Abstract
The invention discloses a network case collaborative search platform, a collaborative search method and a device, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a case to be collaborated, auditing the case to be collaborated, and acquiring and storing case data of the case to be collaborated if the auditing is passed; analyzing the case data to obtain the area of the case and the information of the business staff responsible for the case; acquiring case data, splitting a case into a plurality of subtasks according to the case data, and distributing the subtasks to a manager; and acquiring a subtask processing result fed back by the operator, and generating case collaborative data. The embodiment of the invention can enable a network company to selectively carry out the cooperative investigation on the processable case, and can split the case into a plurality of subtasks, thereby improving the processing efficiency, shortening the case detection time and improving the case detection efficiency by carrying out the cooperative investigation on the case through the network company.

the case task allocation module is used for acquiring case data, splitting a case into a plurality of subtasks according to the case data and allocating the subtasks to the office workers;
and the case task processing module is used for acquiring the processing result of the subtasks of the operator and generating case collaborative data according to the processing result.
2. The network case collaborative platform of claim 1, wherein the platform further comprises a collaborative results query module,
and the collaborating result query module is used for checking the processing result of the sponsor.
3. A network case collaborative platform according to claim 2, wherein said case task assignment module comprises:
the first subtask allocation unit is used for splitting the case into a plurality of first-level subtasks according to the case data and allocating the first-level subtasks to first-level managers;
the second subtask allocation unit is used for splitting the first-level subtask into a plurality of second-level subtasks and allocating the second-level subtasks to second-level workers;
and the third subtask allocation unit is used for splitting the second-level subtasks into a plurality of third-level subtasks and allocating the third-level subtasks to third-level workers.
4. A network case collaborative platform according to claim 3, wherein said platform further comprises an instant messaging module,
the instant messaging module is used for instant messaging among the dealers of the same case.
5. The network case collaborative platform of claim 4, wherein the instant messaging module comprises:
the instant messaging unit is used for adding all the dealers of the same case to the same chat group and carrying out instant message communication;
and the file transmission unit is used for transmitting files in the same chat group.
6. A network case collaborative platform according to claim 3, wherein said platform further comprises an identity verification module,
and the identity verification module is used for verifying the identity of the login personnel.
7. The network case collaborative platform according to claim 6, wherein the case data parsing module is further configured to obtain case types fed back by the salesperson, and match corresponding first transactants according to case types.
8. A method for collaborating on the network case collaborating platform according to any claim 1-7, wherein the method comprises:
acquiring a case to be collaborated, auditing the case to be collaborated, and acquiring and storing case data of the case to be collaborated if the auditing is passed;
analyzing the case data to obtain the area of the case and the information of the business staff responsible for the case;
acquiring case data, splitting a case into a plurality of subtasks according to the case data, and distributing the subtasks to a manager;
and acquiring a subtask processing result fed back by the operator, and generating case collaborative data.
9. A collaborative device according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the device comprises at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the network case collaborative platform based collaborative method of claim 8.
10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the network case collaborative method of claim 8.
