Abstract
The invention relates to a box-type mud sampler suitable for collecting shallow bottom mud and a using method thereof, and aims to provide a box-type mud sampler which saves physical strength of operators, can realize separation of throwing and excitation, and has a simple and efficient closing mode. The structure of the device comprises a support frame, a mud storage box body, a grab bucket and a transmission control device; the transmission control device comprises an exciter and a steel wire rope, the exciter is arranged on the support frame and fixedly connected with the upper edge of the grab bucket through the steel wire rope, and the exciter comprises a starting pin and a connector. The bottom of the sludge storage box body is connected with the outer edge of the grab bucket through a return spring. The starting pin is pulled, the grab bucket is closed under the action of self gravity and the elastic force of the return spring, and the collection of the sediment is completed. The design is simple, convenient operation adopts the design of pure mechanical method, avoids sampling in the deposit and uses electricity to lead to trouble such as short circuit to take place, the slope appears when avoiding the grab bucket to close and the drawback of closure incomplete, has characteristics such as sampling success rate height, labour saving and time saving, repeatedly high-efficient use.

Background
The sediment in water is formed by long-time scouring and deposition, contains a large amount of pollutants, and the release process of the pollutants can cause certain harm to water quality and aquatic biological systems, so that the collection and analysis of the sediment on the surface layer of the sediment in water are particularly important in the process of researching a water ecosystem.
The types of the mud sampler are mainly divided into three categories, namely a columnar mud sampler, a grab bucket 3 type mud sampler and a box type mud sampler, and different mud samplers are selected according to sampling requirements and restrictions of environment, terrain and the like in the sampling process. The box-type mud sampler is applied more when a sampling point of a supporting structure is arranged. The technical solution of the invention is as follows:
a box-type mud sampler suitable for collecting shallow sediments structurally comprises a support frame 2, a mud storage box body 1, a grab bucket 3 and a transmission control device; the top of the sludge storage box body 1 is fixedly provided with a support frame 2, and the bottom of the sludge storage box body 1 is connected with grab buckets 3 in a rotation mode in a central symmetry mode; the transmission control device comprises an exciter 4 and a steel wire rope 5, wherein the exciter 4 is installed on the support frame 2 and is fixedly connected with the upper edge of the grab bucket 3 through the steel wire rope 5.

Further, the distance between the teeth of the actuating pin 4-1 is slightly larger than the diameter of the connecting column 10, and the connecting column 10 can be placed in a groove in the middle of the teeth.
As a preferred scheme, the grab bucket 3 is movably connected with the sludge storage box body 1 through a hexagon bolt, a return spring 11 is fixed on the hexagon bolt, and the other end of the return spring 11 is fixedly connected with the outer edge of the grab bucket 3.
As the preferred scheme, the closed position of the bottom of the grab bucket 3 is provided with a sealing ring, so that the sampling efficiency and accuracy are ensured.
The using method comprises the following steps:
1) opening the grab bucket 3, lifting the connector 4-2 to the same horizontal height of the rotating shaft 4-3 and the connecting column 10, and sequentially inserting the rotating shaft 4-3 and the connecting column 10 into a groove in the middle of the pin teeth of the starting pin 4-1;
2) a sampling person holds the bearing rope connected with the lifting ring 9 by hand and vertically places the box type collector on the surface of the sediment;
3) the starting rope is pulled, the grab bucket 3 is closed under the action of self gravity and the elastic force of the return spring 11, and the collection of the sediment is completed;
4) and (4) recovering the box type collector, lifting the connector 4-2, and opening the grab bucket 3 to finish the collection operation.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the distribution of the input and the excitation of the collector is completed without mutual influence, and the sampling success rate is high.
2) The design of a pure mechanical method is adopted, so that the faults such as short circuit and the like caused by sampling and electricity utilization in the sediment are avoided, the defects of inclination and incomplete closing when the grab bucket is closed are avoided, and the grab bucket has the characteristics of time and labor saving, repeated and efficient use and the like.

Referring to the attached figure 1, the box type mud sampler suitable for collecting shallow sediments structurally comprises a support frame 2, a mud storage box body 1, a grab bucket 3 and a transmission control device; the top of the sludge storage box body 1 is fixedly provided with a support frame 2, and the bottom of the sludge storage box body 1 is connected with grab buckets 3 in a rotation manner in a central symmetry manner; the transmission control device comprises an exciter 4 and a steel wire rope 5, wherein the exciter 4 is installed on the support frame 2 and is fixedly connected with the upper edge of the grab bucket 3 through the steel wire rope 5. The grab bucket 3 is movably connected with the mud storage box body 1 through a hexagon bolt, a return spring 11 is fixed on the hexagon bolt, and the other end of the return spring 11 is fixedly connected with the outer edge of the grab bucket 3; a sealing ring is arranged at the closed position of the bottom of the grab bucket 3.
The top end and the bottom of the sludge storage box body 1 are not provided with cover plates, the front side and the rear side are respectively fixed with a detachable balancing weight 6, and the balancing weight 6 is fixed through a cross bolt 7; limiting rings 8 are arranged on two sides, and the steel wire rope 5 penetrates through the limiting rings 8, so that the transmission control device is enabled not to deviate when being started, and the repeated use is facilitated.

Referring to fig. 2-3, actuator 4 includes an actuating pin 4-1 and a connector 4-2; wherein, the starting pin 4-1 is cuboid, one end is provided with two pin teeth, and the other end is connected with a starting rope; the connector 4-2 is of a lock-type structure, the upper end lock arm is connected through a rotating shaft 4-3, and two sides of the bottom of the connector are connected with the steel wire rope 5 through holes. The pin teeth spacing of the starting pin 4-1 is slightly larger than the diameter of the connecting column 10, and the connecting column 10 can be arranged in a groove in the middle of the pin teeth.
The operation steps are as follows:
1) opening the grab bucket 3, lifting the connector 4-2 to the same horizontal height of the rotating shaft 4-3 and the connecting column 10, and sequentially inserting the rotating shaft 4-3 and the connecting column 10 into a groove in the middle of the pin teeth of the starting pin 4-1;
2) a sampling person holds the bearing rope connected with the lifting ring 9 by hand and vertically places the box type collector on the surface of the sediment;
3) the starting rope is pulled, the grab bucket 3 is closed under the action of self gravity and the elastic force of the return spring 11, and the collection of the sediment is completed;
4) and (4) recovering the box type collector, lifting the connector 4-2, and opening the grab bucket 3 to finish the collection operation.

limiting rings (8) are arranged on two sides of the mud storage box body (1), and a steel wire rope (5) penetrates through the limiting rings (8), so that the driving control device is enabled not to deviate when being started, and the driving control device is convenient to use repeatedly;
the support frame (2) is in an isosceles trapezoid shape, a lifting ring (9) is arranged in the middle of the top of the support frame (2), and the lifting ring (9) is connected with a bearing rope; a connecting column (10) is arranged in the middle of the support frame (2), and the exciter (4) is arranged on the connecting column (10);

the top end and the bottom of the sludge storage box body (1) are not provided with cover plates; the front side and the rear side of the sludge storage box body (1) are respectively detachably provided with a balancing weight (6), and the balancing weights (6) are fixed through cross bolts (7);
the pin tooth spacing of the starting pin (4-1) is slightly larger than the diameter of the connecting column (10), and the connecting column (10) can be placed in a groove in the middle of the pin teeth;
the grab bucket (3) is movably connected with the mud storage box body (1) through a hexagon bolt, a return spring (11) is fixed on the hexagon bolt, and the other end of the return spring (11) is fixedly connected with the outer edge of the grab bucket (3);
and a sealing ring is arranged at the closed position of the bottom of the grab bucket (3), so that the sampling efficiency and accuracy are ensured.

1) opening the grab bucket (3), lifting the connector (4-2) to the same horizontal height of the rotating shaft (4-3) and the connecting column (10), and sequentially inserting the rotating shaft (4-3) and the connecting column (10) into the groove in the middle of the pin teeth of the starting pin (4-1);
2) a sampling person holds a bearing rope connected with a lifting ring (9) and vertically places the box type collector on the surface of the sediment;
3) the starting rope is pulled, the grab bucket (3) is closed under the action of self gravity and the elastic force of the return spring (11), and the collection of the sediment is completed;
4) the box type collector is recovered, the connector (4-2) is lifted, the grab bucket (3) is opened, and the collection operation is completed.
