Claims (6)

1. A device for detecting transgenic components in food, comprising:
the U-shaped pipe is hollow and has two open ends, and is made of transparent materials; a piston is horizontally connected in each of the two vertical parts of the U-shaped pipe; one of the vertical parts contains a washing solution, the other vertical part contains a buffer solution, a groove is formed in the inner wall, close to the lower end, of the other vertical part, transgenic test paper is vertically placed in the groove, the opening end of the groove is covered by a partition plate in a sealing mode, a through hole is formed in the partition plate, and a first electromagnetic valve is arranged in the through hole; the top of the horizontal part of the U-shaped pipe is provided with a cover body which can be opened/closed;
the two baffles are vertically and internally connected with the inside of the horizontal part of the U-shaped pipe, and the two baffles and the inner wall of the horizontal part of the U-shaped pipe form a sample processing chamber; a material guide port which is communicated along the length direction of the horizontal part of the U-shaped pipe is arranged in the middle of any baffle plate, and a second electromagnetic valve is arranged in any material guide port;
the sample frame is of a hollow cylindrical structure arranged in the sample processing chamber, the top of the sample frame is open, and the sample frame is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the U-shaped pipe through a vertically arranged rotating shaft; a plurality of filtering holes are formed in the circumferential side surface of the sample frame; the vertical downward projection of the cover body is contained in the sample frame; the sample frame contains food powder to be tested;
and the nitrogen pressure tank is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the U-shaped pipe, and the air outlet of the nitrogen pressure tank is communicated with the inside of the sample processing chamber.
2. The apparatus for detecting transgenic component in food according to claim 1, further comprising a transmission mechanism comprising:
the cover body is covered at the upper end of the U-shaped pipe, and the bottom of the cover body is connected with the outer walls of the upper ends of the two vertical parts of the U-shaped pipe;
one piston is correspondingly provided with one vertical rod, any vertical rod is vertically arranged, the lower end of the vertical rod is fixedly connected with the top of the corresponding piston, and the upper end of the vertical rod vertically extends upwards; the outer walls of the two vertical rods are provided with external threads, and the external threads of the two vertical rods are arranged in opposite directions;
the lower end of any sleeve is coaxially sleeved at the upper end of the vertical rod corresponding to the sleeve, and the upper end of the sleeve extends vertically upwards and is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the cover body; the inner wall of the sleeve is provided with an internal thread matched with the external thread on the corresponding vertical rod;
one sleeve is correspondingly provided with one first gear disc, and any first gear disc is fixedly sleeved at the upper end of the sleeve corresponding to the first gear disc;
the second gear wheel disc, its level is located between two first gear wheels and all meshes with two first gear wheels, the fixed free end of locating the output shaft of motor of second gear wheel disc, the motor set firmly in on the cover body.
3. The apparatus for detecting transgenic component in food according to claim 2, wherein the transmission mechanism further comprises:
the first gear disc is correspondingly provided with a ratchet wheel, any ratchet wheel is rotatably sleeved on the sleeve corresponding to the ratchet wheel and is positioned below the first gear disc corresponding to the ratchet wheel, and the ratchet wheel is selectively linked with the first gear disc corresponding to the ratchet wheel through a first pawl;
the clockwork mechanism is horizontally positioned between the two vertical parts of the U-shaped pipe and is positioned below the second gear wheel disc, and the clockwork mechanism comprises a clockwork handle, a clockwork box and a clockwork gear wheel; the free end of the clockwork handle extends vertically upwards;
the third gear disc is rotatably sleeved at the free end of the clockwork handle and is positioned between the two ratchet wheels, and the third gear disc is selectively linked with the free end of the clockwork handle through a second pawl; a fourth gear disc is arranged between one side of the third gear disc and one of the ratchet wheels, the fourth gear disc is respectively meshed with the third gear disc and the other ratchet wheel, and the other side of the third gear disc is meshed with the other ratchet wheel;

The apparatus for detecting transgenic components in food according to claim 5, wherein the fourth gear plate is rotatably sleeved on the free end of the vertical portion of the L-shaped connecting rod, and the free end of the horizontal portion of the L-shaped connecting rod is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the U-shaped tube.
