Detailed Description
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the commodity storage device according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 and 2 are views showing a commodity storage device according to an embodiment of the present invention, respectively, fig. 1 being a perspective view showing an external configuration, and fig. 2 being a perspective view showing an internal configuration. The product storage device illustrated here is, for example, an automatic vending machine 1 installed in a store or the like, and includes a main body cabinet 10.
The main body cabinet 10 is a rectangular parallelepiped case having an opening (hereinafter, also referred to as a front opening) 11 on a front surface, and is partitioned into a storage chamber 10a and a storage chamber 10b with a heat insulating partition wall 12 interposed therebetween.
The storage chamber 10a is disposed on the left side of the heat insulating partition wall 12, and has a heat insulating structure surrounded by a heat insulating material. As shown in fig. 3, a plurality of commodity shelves 13 are provided in the storage chamber 10a in the vertical direction. The commodity racks 13 are respectively erected between rack support side plates, not shown, provided upright on both sides of the storage chamber 10 a. The commodity racks 13 are respectively configured such that commodity lanes 14 are arranged in parallel on the left and right sides, and the commodity lanes 14 store commodities in the front-rear direction. The commodity passage 14 is a conventionally known commodity passage for accommodating commodities by constraining the commodities between pitches of coil springs (spiraru)14a extending in the front-rear direction or by placing the commodities on an upper horizontally extending portion of a conveyor belt 14b provided in an endless manner between a pair of front and rear pulleys. When the driving force from the driving source is transmitted to the commodity passage 14 and the commodity is driven, the forwardmost commodity is delivered to the front side.
The front area of the storage chamber 10a is opened and closed by a front door (1 st door body) 20. The front door 20 has a size sufficient to close a region of the front opening 11, which is a front region of the storage chamber 10a, and is swingably provided at a left side edge portion of the front side of the main body cabinet 10. The front door 20 has a heat insulating structure, and includes a glass plate 21 having heat insulating properties for viewing the inside from the outside, and a rectangular commodity outlet 22 is formed at a lower portion of the glass plate 21. The commodity outlet 22 is an opening through which a user takes out a commodity, and is opened and closed by a commodity outlet door 23.
The housing chamber 10a is provided with an evaporator 15a as a cooling member. The evaporator 15a, a compressor 15b, a condenser 15c, and the like provided in the equipment room 10c constitute a refrigeration cycle for circulating a refrigerant, and cools air passing through a refrigerant passage, not shown, of the evaporator and the air passing through the inside of the storage room 10a around the evaporator by exchanging heat therebetween, and the equipment room 10c is partitioned and formed in a lower region of the storage room 10 a.
The air cooled around the evaporator 15a is sucked into the air passage 18 from the suction port 17a of the rear duct 17 provided on the rear surface of the storage chamber 10a by driving the blower fan 16, and is blown out from the air outlet 17b after passing through the air passage 18, thereby cooling the commodities stored in the commodity shelf 13.
In the front area of the commodity shelf 13, a pair of right and left conveyance rails 30 are disposed on both sides thereof, and a conveyance tray 31 is provided so as to be movable in the vertical direction between the conveyance rails 30 by a conveyance mechanism not shown. That is, a conveying path 32 through which the conveying tray 31 passes is formed between the conveying rails 30. The conveyance path 32 extends to a commodity takeout position 33 located in front of the machine room 10 c. Here, the commodity takeout position 33 is a position at which the user can take out the commodity conveyed from the conveyance tray 31 through the commodity takeout port 22 in a state where the commodity is placed on the conveyance tray 31. Detection members (not shown) such as optical sensors are disposed on both the left and right sides of the article pickup position 33, and detect whether or not an article is placed on the conveyance tray 31 moved to the article pickup position 33.
Fig. 4 and 5 show the conveyance tray 31 shown in fig. 2 and 3, respectively, fig. 4 is a perspective view showing an external appearance structure, and fig. 5 is a perspective view showing a longitudinal section. The conveyance tray 31 illustrated here is formed by appropriately combining a plurality of metal plates, and includes a bottom portion 311, a guide portion 312, a restriction piece portion 313, and a side wall portion 314.
The bottom 311 is used for placing the commodities delivered from the commodity passage 14 constituting the commodity shelf 13, and the vertical section of the bottom 311 is formed in a V-shape. The bottom 311 includes a 1 st bottom component 311a and a 2 nd bottom component 311 b. The 1 st bottom component 311a is a portion that gradually inclines downward as it approaches the commodity shelf 13, i.e., as it goes rearward. The 2 nd bottom component 311b is a portion that gradually inclines upward from the rear end edge of the 1 st bottom component 311a as it approaches the commodity shelf 13, i.e., as it goes rearward. A plurality of drainage holes 311c are formed at a boundary portion between the 1 st bottom component 311a and the 2 nd bottom component 311 b. The drain holes 311c are formed at predetermined intervals in the left-right direction.
The guide 312 is formed of the same metal plate as the bottom portion 311, and is a portion gradually inclined upward from the rear end edge portion of the No. 2 bottom portion component 311b as it approaches the commodity shelf 13, that is, as it goes rearward. The guide 312 is formed to have an inclination angle with respect to the horizontal plane larger than that of the 2 nd bottom part constituting element 311 b. Further, the bottom portion 311 and the guide portion 312 are appropriately subjected to rib processing (japanese: ビード processing).
The restricting piece 313 is formed of a separate metal plate from the bottom 311 and the guide 312, and extends from the front end edge of the 1 st bottom component 311a so as to be inclined gradually rearward as it goes upward. Further, an evaporation sheet 315 is laid on a region of the metal plate constituting the restriction sheet portion 313, which region is a lower side of the water drain hole 311c, and the evaporation sheet 315 sucks and evaporates water passing through the water drain hole 311c by, for example, capillary phenomenon.
The side wall portions 314 are a pair of left and right wall portions provided to close both left and right side portions of the bottom portion 311. A plurality of detection holes 314a are formed in the side wall portion 314. The detection hole 314a enables detection by the detection member, and when the detection member is configured by an optical sensor or the like, the detection hole 314a allows light emitted from the light emitting portion to pass therethrough.
When a conveyance command for a commodity is given and the conveyance mechanism is driven, the conveyance tray 31 having such a configuration moves to a front area of the commodity rack 13 including the commodity lane 14 in which the commodity to be subjected to the conveyance command is stored, and receives the commodity delivered from the commodity lane 14. In this case, in the conveyance tray 31, the guide portion 312 continuous with the bottom portion 311 is gradually inclined upward from the rear end edge portion of the 2 nd bottom component 311b as it approaches the commodity shelf 13 so that the inclination angle with respect to the horizontal plane is larger than the inclination angle with respect to the horizontal plane of the 2 nd bottom component 311b, and therefore, the commodity delivered from the commodity chute 14 can be brought into a posture straddling the 2 nd bottom component 311b and the guide portion 312 as shown in fig. 6. By setting the delivered commodity to a posture straddling the 2 nd bottom component 311b and the guide 312, the contact area between the conveyance tray 31 and the commodity can be reduced. Thus, even if the commodity is contained in a soft bag-like container and water droplets due to dew condensation or the like adhere to the surface of the bag-like container, for example, the commodity can be prevented from adhering to the guide portion 312 or the like by reducing the contact area between the commodity and the conveyance tray 31, and the commodity can be slid to a predetermined position of the bottom portion 311.
In the above-described transport tray 31, since the regulating piece portion 313 extends from the front end edge portion of the 1 st bottom component 311a so as to gradually incline rearward as it goes upward, in the case where the commodity delivered from the commodity trunk 14 is a so-called round-diameter commodity such as a beverage loaded in a container such as a can, as shown in fig. 6, even if the commodity rolls forward at the bottom portion 311 with the delivered momentum, the regulating piece portion 313 abuts against the commodity to regulate the commodity from flying forward of the transport tray 31, and the commodity can be rolled to a predetermined position of the bottom portion 311 by the inclination of the 1 st bottom component 311 a.
As shown in fig. 2, the storage chamber 10b is disposed on the right side of the heat insulating partition wall 12. The storage chamber 10b is a constant temperature chamber having a length in the left-right direction sufficiently smaller than that of the storage chamber 10 a.
The front area of the storage chamber 10b is opened and closed by an auxiliary door (door body; 2 nd door body) 40. The auxiliary door 40 has a size sufficient to close a region of the front opening 11, which is a front region of the storage chamber 10b, and is swingably provided at a right edge portion of the front side of the main body cabinet 10. The auxiliary door 40 constitutes an apparatus main body together with the main body cabinet 10 and the front door 20, and a commodity selection unit 41, a coin insertion slot 42, a bill insertion slot 43, a card reader 44, a coin return slot 45, and the like are provided on the front surface of the auxiliary door 40.
The product selection unit 41 has numeric keys (japanese: push テンキー), a display, and the like, and allows the user to select a product. The coin inlet 42 is an opening for inserting coins. The bill insertion slot 43 is an opening for inserting bills. The card reader 44 is used for transmitting and receiving data relating to money to and from a recording medium storing money amount information called electronic money, when the recording medium is held in a predetermined communication-capable area. The coin return opening 45 is an opening for returning the inserted coins or returning the coins for change or the like.
In the housing chamber 10b, the control system components in the vending machine 1 are housed, and the money handling unit 46 and the control unit 47 are housed. The money handling unit 46 includes a handling machine called a so-called coin feeder 46a and a Bill acceptor (Bill Validator)46b, and is configured to perform money handling of coins inserted from the coin insertion slot 42 and money handling of bills inserted from the Bill insertion slot 43. The money handling unit 46 is used to perform money handling such as subtraction of the amount information read by the card reader 44.
The control unit 47 is electrically connected to each part of the vending machine 1 including the money handling unit 46, and is used to collectively control the sales operation and the product management operation of the vending machine 1. Further, the control unit 47 controls the selling operation and the product managing operation of the other vending machine 2 adjacent thereto via a communication unit, not shown, as shown in fig. 7. Here, the other vending machine 2 is configured by omitting the storage chamber 10b and the auxiliary door 40 from the vending machine 1 shown in fig. 1 and the like.
As shown in fig. 8, the operation input unit 50 is housed in the housing chamber 10 b. As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the operation input unit 50 has a 1 st base 51 and a 2 nd base 52. The 1 st base 51 is formed in a flat plate shape, and is erected with a front surface facing rightward and a rear surface facing leftward. A 1 st magnet 511 (see fig. 18) is provided at a rear end portion of the front surface of the 1 st base 51. A plurality of (two in the illustrated example) attachment plates 512 are provided at the front end portion of the back surface of the 1 st base 51. The mounting plates 512 are metal plate members each having a longitudinal direction in the vertical direction.
Such a 1 st base 51 has a lower slider 53 mounted on a lower surface thereof and an upper slider 54 mounted on an upper surface thereof.
The lower slider 53 is a long member that is attached to the lower surface of the 1 st base 51 so as to protrude rearward from the 1 st base 51 and has a longitudinal direction in the front-rear direction. As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the lower slider 53 is attached to be slidable in the front-rear direction with respect to a lower rail 55 fixedly disposed in the housing chamber 10 b. That is, the lower slider 53 can slide in the front-rear direction with respect to the lower rail 55 by rotating the slide roller 531 provided on the lower slider 53 itself and the rail roller 551 provided on the lower rail 55.
The upper slider 54 is a long member that is attached to the upper surface of the 1 st base 51 so as to protrude rearward from the 1 st base 51 and has a longitudinal direction in the front-rear direction. As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the upper slider 54 is attached to an upper rail 56 so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction, and the upper rail 56 is fixedly disposed in the storage chamber 10b and constitutes a rail mechanism together with the lower rail 55. That is, the upper slider 54 can slide in the front-rear direction with respect to the upper rail 56 by rotating the slide roller 541 provided on the upper slider 54 itself and the rail roller 561 provided on the upper rail 56. Reference numeral 542 in fig. 14 denotes a stopper piece, and when the stopper piece 542 abuts against the abutted piece 562 of the upper rail 56, the upper slider 54 is restricted from sliding forward relative to the upper rail 56.
In this way, the 1 st base 51 is provided inside the housing chamber 10b so as to be movable in the front-rear direction by the rail mechanisms (55, 56).
The 2 nd base portion 52 is formed by bending a metal plate or the like, and is provided on the 1 st base portion 51 so as to be swingable around a central axis of a shaft portion 52a extending in the vertical direction at a right side tip end portion of the 1 st base portion 51. The 2 nd base portion 52 is provided with a so-called touch panel type operation input portion 521. The operation input unit 521 is used to input various information such as the expiration date of the product, and the operation input unit 521 outputs the inputted information as an input signal to the electrically connected control unit 47.
When the 2 nd base portion 52 is attached to the front surface of the 1 st base portion 51 by the magnetic force of the 1 st magnet 511 as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the operation input portion 521 is disposed so as to face leftward. In addition, the 2 nd base 52 has a handle portion 522. As shown in fig. 9 and 10, when the 2 nd base portion 52 is attached to the front surface of the 1 st base portion 51, the grip portion 522 is provided so as to protrude forward, and a plurality of (two in the illustrated example) 2 nd magnets 522a are provided on a surface (right surface in fig. 9 and 10) of the 2 nd base portion 52 on the side opposite to the surface on which the operation input portion 521 is provided.
In the operation input unit 50, after the auxiliary door 40 is swung in the opening direction to open the front region of the storage chamber 10b at the front surface opening 11, the worker can move the 1 st base portion 51 into the front region of the main body cabinet 10 through the front surface opening 11 by holding the grip portion 522, as shown in fig. 15 and 16. In this case, the operation input portion 521 of the 2 nd base portion 52 is arranged to face leftward. Therefore, by swinging the front door 20 in the opening direction, when the replenishment work of the commodity is performed to each commodity shelf 13, the commodity can be replenished to the corresponding commodity passage 14 while inputting various information such as the expiration date of the replenished commodity.
Further, by swinging the 2 nd base part 52 around the center axis of the shaft part 52a, the 2 nd magnet 522a of the handle part 522 is brought into contact with the corresponding attachment plate 512, whereby the 2 nd base part 52 can be attached to the back surface of the 1 st base part 51 by magnetic force, as shown in fig. 17 and 18. In this case, the operation input unit 521 is disposed so as to face rightward. Therefore, by swinging the front door 20 of another vending machine 2 (see fig. 7) adjacent to the vending machine 1 in the opening direction, it is possible to supply the commodity to the corresponding commodity passage 14 while inputting various information such as the expiration date of the supplied commodity when the commodity supply work is performed to each commodity rack 13.
After the completion of the replenishing operation, the 2 nd base 52 may be attached to the front surface of the 1 st base 51 by magnetic force by swinging, the 1 st base 51 may be moved backward into the storage chamber 10b through the front opening 11, and the sub-door 40 and the front door 20 may be swung in the closing direction to close the front opening 11.
Next, the 1 st lock mechanism 60 that restricts the swing of the front surface door 20 and the 2 nd lock mechanism 70 that restricts the swing of the sub-door 40 will be described.
As shown in fig. 19 (a) and 19 (b), the 1 st lock mechanism 60 includes a 1 st lock slider 61 and a 1 st hook member 62. The 1 st lock slider 61 is provided slidably in the vertical direction on a base portion 12a, and the base portion 12a is provided on the front end portion of the heat insulating partition wall portion 12. The 1 st lock slider 61 is a vertically long member having a longitudinal direction, and has locking openings 611 formed on the upper and lower sides and opening toward the front. Further, a slide handle 612 is formed in the 1 st lock slider 61 so as to protrude forward. Although not clearly shown in the drawings, the 1 st lock slider 61 is biased downward by a biasing member, not shown.
The 1 st hook member 62 is provided as a pair of upper and lower members at a right end portion of the front door 20, which is a free end. The 1 st hook member 62 is provided so as to project rearward and is provided corresponding to the locking opening 611 of the 1 st lock slider 61.
In the 1 st lock mechanism 60, when the front door 20 swings in the closing direction, the distal end portion of the 1 st hook member 62 is inserted into the corresponding locking opening 611, and the distal end portion of the 1 st hook member 62 is engaged with the upper edge portion of the locking opening 611, the 1 st lock slider 61 and the 1 st hook member 62 engage with each other, and the front door 20 is restricted from swinging in the opening direction.
In the 1 st lock mechanism 60, when the slider handle 612 is grasped and the 1 st lock slider 61 is slid upward against the biasing force of the biasing means, the locked state between the distal end portion of the 1 st hook member 62 and the upper edge portion of the locking opening 611 is released, and the engaged state between the 1 st lock slider 61 and the 1 st hook member 62 is released, allowing the front surface door 20 to swing in the opening direction.
As shown in fig. 19 and 20, the 2 nd lock mechanism 70 includes a 2 nd lock slider 71 and a 2 nd hook member 72. The 2 nd lock slider 71 is provided at a left end portion of the auxiliary door 40, which becomes a free end, so as to be slidable in the vertical direction. The 2 nd lock slider 71 is a vertically long member having a longitudinal direction, and slider locking portions 711 protruding rearward are provided on the upper side and the lower side. A notch 711a opened downward is formed at the tip end portion of the slider locking portion 711. The 2 nd lock slider 71 is a conventionally known member, and is engaged with an operation lever 74, and the operation lever 74 is interlocked by an input operation of a cylinder lock 73 attached to the auxiliary door 40, and the 2 nd lock slider 71 is slid in the vertical direction by the input operation. More specifically, when the cylinder lock 73 is used to perform the unlocking operation, the 2 nd lock slider 71 is slid upward, and when the cylinder lock 73 is used to perform the locking operation, the 2 nd lock slider 71 is slid downward.
The 2 nd hook member 72 is provided in a pair of upper and lower positions on the base portion 12a, and is provided corresponding to the slider locking portion 711. The 2 nd hook member 72 extends so as to protrude rightward with respect to the base 12a, and an extending end portion of the 2 nd hook member 72 is bent rearward.
In the 2 nd lock mechanism 70, when the auxiliary door 40 swings in the closing direction in a state where the 2 nd lock slider 71 is slid upward and the locking operation is performed by the cylinder lock 73, the 2 nd lock slider 71 slides downward, and as shown in fig. 20, a part of the 2 nd hook member 72 relatively enters the notch 711a of the slider locking portion 711 to lock the slider locking portion 711 and the 2 nd hook member 72, and in this case, the 2 nd lock slider 71 engages with the 2 nd hook member 72 to restrict the swing of the auxiliary door 40 in the opening direction.
In the 2 nd lock mechanism 70, when the cylinder lock 73 is used to unlock, the 2 nd lock slider 71 slides upward, whereby the 2 nd hook member 72 is disengaged from the notch 711a of the slider locking portion 711, the locked state between the slider locking portion 711 and the 2 nd hook member 72 is released, the engaged state between the 2 nd lock slider 71 and the 2 nd hook member 72 is released, and the auxiliary door 40 is allowed to swing in the opening direction.
In the 2 nd lock mechanism 70, the upper slider locking portion 711 and the upper 2 nd hook member 72 are disposed below the upper 1 st hook member 62 and the upper locking opening 611 of the 1 st lock mechanism 60, and the lower slider locking portion 711 and the lower 2 nd hook member 72 are disposed below the lower 1 st hook member 62 and the lower locking opening 611 of the 1 st lock mechanism 60.
Thereby, the 1 st locking mechanism 60 and the 2 nd locking mechanism 70 are provided with: as shown in fig. 21, in a case where the 1 st lock slider 61 is engaged with the 1 st hook member 62 and the 2 nd lock slider 71 is engaged with the 2 nd hook member 72, the 1 st lock slider 61 and the 2 nd lock slider 71 are aligned with each other in the front-rear direction.
As shown in fig. 2, a door fixing mechanism 80 is provided between the main body cabinet 10 and the auxiliary door 40. As shown in fig. 22, the door fixing mechanism 80 includes a lock lever 81 and a guide member 82. Further, although a door fixing mechanism is also installed between the main body cabinet 10 and the front door 20, the door fixing mechanism is a conventionally known door fixing mechanism, and therefore, a description thereof is omitted.
The lock lever 81 is a long member formed by processing a metal plate or the like, for example, and one end portion thereof is pivotally supported at the lower end portion of the auxiliary door 40 so as to be rotatable. A guided portion 811 is provided at the other end of the lock lever 81 so as to protrude downward.
As shown in fig. 23, the locking lever 81 is integrally provided with a projection 812 projecting in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the locking lever 81 at a side end portion facing the left side in fig. 22, of one end portion. An abutment piece 813 extending upward is formed at the projecting end of the projection 812.
The guide member 82 is made of, for example, a steel plate. The guide member 82 is provided at a lower edge of a front region of the storage chamber 10b at the front opening 11 of the main body cabinet 10, and includes a guide groove 821 and a lock groove 822.
The guide groove 821 is a shaped hole that allows the guided portion 811 of the locking lever 81 to enter, and extends to gradually incline rightward as it goes forward. The lock groove 822 is an elongated hole continuous with the front end portion of the guide groove 821, and extends from the front end portion of the guide groove 821 so as to gradually incline forward slightly as it goes to the left.
In the door fixing mechanism 80, as shown in fig. 22, when the auxiliary door 40 closes the front region of the housing chamber 10b at the front opening 11, the guided portion 811 of the locking lever 81 is disposed at the rear end portion of the guide groove 821 of the guide member 82. When the auxiliary door 40 is swung in the opening direction, the guided portion 811 is displaced along the guide groove 821, and when the auxiliary door 40 is swung in the opening direction to a predetermined opening degree as shown in fig. 24, the guided portion 811 is urged by a plate spring or the like, not shown, to enter the lock groove 822, thereby restricting the swing of the auxiliary door 40 and fixing it. In this case, the projection 812 provided at one end of the lock lever 81 projects forward at a forward portion of the one end.
In this way, in the door fixing mechanism 80, since the projection 812 of the locking lever 81 is provided in a forward facing portion of the one end portion of the locking lever 81 so as to project forward when the auxiliary door 40 swings in the opening direction to a predetermined opening degree, the operator can release the fixed state by pushing (pressing) the contact piece 813 in the arrow direction in fig. 24 with his foot or the like to displace the guided portion 811 from the locking groove 822 to the guide groove 821.
