Abstract
The invention relates to the field of oilfield workover tools, in particular to a casing hanging weight cutting fisher. The cutting machine comprises an anchoring mechanism, a cutting mechanism and a righting mechanism which are connected in sequence; the anchoring mechanism comprises an upper joint and a mandrel which are sequentially connected, a shaft sleeve is sleeved outside the mandrel, a slip which is in sliding connection with the shaft sleeve is sleeved on the shaft sleeve, and a track groove which drives the slip to move along a track is formed in the outer surface of the shaft sleeve; the cutting mechanism comprises a joint connected with the mandrel, a cutter body sleeve is connected outside the joint, more than three cutter bodies capable of exposing the cutter body sleeve are hung in the cutter body sleeve along the circumference, a pushing sleeve is connected in the joint, and the surface of the pushing sleeve is provided with a conical surface which is in lap joint with the cutter bodies corresponding to the cutter bodies; the righting mechanism comprises a righting sleeve body connected with the pushing sleeve and connected with the cutter body sleeve, and an elastic righting block is arranged in the righting sleeve body. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an oil field well repairing tool, in particular to a casing hanging weight cutting fisher. When the stuck pipe object or the required sleeve cannot be processed by other methods, the tool is used for processing by cutting.
Background
In the prior art, the hydraulic internal cutting tool is roughly composed of a plurality of parts including an upper connector 1, a cylinder 16, a choke valve 17, a piston 18, a spring 19 and a blade 20 (see fig. 5). By connecting with the upper joint 1, water is pressurized and injected into the cylinder 16, and the high-pressure water pushes the piston 18 to compress the spring 19 to eject the blade 20. The tool is lowered into the intended wellbore and selection of cutting casing and the like is initiated. And finishing cutting to obtain the cutter. The disadvantages are that: the hydraulic internal cutting knife needs to be combined with tools such as a centralizer in cutting construction, and time is needed in tool installation and selection. The hydraulic internal cutting knife is suitable for a well with a cut pipe column in a stretching state, if the well is in a free state in advance, the pipe column falls down due to the action of gravity at the moment of being cut off, a rotating cutter head is broken or twisted to deform, the cutter head is damaged if the cutter head is light, and a drill clamping accident is caused if the cutter head is heavy. The inner cutter needs to be pulled out to judge whether the pipe column is cut or not according to the abrasion condition of the cutter head. If the cutting is not finished, the cutting tool is required to be lowered again for cutting, and the position reached by the cutting tool cannot be ensured to be coincident with the position of the previous cutting. The existing tools have the disadvantages of multiple construction procedures, high labor intensity and long construction period.

The invention aims to provide a suspended weight casing cutting fisher which is convenient to install and judge and reliable in cutting aiming at the defects.

The invention has the advantages that: 1. the tool is combined by a righting mechanism, an anchoring mechanism and a cutting mechanism, and is connected with other tools as a whole to be put into a well, so that the time is saved during tool installation, the tool can be anchored on the inner wall of a tubular column above a cut point after being put into a preset position, a mandrel rotates along with a drilling tool, torque display through ground rotary power and tension data display of ground drilling tool load can be used for judging whether the tubular column finishes cutting, external force borne by a tool bit when the tubular column is cut off is reduced, and the abrasion of the tool bit is reduced. 2. The righting block can provide correct guidance for cutting construction and a driving force for forming the cutter feeding amount by friction of the righting block and the sleeve. The design has the slips, can realize the anchoring, plays the fixed action, reduces the wearing and tearing and the outside atress of tool bit. The anchoring mechanism, the cutting tool and the combination are integrated, and the cutting operation can be judged whether to be finished or not through data display of tensile force and rotating force on the ground. 3. Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-6, the part names are as follows: the fishing tool comprises an upper joint 1, a mandrel 2, a shaft sleeve 3, a slip 4, a joint 5, a pushing sleeve 6, a cutter body 7, an elastic righting block 8, a guide shoe 9, a track groove 10, a cutter body sleeve 11, a conical surface 12, a righting sleeve body 13, a long-strip-shaped cutter body exposure hole 14, a long-strip-shaped righting block exposure hole 15, a cylinder body 16, a choke valve 17, a piston 18, a spring 19, a cutter blade 20, a suspended weight rotary leg fishing spear 21, a cutting tool 22, an uppermost end 23, a lowermost end 24 and a needle bearing 25.
Referring to fig. 1-6, the casing weight suspended cutting overshot comprises two main parts, namely a weight suspended rotary legged fishing spear 21 and a cutting tool 22. The casing hanging weight cutting fisher comprises an anchoring mechanism, a cutting mechanism and a righting mechanism which are connected in sequence; the anchoring mechanism comprises an upper joint 1 and a mandrel 2 which are sequentially connected, a shaft sleeve 3 is sleeved outside the mandrel 2 (a bearing is arranged between the upper joint and the mandrel 2), and the upper joint 1 is fixedly connected with the mandrel 2 to drive the mandrel 2 to rotate. The shaft sleeve 3 is sleeved with a slip 4 which is in sliding connection with the shaft sleeve, the slip 4 is of a round sleeve structure, the lower end of the slip is provided with an opening which is convenient to expand, a claw-shaped structure is formed, and the slip 4 is connected with the shaft sleeve 3 through a pin shaft and is of a structure which is commonly used in oil fields. The function of the anchor is to realize that the slips can firmly grip the inner wall of the casing pipe and be anchored equally. The anchored mandrel 2 rotates along with the drilling tool to drive the cutting mechanism to cut the casing, and after the mandrel rotates for a certain number of turns, the casing is not cut off at a glance. The outer surface of the shaft sleeve 3 is provided with a track groove 10 (shown in figure 3) which drives the slips 4 to move along the track. A needle bearing 25 is arranged between the mandrel 2 and the shaft sleeve 3, a needle roller groove is arranged on the surface of the mandrel 2, a strip-shaped needle roller groove is arranged on the inner wall of the shaft sleeve 3, and the mandrel 2 rotates in the shaft sleeve 3 (see figure 6). The cutting mechanism include the joint 5 (drive joint 5 rotation) of being connected with mandrel 2, connect with cutter body cover 11 outside the joint 5, along the circumference in the cutter body cover 11 articulate and to expose more than three cutter body 7 of cutter body cover 11, cutter body cover 11 corresponds cutter body 7 quantity and position and has rectangular form cutter body open pores 14 on its surface. The use method or the working principle is as follows: the present invention is connected to other tools and lowered to the predetermined well depth. The tool is pulled up, the slips 4 is in sliding connection with the shaft sleeve 3, the slips 4 cannot be lifted up due to the self gravity action in the pulling process, the slips can move to the lowest end 24 (see fig. 2 and 3) of the track along the track groove 10 on the outer surface of the shaft sleeve 3, the clamping jaws of the slips 4 are tightly attached to the outer wall of the shaft sleeve 3, the diameter of the outer surface of each clamping jaw is increased along with the increase of the outer diameter (with the conical surface 12) of the shaft sleeve 3, and the clamping jaws are clamped on the inner wall of a tubular column to. When the slip 4 is lifted, the slip is not lifted due to the self gravity, and the pushing sleeve 6 is not lifted along with the lifting due to the self gravity. The cutter body 7 is tightly attached to the pushing sleeve 6, when the cutter body 7 is lifted upwards, the cutter body can move (with a conical surface) along the shape of the outer surface of the pushing sleeve 6, so that the cutter head extends out, and the ground provides rotary power to drive the upper joint 1, the mandrel 2, the joint 5 and the cutter body 7 to rotate, so that cutting is completed.
And (3) pushing and pulling the tool again, moving the slips 4 to the uppermost end 23 (see fig. 2 and 3) along the track of the shaft sleeve 3, sliding the clamping jaws along the outer wall of the shaft sleeve 3 until the clamping jaws are retracted, then lifting the drilling tool, pushing the sleeve to move upwards by the lower end, and recovering the blade, so that the whole tool can be lifted.
