When the pantograph is used for supplying power, the power supply circuit of each generator set is disconnected, and when the pantograph is used for supplying power, the power supply circuit of the pantograph is disconnected; and the power supply of the pantograph is used as a default power supply mode.
In particular, the hybrid rail grinding wagon of the present application is generally referred to as a 96-wheelhead hybrid rail grinding wagon. Considering that the rectifier cabinet needs to be placed in the third section of the vehicle, it is more suitable that 24 grinding heads are usually placed in each section of the vehicle, so that the hybrid power steel rail grinding vehicle comprises a first section of the vehicle, a second section of the vehicle, a third section of the vehicle, a fourth section of the vehicle and a fifth section of the vehicle which are sequentially connected.
This application has set gradually first generating set 11, second generating set 12, fourth generating set 14 and fifth generating set 15 in first section car, the second section car, fourth section car and fifth section car, all including being used for converting the engine of fuel chemical energy into mechanical energy among each generating set to and be connected with the engine, be used for converting mechanical energy into the generator of electric energy. The specific type of generator and engine can be set and adjusted according to actual needs, for example, the power of each generator set is 1119kw in a specific occasion.
The rectifier cabinet of this application includes: the first rectifier 301, the second rectifier 302, the third rectifier 303 and the fourth rectifier 304, and each of the first rectifier 301, the second rectifier 302, the third rectifier 303 and the fourth rectifier 304 has a generator set to which the rectifier is correspondingly connected, for example, in the embodiment of fig. 1, the first rectifier 301 is connected to the first generator set 11, the second rectifier 302 is connected to the second generator set 12, the third rectifier 303 is connected to the fourth generator set 14, and the fourth rectifier 304 is connected to the fifth generator set 15. Of course, other connection modes may be used in other situations, for example, the first rectifier 301 is connected to the second power generating unit 12, the second rectifier 302 is connected to the first power generating unit 11, the third rectifier 303 is connected to the fifth power generating unit 15, and the fourth rectifier 304 is connected to the fourth power generating unit 14, which do not affect the implementation of the present invention.
The specific types of the first rectifier 301, the second rectifier 302, the third rectifier 303 and the fourth rectifier 304 can also be selected according to actual needs, and are usually three-phase rectifiers, and after rectifying the three-phase alternating current output by the corresponding generator set, 1800V direct current is output.
The traction transformer 20 is connected to the pantograph and can receive the power supply from the grid and step down, and typically the traction transformer 20 can step down 5000kv ac received from the pantograph to 970kv ac.
The fifth rectifier 305, the sixth rectifier 306, the seventh rectifier 307 and the eighth rectifier 308 are all connected to the traction transformer 20, and generally, the fifth to eighth rectifiers 308 may be four-quadrant rectifiers, which rectify 970kv of alternating current output by the traction transformer 20 into 1800V of direct current.
a traction inverters 31 are connected to the output of the first rectifier 301 and to the output of the fifth rectifier 305; d traction inverters 31 are connected to the output of the fourth rectifier 304 and the output of the eighth rectifier 308. it can be seen that for any one traction inverter 31, the traction inverter 31 has both generator set and pantograph power sources. Similarly, the b grinding inverters 32 are connected to the output of the second rectifier 302 and the output of the sixth rectifier 306; c sanding inverters 32 are connected to the output of the third rectifier 303 and the output of the seventh rectifier 307, and it can be seen that for any sanding inverter 32, the sanding inverter 32 has two power sources, a generator set and a pantograph.
The specific values of a, b, c and d can be set and adjusted according to actual needs. For the convenience of viewing in fig. 1, the values of a, b, c, and d are all 1.
In addition, in the present invention, since the a traction inverters 31 are connected to the output terminal of the first rectifier 301 and the output terminal of the fifth rectifier 305, and the d traction inverters 31 are connected to the output terminal of the fourth rectifier 304 and the output terminal of the eighth rectifier 308, it is advantageous to further ensure the running reliability of the hybrid rail grinding wagon. Specifically, as described above, because of the two power sources, i.e., the generator set based on internal combustion power and the pantograph based on grid power, the failure of either power source does not affect the running of the hybrid rail grinding wagon. Taking a pantograph fault as an example, and assuming that, on the basis, for example, in fig. 1, the first generator set 11 or the first rectifier 301 has a fault, the hybrid rail grinding wagon of the present application may still supply power to the connected traction inverters 31 based on the fifth generator set 15 and the fourth rectifier 304. That is to say, one kind trouble in two kinds of power supplies, another kind of power supply still has two and pulls the power supply circuit for when another kind of power and partial trouble, still can ensure the emergent of hybrid rail grinding wagon and walk, the scheme of this application has further ensured the emergent tractive ability of hybrid rail grinding wagon promptly.
In the present application, b polishing inverters 32 are connected to the output end of the second rectifier 302 and the output end of the sixth rectifier 306, and c polishing inverters 32 are connected to the output end of the third rectifier 303 and the output end of the seventh rectifier 307, so that even if one of the two power sources fails, the other power source fails, and the polishing operation capability is still provided. For example, in fig. 1, if each generator set fails, the hybrid rail grinding wagon can only run and operate based on the pantograph, and further, if, for example, the sixth rectifier 306 or the seventh rectifier 307 of fig. 1 fails, the hybrid rail grinding wagon can still supply power to each grinding inverter 32 connected thereto based on the non-failed one of the sixth rectifier 306 and the seventh rectifier 307, thereby further ensuring the emergency operation capability of the hybrid rail grinding wagon.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, a and d both have a value of 2, and b and c both have a value of 1. The number of the implementation modes is set, and the rail grinding machine is suitable for a hybrid rail grinding vehicle with 96 grinding heads. This is the case in fig. 2 of the present application.
Furthermore, each traction inverter 31 is connected with 2 traction motors, 2 traction motors are mounted on a bogie driving shaft of the second section of vehicle, 2 traction motors are mounted on a bogie driving shaft of the fourth section of vehicle, and 4 traction motors are mounted on a bogie driving shaft of the third section of vehicle.
In this embodiment, considering that the third section of vehicle is located in the middle, 4 traction motors are installed on the bogie driving shaft of the third section of vehicle, and the second section of vehicle and the fourth section of vehicle on both sides of the third section of vehicle are respectively installed with 2 traction motors, which can be referred to as fig. 3, and such a position is provided to be beneficial to ensuring the stability of the hybrid rail grinding vehicle in running.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the grinding inverter 32 connected to the output of the second rectifier 302 and the output of the sixth rectifier 306 is connected to 48 grinding motors through the first transformer 44, each grinding motor is connected to 1 grinding head, and 24 grinding heads are respectively disposed on the first and second carriages;
the grinding inverter 32 connected to the output of the third rectifier 303 and the output of the seventh rectifier 307 is connected to 48 grinding motors through a second transformer 45, each grinding motor is connected to 1 grinding head, and 24 grinding heads are provided on the fourth and fifth carriages.
In this embodiment, in view of conveniently adjusting the voltage output from each sanding inverter 32, a first transformer 44 and a second transformer 45 are provided in connection with the respective sanding inverters 32, thereby facilitating control of the input voltage to each sanding motor. Both the first transformer 44 and the second transformer 45 may be placed in a rectifier cabinet.
As described above, the present application is generally directed to a 96-wheelhead hybrid rail grinding wagon, and therefore, in this embodiment, 24 wheelheads are uniformly arranged on the four remaining wagons except the third wagon, so as to be beneficial to ensuring good operation of the hybrid rail grinding wagon.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the rectifier cabinet further includes 4 braking resistors, and each braking resistor is connected to a corresponding traction inverter 31, so as to effectively improve the braking effect and ensure the stability of the circuit.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the rectifier cabinet may further include:
a first auxiliary inverter 41 having an input terminal connected to the output terminal of the first rectifier 301 and the output terminal of the fifth rectifier 305, and an output terminal connected to the input terminal of the first auxiliary transformer 42;
a first auxiliary transformer 42 for step-down and powering a first type of auxiliary load;
the second type of auxiliary load is an auxiliary load for grinding operation, and the first type of auxiliary load is the rest auxiliary loads except the second type of auxiliary load in the whole vehicle auxiliary load.
In this embodiment, the output terminal of the first rectifier 301 and the output terminal of the fifth rectifier 305 are connected to the first auxiliary transformer 42, so that after the first auxiliary transformer 42 is stepped down, power can be supplied to the first auxiliary load, which is the rest of the auxiliary loads of the entire vehicle except the auxiliary load for the grinding operation.
Further, the rectifier cabinet can also include:
a second auxiliary inverter 46 having an input terminal connected to the output terminal of the fourth rectifier 304 and the output terminal of the eighth rectifier 308, and an output terminal connected to the input terminal of the second auxiliary transformer 47;
a second auxiliary transformer 47 for step-down and powering a second type of auxiliary load.
In this embodiment, the output terminal of the fourth rectifier 304 and the output terminal of the eighth rectifier 308 are connected to the second auxiliary transformer 47, so that the second auxiliary transformer 47 can supply power to the second type of auxiliary load after voltage reduction.
Further, in order to ensure that the first-class auxiliary load can be powered when the hybrid power rail grinding wagon runs in emergency, the method can further comprise the following steps:
an auxiliary generator set 43 for powering auxiliary loads of the first type;
the first controllable switch S1 is set on the power transmission line of the auxiliary generator set 43, and the default state is the off state, so that the auxiliary generator set 43 can not work under the non-emergency condition, and the auxiliary generator set 43 can supply power to the first type of auxiliary loads only when the first controllable switch S1 is closed by the staff under the emergency condition.
In one embodiment of the invention, when the hybrid rail grinding wagon is in a travelling state, each traction motor is in an operating state and each grinding motor is in a non-operating state; when the hybrid rail grinding wagon is in an operating state, each traction motor is in a working state and each grinding motor is in a working state.
It can be understood that when the hybrid rail grinding wagon is in a running state, each traction motor can be in a working state and each grinding motor can be in a non-working state because grinding operation is not required, i.e., if the hybrid rail grinding wagon is in a running state and is powered by a generator set, only 2 generator sets need to be started. And when the operation state, each traction motor is in and each grinding motor all needs to be in operating condition.
In practical application, the hybrid steel rail grinding wagon can be a standard track line hybrid steel rail grinding wagon generally, and of course, the hybrid steel rail grinding wagon can also be applied to other occasions according to actual needs without influencing the implementation of the invention.
By applying the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the hybrid steel rail grinding wagon has double power sources, namely, can be operated and run on the basis of internal combustion power or a pantograph. Specifically, what the scheme of this application was usually directed at is the hybrid rail grinding wagon of 96 bistriques, therefore the hybrid rail grinding wagon of this application is including the first section car, second section car, third section car, fourth section car and the fifth section car that connect gradually. The first generator set 11, the second generator set 12, the fourth generator set 14 and the fifth generator set 15 are sequentially arranged in the first vehicle, the second vehicle, the fourth vehicle and the fifth vehicle, and each generator set comprises an engine for converting chemical energy of fuel into mechanical energy and a generator connected with the engine for converting the mechanical energy into electric energy. Meanwhile, the present application further provides a traction transformer 20 connected to the pantograph for receiving the power supply of the power grid and reducing the voltage, the fifth to eighth rectifiers 308 are all connected to the traction transformer 20, the first to fourth rectifiers 304 have a generator set connected correspondingly, and the a traction inverters 31 are connected to the output end of the first rectifier 301 and the output end of the fifth rectifier 305; b grinding inverters 32 are connected to the output of the second rectifier 302 and the output of the sixth rectifier 306; the c sanding inverters 32 are connected to the output of the third rectifier 303 and to the output of the seventh rectifier 307; d traction inverters 31 are connected to the output of the fourth rectifier 304 and to the output of the eighth rectifier 308. As can be seen from the connection relation, the hybrid steel rail grinding wagon can obtain internal combustion power or power supply of a pantograph, so that operation and walking are realized. And the power supply of the pantograph is used as a default power supply mode, so that the running environment of the hybrid power steel rail grinding wagon is favorably improved, and the running and maintenance cost is reduced. Moreover, due to the double power sources, the hybrid rail grinding wagon still has the capacity of emergency running and operation when any one power source fails. Furthermore, when any one power source fails and the other power source partially fails, the hybrid steel rail grinding wagon still has certain emergency running and operation capabilities, so that the reliability is further improved.
