Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic locks, in particular to a magnetic clutch, an intelligent door lock comprising the same and an intelligent door.
Background
The intelligent door lock is a comprehensive product combining an electronic technology, an integrated circuit design, a large number of electronic components and various innovative identification technologies. The types of intelligent door locks include fingerprint locks, electronic coded locks, induction locks, intelligent locks, and the like. The intelligent door lock mainly comprises an elastic clutch device and a magnetic clutch device, wherein the elastic clutch device uses elastic materials as coupling transmission components, and is characterized in that the transmission mode is direct contact transmission, the parts are abraded due to movement, the service life of the clutch device is influenced to a certain extent, and the requirement on the assembly size precision of the parts is higher; the magnetic clutch device uses the magnet as a coupling transmission component and is characterized in that the rotation mode is non-contact transmission driven by the attraction force and the repulsion force of the magnet, and parts have no relative contact friction, so the service life of the clutch device is long, and the assembly size precision requirement of the parts is low. However, the magnetic clutch device is easily affected by external magnetic force, and misoperation is generated to unlock the lockset, so that the safety of the lockset is greatly reduced. At present, no better solution is available.
Disclosure of Invention

a clutch stop pin embedded on a sidewall of the clutch pin,
under the condition that the clutch pin is separated from the clutch connecting piece, when the external magnetic force applied to the clutch stop pin is larger than the attraction force of the magnet of the clutch mechanism to the clutch stop pin, a part of the clutch stop pin slides into the stop groove, so that the clutch pin cannot move.
Optionally, a limiting structure is arranged on the housing and the magnet fixing seat, so that the magnet fixing seat rotates by no more than 180 degrees.
Optionally, the clutch stop pin is made of a magnetically permeable material.
Optionally, a track groove is provided in the housing, the clutch pin being mounted in the track groove, the track groove limiting rotation of the clutch pin.
Optionally, the clutch connecting plate has an oval hole in the axial direction, and the clutch pin has an oval projection in the axial direction for engaging and disengaging with the oval hole.
Optionally, the first magnet and the second magnet are ring-shaped.
The invention also provides an intelligent door lock which comprises the magnetic clutch, wherein the clutch connecting sheet is connected with the lock body, and the driving motor is connected with the handle.
The invention also provides a door, which comprises the intelligent door lock.
According to the invention, the clutch stop pin is arranged, so that under the condition that the lock body is locked, if the external magnetic force is greater than the suction force of the magnetic force on the magnetic clutch to the clutch pin, part of the clutch stop pin can enter the stop groove, so that the clutch pin can not move, and the condition that the lock body is opened by misoperation due to the interference of the external magnetic force under the condition that the lock body is locked is prevented.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that the described embodiments can be modified in various different ways, or combinations thereof, without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the drawings and description are illustrative in nature and not intended to limit the scope of the claims. Furthermore, in the present description, the drawings are not to scale and like reference numerals refer to like parts.
The magnetic clutch of the embodiment comprises an upper shell 1, a lower shell 2, a clutch mechanism and a clutch stop pin 8. The upper shell 1 and the lower shell 2 are buckled to form a shell. The casing is a cylindrical body, and a motor groove, a fixed seat groove and a track groove are sequentially arranged in the casing along the axial direction, and a lower casing motor groove 21, a lower casing fixed seat groove 22 and a lower casing track groove 23 are arranged in the lower casing 2 by taking the lower casing 2 as an example. The driving motor can drive the magnet fixing seat 4 to rotate, and the relative magnetic poles of the first magnet 5 and the second magnet 10 are the same or opposite by rotating a certain angle, specifically, the N magnetic pole of the first magnet 5 is opposite to the N magnetic pole of the second magnet 10, or the N magnetic pole of the first magnet 5 is opposite to the S magnetic pole of the second magnet 10, and the relative magnetic poles of the first magnet 5 and the second magnet 10 are the same, so that the second magnet 10 is pushed to move along the axial direction, and the clutch pin 6 is driven to be engaged with the clutch connecting piece. The opposite magnetic poles of the first magnet 5 and the second magnet 10 are opposite to each other, so that the second magnet 10 is attracted to move along the axial direction, and the clutch pin 6 is driven to be separated from the clutch connecting piece.
The shell is provided with a limiting boss (not shown), the magnet fixing seat 4 is also provided with a limiting boss, and the rotating angle of the magnet fixing seat 4 is limited by the limiting boss, so that the magnet fixing seat can only rotate by no more than 180 degrees.
A stop groove 14 is arranged in the housing, and a clutch stop pin 8 is embedded in the side wall of the clutch pin 6 and does not exceed the outer wall surface of the clutch pin. When the external magnetic force applied to the clutch stop pin is larger than the attraction force of the first magnet to the clutch stop pin, a part of the clutch stop pin slides into the stop groove 14, so that the magnetic force of the external magnetic force to the first magnet and the second magnet of the magnetic clutch is prevented from interfering, and misoperation is prevented.
The radial symmetry of the clutch pin 6 has two limit bosses 63, correspondingly, in the housing there are axial track grooves in which the limit bosses 63 are embedded, so that the clutch pin 6 can only move axially. Mounting holes 62 may be provided on the limit bosses 63 of the clutch pin 6, preferably, the mounting holes 62 are provided on both the limit bosses 63, the clutch stopper pin 8 is placed in the mounting holes 62, the stopper groove 14 is provided in the track groove, and the stopper groove 14 is provided at a position where the clutch pin 6 is separated from the clutch coupling piece 7. When no external magnetic force is influenced, the clutch stop pin 8 is attracted by the first magnet, and the clutch stop pin 8 cannot exceed the radial end face of the limiting boss 63 of the clutch pin 6. When the clutch stop pin 8 is subjected to an external magnetic force greater than the attraction force of the first magnet of the clutch mechanism to the clutch stop pin 8, a part of the clutch stop pin 8 slides into the stop groove 14. It should be noted that the attraction force applied to the clutch stop pin 8 is not limited to the first magnet, and there may be an attraction force also applied to the clutch stop pin 8 by the second magnet, so that when the external magnetic force applied to the clutch stop pin 8 is greater than the attraction force applied to the clutch stop pin 8 by the magnet of the clutch mechanism, a part of the clutch stop pin 8 slides into the stop groove 14.
Further, the clutch connecting plate 7 has an oval hole 71 in the axial direction, and the clutch pin 6 has an oval projection 61 in the axial direction, and the oval projection 61 is adapted to engage with and disengage from the oval hole 71.
