8. The device according to claim 3, characterized in that an air switch (11) is arranged at the rear end of the cabinet body (1), and the air switch (11) is connected with a main control power supply.
9. The device according to claim 3, characterized in that it further comprises a monitoring camera (9) and a light sensor (10), said monitoring camera (9) and light sensor (10) being arranged on the upper portion of the front wall of the cabinet (1).
10. The device according to claim 2, characterized by further comprising a heat dissipating device fixed inside the rear wall of the cabinet body (1), wherein a heat dissipating port (12) is formed on the rear wall of the heat dissipating device.
