An intelligent air curtain comprises an air curtain body and an electric control main board arranged on the air curtain body; the electric control main board 8 comprises a distance measuring module, a control processing module and a micro/coarse adjusting module which are electrically connected with each other; the distance measurement module is used for measuring the installation height of the air curtain; the control processing module is used for allocating a target wind speed V to the air curtain according to the height of the air curtain, adjusting the wind speed of the air curtain to the target wind speed V, setting the target wind speed V as a middle wind gear, and constructing a plurality of preset wind gears at floating intervals according to the middle wind gear, wherein the plurality of wind gears comprise a breeze gear, a wind gear, a strong wind gear and a strong wind gear, and the wind speed of the middle wind gear is greater than that of the wind gear and is less than that of the strong wind gear; and the micro/rough adjustment module is used for selecting a corresponding preset gear difference value K according to the height and carrying out micro/rough adjustment on the current air curtain speed according to the gear difference value K so as to enable the air curtain speed to reach the air speed required by a use scene. Referring to fig. 1, the air curtain body includes an air curtain housing, an air inlet cover plate 1, and a motor wind wheel assembly disposed in the air curtain housing assembly, the motor wind wheel assembly includes a motor, a wind wheel, a motor frame 7 and a motor fastener 6, an electric control main board 8 is disposed on the air curtain, the electric control main board 8 is further wrapped with an electric control board assembly, the electric control board assembly includes an electric control board cover and a mounting lower board, the mounting floor is fixed on the air curtain housing assembly 4, and the electric control cover plate 2 wraps the electric control main board 8 and then is fixed with an electric control mounting bottom plate 9; the human body induction sensor 10 and the distance measuring sensor 11 are both arranged at the air outlet of the air curtain; and the fan shell is also fixedly provided with a signal receiver 3 which is used as a wireless remote controller and a remote controller signal receiver 3 for receiving control signals and transmitting the control signals to the electric control mainboard 8 for executing control commands.
When the target wind speed V is obtained according to the measured height, then the adjusting mode of the wind speed gear difference K is determined according to the height value, and a fine adjusting mode or a coarse adjusting mode is selected, for example, the installation height is 2m, the installation height is low, fine adjustment is required by people according to the wind speed adjusting, and the gear difference K is required to be as small as possible. When the installation height is higher, for example, the installation height is 5-6m, the wind speed adjustment requirement is roughly adjusted, and the gear difference value K is increased by a proper amount.

The above examples of the wind speed value are only to illustrate a specific control process, and as for how many specific values of the wind speed are, those skilled in the art perform corresponding settings according to actual requirements, which is not limited herein. In addition, the wind speed value V described in this specification is the wind speed at the air curtain outlet.
It should be noted that the distance measurement module may be implemented by infrared distance measurement, ultrasonic distance measurement, millimeter wave radar distance measurement, and the like, and the specifically adopted distance measurement mode is not specifically limited in this embodiment, and those skilled in the art may select the distance measurement mode accordingly as needed.
Furthermore, as for the relation between the value of the target wind speed V and the height, after debugging, the target wind speed V is considered to be 12m/s when the installation height is 2.5 m in various use scenes; the target wind speed V should be 14m/s when the installation height is 3 m, 16m/s when the installation height is 3.5 m, and 20m/s when the installation height is 4 m.
Specifically, adjusting the air speed of the air curtain includes adjustment of a motor of a wind turbine; and the quantitative relation between the target wind speed V and the motor rotating speed is V ═ d ^ pi ^ n ^ A/1000 ^ 60, wherein d is the diameter of the wind wheel, n is the rotating speed of the wind wheel motor, and A is a correction coefficient. Specifically, the value range of the correction coefficient a is 1.1-1.4.

The fine-tuning submodule is provided with a plus key and a minus key, the fine-tuning submodule is used for fine-tuning the wind speed of the air curtain, the controller on the control system can be used for directly and rapidly switching different wind speed gears, under the condition that preset wind speed gears still cannot meet requirements, the fine-tuning submodule can be used for fine-tuning the current wind speed through the plus key and the minus key on the fine-tuning submodule, and the fine-tuned minimum rotating speed adjusting value R is positively correlated with the height value H. Namely, the smaller the used height H is, the smaller the required wind speed is, the more accurate the wind speed adjustment is, the smaller the range is. The wind speed requirement is larger when the used height H is larger, and the wind speed adjustment value is in a larger range in a bolder mode.

1. An intelligent air curtain is characterized by comprising an air curtain body and an electric control main board arranged on the air curtain body;
the electric control main board comprises a distance measuring module, a control processing module and a micro/coarse adjusting module which are electrically connected with each other;
the distance measurement module is used for measuring the installation height of the air curtain;
the control processing module is used for allocating a target wind speed V to the air curtain according to the height of the air curtain, adjusting the wind speed of the air curtain to the target wind speed V, setting the target wind speed V as a middle wind gear, and constructing a plurality of preset wind gears at floating intervals according to the middle wind gear, wherein the plurality of wind gears comprise a breeze gear, a wind gear, a strong wind gear and a strong wind gear, and the wind speed of the middle wind gear is greater than that of the wind gear and is less than that of the strong wind gear;
