Disclosure of Invention
However, in the mobile phone accessory disclosed in patent document 1, the tape main body and the ornament are in close contact with each other by the winding force of the tape main body in a state where the string-like object is wound, but even when a pulling force slightly exceeding the winding force is applied to the ornament or the like, the ornament or the like is pulled out against the user's intention. Further, if the decoration or the like has a weight, a load is applied to the winding mechanism of the tape measure main body, and depending on the case, the tape measure main body may not be able to wind the string-like object completely, and the string-like object, the decoration or the like may be pulled out all the time.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a holder capable of suppressing accidental pulling out of a string-like object and also suppressing a load applied to a winding mechanism.
In order to solve the above problem, the present invention relates to a holder, comprising: a main body section that houses a winding mechanism that is connected to one end of a string-like object and winds the string-like object therein, has a communication opening that communicates the inside with the outside and through which the string-like object passes when being pulled out and wound, and is provided with a first connecting member; and a detachable section which is connected to the other end of the string-like object, has an insertion opening through which the string-like object is inserted, and is provided with a second coupling member, wherein a magnet through which the string-like object passes is provided in the communication opening, a ferromagnetic body through which the string-like object passes is provided in the insertion opening, and the detachable section is detachably attached to the main body section by magnetic contact between the magnet and the ferromagnetic body.
According to the holder, the detachable portion is detachably attached to the main body portion by magnetic contact between the magnet provided in the communication opening of the main body portion and the ferromagnetic body provided in the insertion opening of the detachable portion, so that when the string-like object is wound and the detachable portion is magnetically contacted with the main body portion, the string-like object can be prevented from being accidentally pulled out by the magnetic force. Further, even if a tensile force (pull-out force of the string-like object) acts on the attaching/detaching portion due to the weight of the object connected to the second link or the like, the magnetic force resists the tensile force, and the load applied to the winding mechanism housed in the main body portion and connected to one end of the string-like object can be suppressed.
The detachable portion may be attached to the main body at an arbitrary angle around the string-like object (around the direction in which the string-like object extends when the detachable portion is attached to the main body), and if the surface of the magnet on the ferromagnetic body side is magnetized to the same polarity and the string-like object penetrates the magnet and the ferromagnetic body, the attractive force of the magnet and the ferromagnetic body acts so as to surround the string-like object, and therefore the detachable portion can be attached to the main body at an arbitrary angle as described above.
Further, if the end face of the communication opening and the surface of the magnet on the ferromagnetic body side are formed on the same surface, and the end face of the insertion opening and the surface of the ferromagnetic body on the magnet side are formed on the same surface, the end face of the communication opening and the end face of the insertion opening abut against each other when the magnet and the ferromagnetic body are magnetically connected to each other, and the main body portion and the attaching/detaching portion are visually integrated, and if the outer shape of the portion of the main body portion where the communication opening is formed and the outer shape of the portion of the attaching/detaching portion where the insertion opening is formed are substantially the same, the integrated feeling can be further improved, and the design and the appearance quality of the holder can be improved.
Effects of the invention
According to the holder of the present invention, it is possible to suppress accidental pulling out of the string-like object and also suppress a load applied to the winding mechanism.

Detailed Description
A mode for carrying out the present invention will be described based on the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the holder 1 according to the present embodiment includes a case 10, a string 20, a reel 30, an attaching and detaching portion 40, a hook ring 50, and a loop portion 60.
The case 10 is roughly composed of a front case 11, a rear case 12, and a side case 13 made of resin. The front case 11 and the rear case 12 are circular members having a size (e.g., about 40mm in diameter) that does not impair portability, and are disposed so as to face each other on the front side (front side in fig. 1) and the rear side (depth side in fig. 1), respectively. The side case 13 is an annular member having substantially the same diameter as the front case 11 and the rear case 12, is disposed between the front case 11 and the rear case 12 to provide a thickness of the case 10, and has a housing portion, not shown, formed inside the case 10.
The front case 11, the rear case 12, and the side cases 13 are provided with 4 screw holes (reference numeral 15 is given to the screw hole of the front case 11) in the thickness direction as the axial direction at corresponding positions in a state of being arranged to overlap each other, and are integrally fastened by a screw 17 inserted through the screw hole. A cylindrical opening 18 that communicates the inside (housing portion) of the housing 10 with the outside is provided in the lower portion of the housing 10, and a lower end surface 18a of the opening 18 is formed flat.
The string 20 has a required length (for example, 1m) depending on the use of the retainer 1, and has durability capable of withstanding repeated pulling-out and winding-up. One end (upper end) of the rope 20 is connected to the reel 30, and the other end (lower end) of the rope 20 is connected to the attaching and detaching portion 40.
The reel 30 has a known mechanism for winding and unwinding the string 20 stored in the storage portion of the case 10. The reel 30 may be configured to extend and contract the string body 20 with respect to the case 10 by a rewinding force of a coil spring, for example, or may have a stopper function to fix the extension and contraction of the string body 20 by an arbitrary length. When the cord 20 is pulled out or wound around the reel 30, a part of the cord 20 passes through the opening 18, and the part of the cord 20 wound around the reel 30 is stored in the storage portion of the housing 10.
The detachable section 40 is formed separately from the housing 10, and is roughly composed of a detachable section main body 41 made of resin and a ring section holding section 42. Here, the detachable portion body 41 and the loop portion holding portion 42 are integrally formed and do not rotate relatively around the string body 20 (in the direction of arrow a around the axis O in fig. 1).
A cylindrical opening 43 having substantially the same outer and inner diameters as the opening 18 is provided in an upper portion of the detachable portion body 41, and an upper end surface 43a of the opening 43 is formed flat. The portion of the string body 20 not wound around the reel 30 extends from the opening 18 to the outside of the case 10 and is inserted through the opening 43, and the distal end (lower end) thereof is connected to and fixed to a fixing portion (not shown) inside the detachable unit main body 41.
The ring holding portion 42 is provided below the detachable portion body 41, and has a holding hole 44 through which the ring 60 is inserted, the holding hole 44 being axial in a direction orthogonal to the attaching and detaching direction (vertical direction) of the detachable portion 40 to and from the housing 10.
The hook ring 50 is provided on the upper portion of the case 10, and has an opening/closing portion 51, and the opening/closing portion 51 is used for connecting a connected object such as a bag or a belt of clothes. Here, the both ends 50a of the hook ring 50 are integrated with the housing 10 and do not rotate relative to the housing 10 in the arrow a direction, but may be provided separately from the housing 10.
The ring portion 60 is annular and has an opening/closing portion 61 for connecting a connected object such as a portable terminal such as a smartphone or an outdoor unit. The ring portion 60 is held by the holding hole 44 with a gap and is rotatable in the circumferential direction (the direction of arrow B in fig. 1) with respect to the attachment/detachment portion 40. On the other hand, the ring portion 60 does not rotate with respect to the attaching and detaching portion 40 around the center axis (arrow a direction) of the opening 43.
The holder 1 further comprises: a magnet 70 disposed in opening 18 and a magnet 80 disposed in opening 43. The detachable unit 40 is detachably attached to the housing 10 by magnetic contact between the magnet 70 and the magnet 80.
Specifically, magnet 70 has a cylindrical shape, has an outer diameter substantially equal to the inner diameter of opening 18, and is fitted into opening 18 and fixed thereto by an adhesive or the like. A through hole 71 penetrating magnet 70 vertically is formed in the center of magnet 70, and the entire lower surface 72 of magnet 70 is magnetized to the N-pole (magnet 70 is magnetized unidirectionally in the vertical direction). The string 20 passes through the magnet 70 through the through hole 71, and the lower end surface 18a of the opening 18 is formed flush with (on the same plane as) the lower surface 72 of the magnet 70.
The magnet 80 has a cylindrical shape, has an outer diameter substantially equal to the inner diameter of the opening 43, and is fitted into the opening 43 and fixed thereto by an adhesive or the like. A through hole 81 penetrating the magnet 80 vertically is formed in the center of the magnet 80, and the entire upper surface 82 of the magnet 80 is magnetized to the S-pole (the magnet 80 is magnetized unidirectionally in the vertical direction). The string 20 passes through the magnet 80 through the through hole 81, and the upper end surface 43a of the opening 43 is formed flush with (flush with) the upper surface 82 of the magnet 80.
The holder 1 according to the present embodiment is used when a portable terminal such as a smartphone or an outdoor unit connected to the loop portion 60 is connected to a strap of a bag or a garment, for example, by a hook ring 50 and carried. When the user uses the portable terminal, the outdoor unit, or the like, the user may detach the detachable unit 40 from the case 10, pull out the cord 20 from the case 10, and pull up the portable terminal, the outdoor unit, or the like to a place where the portable terminal, the outdoor unit, or the like is easy to use, and after the portable terminal, the outdoor unit, or the like is used, the cord 20 may be wound up by the reel 30, and the detachable unit 40 may be attached to the case 10.
According to the retainer 1, the detachable portion 40 is detachably attached to the housing 10 by the magnetic contact between the magnet 70 provided in the opening 18 of the housing 10 and the magnet 80 provided in the opening 43 of the detachable portion 40, and therefore, when the cord 20 is wound and the detachable portion 40 is magnetically contacted to the housing 10, the cord 20 can be prevented from being accidentally pulled out by the magnetic contact force. Even if a tensile force (pull-out force of the string body 20) acts on the attaching/detaching portion 40 due to the weight of the object to be connected to the loop portion 60 or the like, the magnetic force resists the tensile force, and the load applied to the reel 30 connected to one end of the string body 20 housed in the case 10 can be suppressed.
In the present embodiment, the entire lower surface 72 of the magnet 70 is magnetized to the N-pole, the entire upper surface 82 of the magnet 80 magnetically connected thereto is magnetized to the S-pole, and the string 20 penetrates the magnet 70 and the magnet 80, so that the attractive force of the magnet 70 and the magnet 80 acts to surround the string 20, and therefore the detachable unit 40 can be attached to the housing 10 at an arbitrary angle around the string 20 (around the axis O). Therefore, the user can carry the portable terminal such as a smartphone or an object to be connected such as an outdoor unit connected to the ring portion 60 held by the detachable portion 40 at a desired angle with respect to the housing 10, and can fix the portable terminal in a direction in which the screen is easily visible or in a direction in which the screen is hardly soiled in a state in which the string 20 is wound.
In the present embodiment, since the lower end surface 18a of the opening 18 is formed flush with the lower surface 72 of the magnet 70 and the upper end surface 43a of the opening 43 is formed flush with the upper surface 82 of the magnet 80, when the magnet 70 is magnetically connected to the magnet 80, the lower end surface 18a of the opening 18 and the upper end surface 43a of the opening 43 come into contact with each other to form a sense of unity in the appearance of the case 10 and the detachable portion 40, and further, the outer shape of the portion of the case 10 where the opening 18 is formed (the outer peripheral surface 18b of the opening 18) and the outer shape of the portion of the detachable portion 40 where the opening 43 is formed (the outer peripheral surface 43b of the opening 43) are substantially the same, so that the sense of unity can be further improved to improve the design and appearance quality of the holder.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above-described configurations, and may be modified as appropriate within a range not departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, instead of using a hook ring or a loop, a loop such as a so-called double loop or an eggplant ring having no opening/closing portion may be used as the coupling member to the object to be coupled.
The outer shape of the opening-forming portion on the housing side and the outer shape of the opening-forming portion on the attachment/detachment side are not limited to circular shapes, and may be oval, square, rectangular, rhomboid, other polygonal shapes, or the like.
Further, the magnetization mode of the magnet may be arbitrary, and a ferromagnetic material other than the magnet may be used instead of the magnet of the detachable portion.
