable upper cover, the bottom edge of the supporting member is prevented from damaging the machine shell.

Alternatively, referring to fig. 7-8, the supporting member 100 may be fixed on the inner wall of the movable upper cover 300 by a fastener or by integral molding, and is located between the movable upper cover 300 and the housing 200, and when the movable upper cover moves downward, the supporting member is clamped between the movable upper cover and the housing to prevent the movable upper cover from pressing down to hang the lifting detection assembly, which may cause a false triggering phenomenon.

Specifically, in this embodiment, a spherical joint 111 is disposed on a side surface of the suspension ball 410, so as to fix the suspension ball 410 on a movable upper cover of the lawn mower by a clamping member; the suspension spring 430 is fixedly connected to the suspension ball 410 and the lifting stopper 420 through threads at two ends thereof. When the movable upper cover of the lawn mower moves upward, the suspension ball 410 is driven to move upward, and at this time, the suspension spring 430 pulls the lifting limiting member 420 to move upward, so as to induce the signal triggering module 440 to send a detection signal. In addition, the top of the hanging ball head 410 is also provided with a limiting groove 412, and a limiting column on the movable upper cover is matched for use, so that horizontal shaking between the hanging ball head and the movable upper cover can be avoided.

Optionally, the lifting limiting member 420 may be a hollow rod, and a clamping groove 421 is formed in a side surface thereof; the signal triggering module 440 further includes: a magnet holder 444 positioned in the hollow interior of the lifting limiter 420; the magnet bracket 444 is hung in the clamping groove on the side surface of the lifting limiting part 420 through an ear; and the magnetic block 441 is fixed at the bottom of the magnet support 444, so that the magnetic block 441 is fixed at the bottom end of the hollow interior of the lifting limiting member 420, meanwhile, the bottom of the lifting limiting member 420 is provided with a flange 422 extending outwards, and the outer diameter of the flange 422 is larger than the inner diameter of the suspension fixing frame 460, so that the flange 422 can limit the stroke of the magnetic block 441 in the vertical direction, and the overall stability of the suspension lifting detection assembly is ensured.
In summary, the supporting piece with the cross bone structure is arranged on the inner side of the movable upper cover of the mower, and the supporting piece and the movable upper cover are integrally formed, so that the situation that the movable upper cover presses the suspension lifting assembly downwards to cause a false triggering phenomenon when the mower is violently damaged or extruded, and the mower can give a false alarm to influence the normal operation of the mower can be prevented.
