Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the technical scheme designs a waterproof breathable film 5 and a communication channel, air in the cavity 3 of the box body 180 can be exhausted out of the cavity through the waterproof breathable film 5 and the communication channel, thus, the water vapor in the cavity 3 can be discharged out of the box body 180 through the waterproof breathable film 5 and the communication channel, when the external air enters the cavity 3 through the waterproof breathable film 5, the waterproof breathable film 5 can isolate the water vapor in the external air, so that the external water vapor can not enter the cavity through the waterproof breathable film 5, the internal environment of the cavity 3 can be kept relatively dry, so that the condensation phenomenon which is possibly generated along with the temperature change of the air in the cavity 3 under the environment with relatively high humidity can be prevented, the circuit board assembly 130 and the like can be prevented from being damaged by the condensation, meanwhile, the relative balance of the internal pressure and the external pressure of the box body 180 can be ensured, and meanwhile, pollution particles in the external air can be isolated.
Waterproof ventilated membrane 5 includes fixed connection portion 51 and ventilation portion 52, and fixed connection portion 51 encircles ventilation portion 52 and sets up, and fixed connection portion 51 sets up through scalding pressure or welding or fixed glue with box body 180, and it is inside and outside gaseous unable through fixed connection portion intercommunication cavity like this, can only pass through ventilation portion intercommunication cavity inside and outside, prevents that outside water from getting into the cavity through connecting the fixed part.

Referring to fig. 17, the second housing 2 includes a substrate 21, the case body 180 further includes a communication channel for a waterproof breathable film 5, the waterproof breathable film is fixedly disposed in contact with the case body, the cavity is disposed in gas communication with the exterior of the case body through the waterproof breathable film and the communication channel, the waterproof breathable film is fixedly disposed in the second housing, the second housing has a communication channel and a first concave portion, the first concave portion is formed by sinking from the cavity to the exterior of the second housing, the communication channel is disposed in communication with the first concave portion, the waterproof breathable film is accommodated in the first concave portion and fixedly disposed, the cavity is disposed on one side of the waterproof breathable film, the communication channel is disposed on the other side of the waterproof breathable film, in this embodiment, the waterproof breathable film 5 is fixed on the inner side of the substrate 21, the connection between the waterproof breathable film 5 and the substrate 21 is hermetically disposed, the welding mode can be ultrasonic welding, and certainly, the welding mode can also be fixed and sealed by fixing glue, and certainly, the welding mode can also be fixed by other modes; the base plate 21 has the communicating channel, and the box body 180 is kept in gas communication with the cavity 3 through the communicating channel and the waterproof breathable film, and through designing the gap and the material of the waterproof breathable film 5, the waterproof breathable film 5 can ensure that external water cannot enter the cavity through the waterproof breathable film 5, and meanwhile, the external gas communication is kept with the box body. In this embodiment, the waterproof breathable film 5 is made of a material having waterproof and breathable functions, and in this embodiment, the main component of the material of the waterproof breathable film 5 is Expanded Polytetrafluoroethylene (EPTFE), but other materials having similar functions may be adopted.
The base plate 21 includes an outer edge portion 201, a first limiting rib 202 and a flash tank 203, the flash tank 203 is formed between the outer edge portion 201 and the first limiting rib 202, the first casing 1 and the second casing 2 are assembled, the welding rib 12 is arranged in the flash tank 203, and the outer side of the first limiting rib 202 is abutted against the inner side of the side wall of the second casing 1.
For convenience of description, a surface of the substrate 21 relatively far from the circuit board assembly 130 is referred to as a first surface 211, a surface of the substrate 21 relatively close to the circuit board assembly 130 is referred to as a second surface 212, and the waterproof breathable film 5 is disposed on the second surface 212.

Specifically, the first bottom wall 61 and the second bottom wall 62 are spaced at a certain distance, the waterproof breathable film 5 is fixedly arranged with the first bottom wall 61, the plane of the first bottom wall 61 is relatively lower than the plane of the first surface 211, a part of the waterproof breathable film 5 is in contact with the first bottom wall 61, the periphery of the waterproof breathable film 5 and the first bottom wall 61 are fixed and sealed by ironing or welding, the welding mode can be ultrasonic welding, and can also be fixed and sealed by fixing glue, so as to ensure the waterproof performance and the strength and the sealing performance of the welding part, meanwhile, the plane of the first bottom wall 61 is lower than the plane of the first surface 211, after the waterproof breathable film 5 is fixed, and after the waterproof breathable film is connected by ironing, welding or fixing glue, the waterproof breathable film is approximately flush with the second surface 212 or is relatively lower than the second surface 212, so that the waterproof breathable film 5 can be prevented from protruding out of the plane of the second surface 212 after being, the position of the waterproof breathable film can be preset by arranging the first bottom wall, so that the process of determining the installation position is simplified; of course, the waterproof breathable film 5 may also be disposed protruding from the second surface 212.
In the present embodiment, the communication passage includes a first portion including a first groove 64, a second groove 65, a third groove 66, and a fourth groove 67, the first groove 64, the second groove 65, the third groove 66, and the fourth groove 67 are formed by being recessed from the outer surface toward the inner surface of the second housing, the first groove 64, the second groove 65, the third groove 66, and the fourth groove 67 have the same structure and are disposed around the first recess 6, and the first groove 64, the second groove 65, the third groove 66, and the fourth groove 67 are respectively communicated with the first recess 6. The first concave part 6 further comprises a shielding part, the shielding part protrudes out of the side wall of the first concave part, the protruding height of the shielding part is larger than the aperture of the communication channel, the shielding part is away from the second bottom wall by a set distance, specifically, the second shell 2 comprises a shielding part 631, the shielding part 631 protrudes from the side wall 63 of the first concave part to the first concave part 6, the protruding height of the shielding part 631 is relatively larger than or equal to the width of the first groove 64, the second groove 65, the third groove 66 and the fourth groove 67 of the communication channel, and the lowest end of the shielding part 631 is away from the second bottom wall by a set distance, so that the provided shielding part 631 enables the communication channel to form a labyrinth structure, the gap of the communication channel is reduced on the premise of ensuring the circulation, foreign matters with certain external sizes enter the first concave part 6, and the phenomenon that the foreign matters directly touch the waterproof breathable film 5 to damage the waterproof; of course, the angle between the opening direction of the groove holes of the first groove 64, the second groove 65, the third groove 66, and the fourth groove 67 and the first surface may be smaller than 90 or larger than 90, that is, the extending direction of the first groove 64, the second groove 65, the third groove 66, and the fourth groove 67 is not perpendicular to the first surface 211, and thus, the damage of the waterproof breathable film 5 due to the direct contact of foreign matter with the waterproof breathable film 5 may be reduced. The arrangement of the first groove 64, the second groove 65, the third groove 66 and the fourth groove 67 ensures that enough space is reserved in the communication channel, and the air circulation area is ensured. Through setting up waterproof ventilated membrane 5, the air in the cavity 3 of box body 180 can be through the box body that waterproof ventilated membrane 5 discharged, the vapor in the cavity 3 passes through waterproof ventilated membrane 5 and discharges box body 180, and waterproof ventilated membrane 5 can keep apart the vapor in the outside air when the outside air gets into cavity 3 through waterproof ventilated membrane 5, outside vapor can not get into the cavity through waterproof ventilated membrane 5 like this, can make the 3 internal environment of cavity keep relatively dry, can prevent under the environment of relatively higher humidity like this, the air in the cavity 3 probably is along with the condensation phenomenon that temperature variation produced, can prevent that the condensation from producing damages to circuit board subassembly 130 etc., also can guarantee the relative balance of the internal and external pressure of box body 180 simultaneously. Meanwhile, external liquid molecules and pollution particles can be prevented from entering the cavity 3 through the waterproof breathable film 5, the waterproof and foreign-body-preventing effects are achieved, and water and foreign-body particles can be prevented from damaging circuit board components and the like. Of course, the waterproof breathable film 5 may be attached to the first casing 1 as needed. In order to prevent the water from accumulating in the first recess 6 when the electric valve 100 is applied, the first recess 6 may be disposed to be inclined relatively or downward relatively. In another statement, the first recess has a first recess side wall 631, the communication passage includes a first groove 64, a second groove 65, a third groove 66, and a fourth groove 67, the first groove 64, the second groove 65, the third groove 66, and the fourth groove 67 are formed by outwardly recessing the first recess side wall 631, and the first groove 64, the second groove 65, the third groove 66, and the fourth groove 67 do not penetrate the first housing 1.

The clearance between intercommunication passageway base plate 21 and apron 22 keeps gaseous intercommunication through intercommunication passageway and waterproof ventilated membrane in the box body outside and the cavity, through designing the space and the material to waterproof ventilated membrane, such waterproof ventilated membrane can guarantee that external water can not get into the box body through waterproof ventilated membrane, and external and cavity keep gaseous intercommunication simultaneously. In this embodiment, the waterproof breathable film 5 is made of a material having waterproof and breathable functions, and in this embodiment, the main component of the waterproof breathable film material is Expanded Polytetrafluoroethylene (EPTFE), but other materials having similar functions may be adopted.

The end of the cover plate 22 connected to the second recess bottom 71 may also be provided with a welding rib for connection to the base plate 21. In this embodiment, the function of the waterproof breathable film 5 is the same as that of the waterproof breathable film 5 in the first embodiment, and is not described herein again. In order to prevent the second recess 7 from accumulating water when the electric valve 100 is applied, the second recess 7 may be disposed to be inclined relatively or downward relatively. In the present embodiment, the fifth groove 721, the sixth groove 722, the seventh groove 723, and the eighth groove 724 are formed in the base plate, and the notches are formed in the cover plate, so that the communication passages are formed, and compared with the case where the communication passages are formed simultaneously with the base plate 21 or the cover plate 22, the base plate 21 and the cover plate 22 are easily formed, and the tooling is simple.

An electrically operated valve comprising a stator assembly, a rotor, a sleeve, and a valve assembly, the valve assembly comprising a valve core, the stator assembly comprising a coil assembly, the stator assembly located outside of the rotor, the sleeve separating the stator assembly and the rotor, the electrically operated valve having a valve port, the rotor being capable of moving the valve core relative to the valve port, the electrically operated valve characterized by: the electric valve comprises a box body and a circuit board assembly, the box body comprises a cavity, the circuit board assembly is contained in the cavity, the box body comprises a first shell and a second shell, the first shell and the second shell are connected through laser welding, the first shell comprises a first abutting surface, the second shell comprises an outer edge portion, and the distance between the outer edge portion and the first abutting surface after welding is smaller than the distance between the outer edge portion and the first abutting surface before welding.
2. The electric valve according to claim 1, wherein after welding, the first abutment surface abuts against and engages with the outer edge portion to regulate a position of the second housing with respect to the first housing.
3. The electric valve according to claim 1, wherein after welding, the first abutment surface is in clearance fit with the outer edge portion, the clearance being smaller than a distance between the outer edge portion and the first abutment surface before welding.
4. The electric valve according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the first housing further comprises a welding rib, the first abutting surface is disposed on the periphery of the welding rib, and the tip of the welding rib is farther away from the stator assembly relative to the first abutting surface.
5. The electrically operated valve of claim 4, wherein the second housing further comprises a first limiting rib and a flash groove, the flash groove is formed between the outer edge and the first limiting rib, a part of the second housing forms a bottom wall of the flash groove, a top end of the outer edge is closer to the stator assembly relative to the bottom wall of the flash groove, and a top end of the limiting rib is closer to the stator assembly relative to the bottom wall of the flash groove.
6. The electric valve of claim 5, wherein the welding rib is received in the flash tank, a top end of the welding rib abuts against a bottom wall of the flash tank, the welding rib is melted by laser and presses the first housing and the second housing, the welding rib is melted and connected with the bottom wall of the flash tank, at least a part of the welding rib overflows into the flash tank after being melted, an outer side of the first limiting rib abuts against an inner side of a side wall of the first housing, and movement of the second housing relative to the first housing in a transverse direction is limited.
7. The electric valve according to claim 6, wherein the first housing comprises a bottom wall and a side wall extending from the bottom wall to one side, the side wall comprises a first side wall, a second side wall, a third side wall and a fourth side wall, the side walls are oppositely arranged, the first side wall and the third side wall are oppositely arranged, the second side wall and the fourth side wall are oppositely arranged, and the welding rib and the first abutting surface are arranged at the top ends of the first side wall, the second side wall, the third side wall and the fourth side wall.
8. The electric valve according to claim 7, wherein the first housing and the insulating portion of the stator assembly are separately formed and then fixedly connected by welding or the first housing and the insulating portion of the stator assembly are integrally formed by injection molding.
