The construction method of the building material comprises the following steps:

mixing the component A, the component B and the inorganic pigment according to a ratio to prepare decorative paint for later use;
coating decorative paint on the upper surface of the support main body to obtain the support main body with the decorative paint layer;
curing the support main body with the decorative coating layer to obtain a special seam beautifying strip;
paving and pasting building materials:
A. preparing a paving and pasting substrate;
B. uniformly coating the adhesive on the bottom of the building material to be paved, kneading and pressing the building material on the surface of a paving matrix, and slightly beating to adjust the parallelism of the building material;
C. filling the adhesive into the filling groove, uniformly coating the adhesive on the bottom of the special seam beautifying strip, abutting the side wall of the special seam beautifying strip along the length direction against any side edge of the building material, kneading the special seam beautifying strip on the surface of the paving and pasting substrate, and lightly beating to adjust the parallelism of the special seam beautifying strip so as to enable the top of the special seam beautifying strip to be flush with the surface of the building material;
D. and D, repeating the step B and the step C in sequence until the paving is finished.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

2. the joint filling treatment of the technical scheme is simple in operation, and does not need to remove sundries in the spliced joints before joint filling and clean redundant or overflowing joint filling agent on the surfaces of building materials after joint filling;
3. this technical scheme adopts special beautiful seam strip to carry out the processing of caulking to the seam that splices, is favorable to maintaining the decorative cover that the shop pasted finishes, can effectively avoid long-time use easily to take place ageing, shrink fracture, drop, hide dirty scheduling problem, leads to the decorative cover to be unsightly, the grade is low.
Detailed Description
At present, the general paving method of building materials (such as ceramic tiles, stone materials, glass and the like) is to pave and paste the building materials firstly and then perform joint filling treatment on splicing seams among the building materials, and the paving method ensures that the splicing seams cannot be paved and molded with the building materials at one time, needs two times of curing time, and causes the problems of long paving period and low efficiency of the building materials; the joint filling operation is complex, sundries in the spliced joints need to be removed before joint filling, and redundant or overflowed joint filling agents on the surfaces of the building materials need to be cleaned after joint filling; and the joint filling treatment is carried out on the spliced joints by adopting cement or joint filling agent, which is not beneficial to maintenance, and the problems of aging, shrinkage cracking, falling, dirt storage and the like are easy to occur after long-time use, so that the decorative surface is not beautiful and has low grade.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a special seam strip for building materials and a construction method thereof, and the technical scheme of the invention is further explained by combining the drawings and a specific implementation mode.
The special seam beautifying strip for the building material comprises a support main body 31 and a decorative coating 32, wherein the decorative coating 32 is arranged on the top of the support main body 31;
the support main body 31 includes a first support part 311, a decoration part 312, and a second support part 313, and the first support part 311, the decoration part 312, and the second support part 313 are sequentially connected to form a filling groove 301 for filling adhesive.

The arrangement of the first connecting portion 314 and the second connecting portion 315 is beneficial to further enhancing the supporting strength of the special seam strip 3, and in addition, the contact area of the adhesive and the filling groove 301 can be increased, so that the firm connection between the special seam strip 3 and the paving base body 1 is further ensured.

In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the width (shown as d in fig. 1) of the supporting body 31 is 5-10 mm, so that the supporting body 31 has a certain elastic space, and the decorative effect is not affected, and the cost is reduced. It should be noted that the length of the supporting body 31 can be adjusted according to the side length of the building material, which is beneficial to improving the applicability of the special seam strip 3.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a plate thickness (as shown in a in fig. 1) of the supporting body 31 is 1 to 1.5mm, so that the supporting body 31 has strong elasticity on the premise of effectively ensuring a supporting strength of the supporting body 31, thereby effectively solving a problem of warping and arching of the building material due to thermal expansion and contraction.
More specifically, the decorative coating 32 is formed by curing a decorative paint;
the decorative coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of a component A, 1 part of a component B and 5-14.5 parts of an inorganic pigment.
The decorative coating 32 in the technical scheme is formed by solidifying the decorative coating, and particularly, the decorative coating is prepared by mixing A, B components and inorganic pigment, so that the material is simple and easy to obtain, and the preparation method is simple, and has excellent performances of oil resistance, water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, super-strong bonding and the like. It should be noted that the A, B component in the present embodiment can be prepared from a conventional epoxy AB glue formulation.
In one embodiment of the technical scheme, the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-95 parts of epoxy resin, 6-14 parts of thickening agent, 1.5-2 parts of defoaming agent, 0.3-0.5 part of flatting agent and 0.1-0.3 part of anti-settling agent, wherein the component B comprises the following raw materials: 60-90 parts of curing agent, 1-2 parts of thickening agent, 0.5-2 parts of defoaming agent and 0.1-0.2 part of anti-settling agent.
In another embodiment of the technical scheme, the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-120 parts of bisphenol A epoxy resin, 150-230 parts of filler, 0-15 parts of glycidyl ether and 0.4-2.5 parts of organic silicon defoamer, wherein the component B comprises the following raw materials: 70-130 parts of acid anhydride and 1-4 parts of quaternary ammonium salt.
Further, according to the mass ratio, the addition ratio of the component A to the component B is 3: 1, the refractoriness of the component A and the refractoriness of the component B are both more than or equal to 280 ℃, the support main body 31 is made of metal, and the inorganic pigment is glitter powder.
In an embodiment of the present technical solution, the supporting body 31 is made of a metal material, such as aluminum, which is beneficial to further enhance the supporting strength of the patent seam strip 3; the inorganic pigment among this technical scheme is glitter powder, and the accessible mixes and arranges the glitter powder of different colours and effect, makes the special beautiful seam strip 3 of different decorative effect and colour for special beautiful seam strip 3 can correspond mutually rather than the building material pattern of concatenation, thereby further promotes the decorative effect in whole space.

Preparing a special seam beautifying strip:
step 1, preparing a support main body with the width of 5mm and the length of 60cm by adopting an extrusion mode;
step 2: grinding the upper surface of the supporting main body 31 for 3 times at a linear speed of 0.3 m/s by using a rough grinding wheel machine with 100-mesh polishing sheets to increase the roughness;
step 3, according to 3: 1: 5, mixing the component A, the component B and the inorganic pigment to prepare decorative paint for later use;
the component A comprises 80 parts of epoxy resin, 6 parts of thickening agent, 1.5 parts of defoaming agent, 0.3 part of leveling agent and 0.3 part of anti-settling agent, the component B comprises 60 parts of curing agent, 1 part of thickening agent, 0.5 part of defoaming agent and 0.1 part of anti-settling agent, and the inorganic pigment comprises 1 part of B0100 silver powder, 2 parts of B0204 gold powder and 2 parts of LB200A diamond laser gold powder;
and 4, fixing a funnel for storing decorative paint above the coating platform, arranging a regulating valve at the bottom of the funnel, wherein the regulating valve can be used for regulating the flow, leaving a space in the coating platform vertically below the funnel, and arranging a recovery barrel in the space. Two sections of synchronous belts are arranged on the coating platform by taking the position right below the hopper as a dividing point, two clamping strips with adjustable widths are arranged above the belts, so that the supporting main bodies with different widths can linearly move forwards at a constant speed on the belts, and a decorative coating layer with the thickness of 1.5mm is uniformly distributed on the rough surface of the supporting main body by adjusting the flow valve;

Paving and pasting ceramic tiles:
A. preparing a paving and pasting substrate;
B. uniformly coating tile glue on the bottom of a tile to be paved, kneading the tile on the surface of a paving base body, and lightly beating to adjust the parallelism of the tile;
C. filling ceramic tile glue into the filling groove at the bottom of the special seam beautifying strip, uniformly coating the ceramic tile glue at the bottom of the special seam beautifying strip, abutting the side wall of the special seam beautifying strip along the length direction with any side edge of the ceramic tile, kneading and pressing the special seam beautifying strip on the surface of the paving and pasting matrix, and lightly beating to adjust the parallelism of the special seam beautifying strip so as to enable the top of the special seam beautifying strip to be flush with the surface of the ceramic tile;
D. and D, repeating the step B and the step C in sequence until the tile is paved.
The paving effect of the ceramic tiles is shown in figure 1, the surfaces of the ceramic tiles after paving are smooth, special seam strips with golden flashing decorative coatings are embedded among the ceramic tiles, and the ceramic tiles are attractive and elegant.
Example 2-construction method of Marble Panel
Preparing a special beautiful seam strip with a silver flashing decorative coating:
step 1, preparing a support main body with the width of 5mm and the length of 60cm by adopting an extrusion mode;
step 2: grinding the upper surface of the supporting main body 31 for 3 times at a linear speed of 0.3 m/s by using a rough grinding wheel machine with 100-mesh polishing sheets to increase the roughness;
step 3, according to 3: 1: 10 mixing the component A, the component B and the inorganic pigment to prepare decorative paint for later use;
the component A comprises 70 parts of bisphenol A epoxy resin, 150 parts of filler, 15 parts of glycidyl ether and 0.4 part of organic silicon defoamer, the component B comprises 70 parts of anhydride and 1 part of quaternary ammonium salt, and the inorganic pigment comprises 6 parts of LB100 laser silver powder, 3 parts of B0100 flash silver powder and 0.5 part of 0.3 x 3.0mm strip flash powder;
and 4, fixing a funnel for storing decorative paint above the coating platform, arranging a regulating valve at the bottom of the funnel, wherein the regulating valve can be used for regulating the flow, leaving a space in the coating platform vertically below the funnel, and arranging a recovery barrel in the space. B. uniformly coating cement on the bottom of a marble plate to be paved, kneading the marble plate on the surface of a paving matrix, and slightly beating to adjust the parallelism of the marble plate;
C. filling cement into the special seam beautifying strip bottom filling groove, uniformly coating the cement at the bottom of the special seam beautifying strip, abutting the side wall of the special seam beautifying strip along the length direction against any side edge of the marble plate, kneading and pressing the special seam beautifying strip on the surface of the paving and pasting matrix, and lightly beating to adjust the parallelism of the special seam beautifying strip so as to enable the top of the special seam beautifying strip to be flush with the surface of the marble plate;
D. and D, repeating the step B and the step C in sequence until the marble plate is paved.
The surface of the marble plate after being paved is smooth, and special beautiful seam strips with silvery glittering decorative coatings are embedded between the marble plates, so that the marble plate is beautiful and elegant.
Example 3 construction method of glass mosaic
Preparing a special beautiful seam strip with a dark blue glittering decorative coating:
step 1, preparing a support main body with the width of 5mm and the length of 5cm by adopting an extrusion mode;
step 2: grinding the upper surface of the supporting main body 31 for 3 times at a linear speed of 0.3 m/s by using a rough grinding wheel machine with 100-mesh polishing sheets to increase the roughness;

The decorative surface of the laid glass mosaic is smooth and flat, and special decorative seam strips with deep blue flashing decorative coatings are inlaid among the glass mosaics, so that the glass mosaic is attractive and elegant.
