Different operators may generate different warning messages in the process of using the base station, and one operator can timely acquire the warning messages generated when other operators use the base station when using the base station, so that corresponding adjustment can be timely made on equipment of the operator by analyzing the warning messages, the same faults are avoided, the communication quality is improved, and the user experience is improved. Therefore, the sharing of the alarm information is a difficult problem to be solved by each operator. However, the alarms corresponding to different operators are generated in the corresponding alarm platforms, the alarm platforms of the operators are isolated from each other, and the alarm information cannot be shared.
In the prior art, when any operator needs to acquire alarm information generated by other operators, an opposite side client needs to be installed, then the opposite side client accesses to an opposite side network through a VPN, and logs in an opposite side system through a specific account to check the alarm information. However, this method requires installing clients that are not the other party, and if the alarm information corresponding to multiple operators needs to be checked, the clients corresponding to the multiple operators need to be installed, which complicates the alarm sharing process; on the other hand, the method can access the other side alarm system only by manually controlling the client through the VPN and the specific account, the operation is complex, and the efficiency of acquiring the alarm information is low.
