5. The network case collaborative platform of claim 4, wherein the instant messaging module comprises:
the instant messaging unit is used for adding all the dealers of the same case to the same chat group and carrying out instant message communication;
and the file transmission unit is used for transmitting files in the same chat group.
6. A network case collaborative platform according to claim 3, wherein said platform further comprises an identity verification module,
and the identity verification module is used for verifying the identity of the login personnel.
7. The network case collaborative platform according to claim 6, wherein the case data parsing module is further configured to obtain case types fed back by the salesperson, and match corresponding first transactants according to case types.
8. A method for collaborating on the network case collaborating platform according to any claim 1-7, wherein the method comprises:
acquiring a case to be collaborated, auditing the case to be collaborated, and acquiring and storing case data of the case to be collaborated if the auditing is passed;
analyzing the case data to obtain the area of the case and the information of the business staff responsible for the case;
acquiring case data, splitting a case into a plurality of subtasks according to the case data, and distributing the subtasks to a manager;
and acquiring a subtask processing result fed back by the operator, and generating case collaborative data.
9. A collaborative device according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the device comprises at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the network case collaborative platform based collaborative method of claim 8.
10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the network case collaborative method of claim 8.
