Abstract
The invention provides a method for reading transformer data from a Word and storing the transformer data into an Excel, which arranges transformer maintenance data at different positions in a Word document, summarizes the transformer maintenance data in the Excel document according to a certain classification, is convenient for a worker to compare and analyze, finds problems existing in the operation process of the transformer in time, reasonably considers the positions and the quantity of the data to be read, avoids the problems that manual reading is easy to make mistakes and repeated reading wastes time and labor, and meets the operation targets of accuracy and high efficiency. The data file generated by the regular maintenance of the transformer is analyzed in detail, various data with an irregular format of the power transformer are sorted, offline detection data are stripped from the record file, and the data are sorted into standard data and stored in an Excel table for later use. The form to be read and the form of the exported data are set in advance, and users only need to input the data to be read to obtain the classified transformer data.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of electrical equipment information extraction, and particularly relates to a method for reading transformer data from a Word and storing the transformer data into Excel.
Background
After 1870, the power industry has developed rapidly, a second industrial revolution has been made in germany and the united states, and mankind has entered the electrical era from the industrial era. With the rapid development of the power industry, electrical equipment is increasingly complex, the power grid structure becomes more and more integrated, and the influence caused by failure and untimely processing of certain electrical equipment is also increasingly greater. Although the power system is equipped with a powerful relay protection system, some small-probability system failures still cause unacceptable losses to the power system if not handled correctly in time, and a blackout in the northeast of the united states in 2003 causes economic losses of $ 10.5 million, which directly affects the normal lives of more than five thousand people.
Therefore, in order to meet the economic development, higher requirements are made on the power quality. As the most important part of the power transmission process, whether the power transformer is safely operated or not directly affects the economic benefit of the power industry, and even has a great influence on national economy. Therefore, higher requirements are put on the analysis of the overhaul data of the power transformer, and the effective extraction of the overhaul data of the power transformer becomes an important basis for data analysis. Regular overhaul data in China are Word documents automatically generated by a computer, and analysis of the data is not friendly, so that the data in the Word documents need to be extracted, sorted according to requirements, stored in Excel documents and convenient for later comparative analysis.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to sort the transformer overhaul data at different positions in the Word document, and gather the data in the Excel document according to certain classification, so that the data can be conveniently compared and analyzed by workers, and the problems existing in the running process of the transformer can be timely found.
The position and the quantity of the data to be read are reasonably considered, the problems that manual reading is easy to make mistakes and repeated reading wastes time and labor are avoided, and the operation target of accuracy and high efficiency is met.
Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, the following briefly describes the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a process for reading data in a Word document.
Fig. 2 is a diagram for sorting the read data.
FIG. 3 shows that the data after being sorted is output to an Excel document for storage.
Fig. 4 is an example of partial data obtained by saving.
Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In fig. 1, the transformer overhaul data at different positions in the Word document are sorted, and are read into the MATLAB program at first, and the positions and the quantity of the data to be read are reasonably considered, so that the problems that the data is slow to search and easy to make mistakes during manual reading are avoided, the problems that the repeated reading requires time and labor for continuously opening the Word document are solved, and the running targets of accuracy and high efficiency are met. The Word documents of different types can be automatically distinguished, the document types do not need to be manually set, and the system can select required positions for reading data according to different documents.
The system classifies and sorts the read data and divides the data according to different projects, as shown in fig. 2, a user does not need to worry about the change of the data position in the Word document, and the system can automatically identify the data corresponding to the different projects.
After the data classification is completed, the data is imported into an Excel file from the MATLAB for storage, and a user can select data to be output by himself or herself for output, as shown in fig. 3.
In fig. 4, the system forms the content in the Word document into a standard Excel document form, which is convenient for analyzing and comparing data.
The conclusion is drawn that in the analysis of the overhaul data of the power transformer, due to the fact that the number of data is large, the items are different, and great inconvenience is brought to comparison of the overhaul data.
