2) mounting of protection mechanisms
a. Firstly, selecting a proper protective cover according to the size of the oil smoke separation net, wherein the protective cover is matched with the oil smoke separation net;
b. then installing a smoke outlet along the top of the outer annular ring, and installing a guide block along the top of the inner annular ring to ensure that the guide block is positioned right below the smoke outlet;
