变电站二次设备巡检经常需要一人在后台监控电脑前进行观察、操作,另一人在对应设备屏柜前进行实验,每次操作步骤都需要二人不停的进行沟通。如果监控后台与屏柜不在同一小室内,则需要通过移动电话或对讲机进行沟通,沟通效率低下,整个实验过程时间漫长。
中国专利CN200710170442.0公开了一种无人值班变电站单人操作安全监视系统,在中心控制室和前端变电站分别设置一有线局域网,在中心控制室设置一与有线局域网联接的视频接收装置和声音接收/发送装置,在中心控制室和前端变电站之间设置有线以太网,在前端变电站设置一便携式视频/声音传送装置,其便携式视频/声音传送装置经无线局域网络与前端变电站的有线局域网联接,此方案中需要现场操作人员随身携带便携式视频/声音传送装置,监控中心监护人员在计算机显示器上远程监视操作人员的整个操作过程,人机效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种变电站监控后台信号远传装置,采用电力载波配合无线网络进行视频信号和操作指令的传输,使继保、自动化班组人员在所操作屏柜前实时观察到监控后台状态并对后台监控电脑进行操作,使本需要两人完成的工作一个人就可轻松完成。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
提供一种变电站监控后台信号远传装置,包括控制端和监控端,还包括与监控端联接的编码器,编码器联接传输装置,传输装置还联接控制端,传输装置将监控端视频信号传送至控制端,还包括与监控端和传输装置联接的触摸板模拟器,触摸板模拟器将控制端操作指令传输至监控端。
本发明的变电站监控后台信号远传装置,监控端将视频信号传输至编码器,编码器将视频信号进行编码、压缩,再经过传输装置发送至控制端进行解析和显示,工作人员在控制端完成视频信号的查看,并下发操作指令经传输装置发送至触摸板模拟器,再将操作指令发送至监控端,按操作指令完成具体的操作步骤实现对后台界面进行选择操作,本发明实现了继保、自动化班组人员在所操作屏柜前实时观察到监控后台状态并对后台监控电脑进行操作的目的,使本需要两人完成的工作一个人就可轻松完成。

Claims (8)

1.一种变电站监控后台信号远传装置,包括控制端和监控端,其特征是:还包括与监控端联接的编码器,编码器联接传输装置,传输装置还联接控制端,传输装置将监控端视频信号传送至控制端,还包括与监控端和传输装置联接的触摸板模拟器,触摸板模拟器将控制端操作指令传输至监控端;所述监控端包括视频采集模块和设有视频输出端口的后台监控电脑,所述视频采集模块采集并传送视频信号至后台监控电脑,所述编码器通过传输电缆连接视频输出端口,将视频信号转换为以太网数据包;所述传输装置为电力载波无线设备,包括依次联接的以太网交换机、以太网电力载波主机和以太网电力载波无线热点设备,所述编码器、触摸板模拟器均联接以太网交换机,所述以太网交换机完成编码器、触摸板模拟器与以太网电力载波传输主机之间的以太网数据包交换工作,所述以太网电力载波主机实现对以太网数据包进行编解码以实现电力线载波传输,以太网电力载波无线热点设备将电力线载波传输转换成的以太网数据包传输至控制端,实现以太网数据包跨继保小室的远距离传输。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变电站监控后台信号远传装置,其特征在于,还包括本地显示器,本地显示器设有用于联接所述编码器的接口,所述本地显示器显示视频图像。
3.根据权利要求1所述的变电站监控后台信号远传装置,其特征在于,所述传输装置包括无线路由器,实现近距离以太网数据包无线传输。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的变电站监控后台信号远传装置,其特征在于,所述控制端包括手持平板电脑,所述手持平板电脑接收、解析和显示经传输装置传送的以太网数据包。
5.根据权利要求4所述的变电站监控后台信号远传装置,其特征在于,所述手持平板电脑设有触摸屏,以便于对后台监控电脑界面进行选择操作。
6.根据权利要求5所述的变电站监控后台信号远传装置,其特征在于,所述手持平板电脑设有捕获触摸屏操作指令的捕获软件,所述捕获软件将触摸屏操作指令进行编码和打包。
7.根据权利要求6所述的变电站监控后台信号远传装置,其特征在于,还包括无线局域网,所述捕获软件将编码和打包后的触摸屏操作指令经无线局域网通过传输装置传递至触摸板模拟器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的变电站监控后台信号远传装置,其特征在于,所述触摸板模拟器设有USB接口,所述后台监控电脑与USB接口连接,将编码和打包后的触摸屏操作指令发送至后台监控电脑。
