the magnet assembly comprises a first magnet group and a second magnet group, the first magnet group is arranged on the rotating part (42), the first magnet group comprises at least two first magnets with opposite magnetism, the second magnet group is arranged on the clutch part (30) and faces one end of the rotating part (42), and the second magnet group comprises at least two second magnets with opposite magnetism.

after the lug (421) rotates to abut against the other limiting groove (4312), the second clutch part (31) and the first clutch part (22) can be connected by the magnetic repulsion of the clutch piece (30) and the rotating piece (42).
