The transmission assembly comprises two first reversing wheel sets 11 arranged at one end of the supporting frame body of the supporting frame assembly 10 opposite to the winding assembly 20, and each first reversing wheel set 11 is respectively matched with one group of reels 21; the first steel wire rope 23 and the second steel wire rope 24 led out from the same reel 21 are matched with the first reversing pulley 111 and the second reversing pulley 112 on the same first reversing wheel set 11 to realize reversing.
The first steel wire rope 23 is reversed by the first reversing pulley 111, extends to the second reversing wheel group 12, extends to the corresponding fourth reversing pulley 14 right above after reversing, is reversed by the corresponding fourth reversing pulley 14, extends downwards and is connected to the lower part of the lifting frame assembly 30;
the second wire rope 24 is reversed by the second diverting pulley 112, extends to the third diverting pulley 13, is reversed by the third diverting pulley 13, extends to the corresponding fourth diverting pulley right above, is reversed by the corresponding fourth diverting pulley, extends downward and is connected to the lower part of the lifting frame assembly 30.
The lower frame of the lifting frame assembly 30 mounts two fifth diverting pulleys 33 and the upper frame mounts two sixth diverting pulleys 34.
The first steel wire rope 23 and the second steel wire rope 24 are respectively matched with a fifth reversing pulley 33 corresponding to the lower part of the first steel wire rope to realize reversing, extend upwards to a sixth reversing pulley 34, are reversed by the sixth reversing pulley 34, extend downwards and are connected with a lifting stage assembly 40.
The lifting frame assembly 30 is provided with a guide post 31, the lifting stage assembly 40 comprises a stage 41, a linear bearing 42 is arranged at the side of the stage 41, and the linear bearing 42 is matched with the guide post 31.
The second diverting pulley set 12 includes a sixth diverting pulley 121 and a seventh diverting pulley 122, the sixth diverting pulley 121 is horizontally disposed, and the seventh diverting pulley 122 is vertically disposed.
The winding assembly 20 comprises a winding frame 25, a winding rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the winding frame 25, a driving motor 22 is arranged on the winding frame 25 through a driving motor base, and the driving motor 22 drives the winding rotating shaft to rotate; the reel 21 is provided with two rope outlet holes, and the ends of the first and second steel ropes 23 and 24 extend out of the corresponding rope outlet holes and are fixed on the surface of the reel 21 through the pressing block 26.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, when the product of the invention works, the winding assembly 20 drives the reel 21 to rotate through the driving motor 22, and the first steel wire rope 23 and the second steel wire rope 24 are coiled or released by the reel 21 according to the forward and reverse rotation of the driving motor 22, so that the lifting adjustment of the lifting frame assembly 30 and the lifting stage assembly 40 is realized.
During operation, the lifting frame assembly 30 is guided through the first guide wheel 15 of the supporting frame assembly 10, the guide limiting block 32 is in guide fit with the edge of the inner side vertex angle of the supporting frame assembly 10, reliable and stable lifting of the lifting frame assembly 30 is achieved, meanwhile, the guide limiting block 32 can limit the lifting limit position of the lifting frame assembly 30, and when the lifting frame assembly 30 is lifted to the maximum position, the guide limiting block 32 is matched with the guide wheel seat of the first guide wheel 15 to achieve limiting. The guide limit blocks 32 are fitted to the top corner edges of the support frame assembly 10, and the guide limit blocks 32 are arranged at right angles.
The lifting stage assembly 40 can realize reliable and stable lifting operation along the vertical direction of the guide post 31, and the linear bearing 42 arranged on the side of the stage 41 is matched with the guide post 31 of the lifting frame assembly 30 and is driven by the first steel wire rope 23 and the second steel wire rope 24 to realize the lifting operation.
In particular practice, as shown in fig. 1, the top of the lifting frame assembly 30 is enclosed by a plate to form a rectangular frame, and the stage 41 is raised to form a complete plane with the rectangular frame.
