the pulp molding product with the graph comprises a pulp molding product body made of pulp and is characterized by further comprising a graph substrate, wherein the graph substrate is made of the pulp, the graph substrate is in a sheet shape, the graph substrate is printed with the graph, the graph substrate is embedded in the side wall of the pulp molding product body, and part of pulp fibers of the pulp molding product body are intersected and solidified with part of pulp fibers on the graph substrate.
The invention prints the figure on the figure substrate made of the environment-friendly paper pulp in advance, then the figure substrate is embedded with the wet blank of the paper pulp molding product body, after drying and shaping, the paper pulp fiber on the figure substrate and the paper pulp fiber on the paper pulp molding product body are crossed to form cross-linking, thereby forming a whole between the figure substrate and the paper pulp molding product body, not only avoiding using glue water and being more sanitary and environment-friendly, but also enabling the figure substrate to be perfectly attached to the outer surface of the paper pulp molding product body, being more beautiful and more atmospheric and not easy to fall off. The side wall of the pulp molding product body can be an outer side wall or an inner side wall.
In the above pulp molded product with patterns, the outer surface of the pattern substrate is flush with the outer surface of the pulp molded product body. Like this, perfect integration between the surface of figure substrate and the surface of moulding the body, there is not the difference in height, makes the pulp moulding product surface after the shaping more level and smooth, and the figure substrate is difficult for receiving external force influence and rises to stick up, and then drops from moulding the body, connects more firmly, makes the people can't discover the junction between figure substrate and the moulding the body through feeling the touch moreover, and the touch is felt better.
In the above pulp molded product with patterns, the pulp for making the pulp molded product body is bamboo pulp, straw pulp, raw wood pulp, cane pulp or straw pulp and a mixture of any two or more of them. The above includes the present numbers.
In the paper pulp molding product with the pattern, the paper pulp for manufacturing the pattern substrate is bamboo pulp, straw pulp, raw wood pulp, cane pulp, straw pulp, cloth, metal foil or glutinous rice pulp sheet and the mixture of more than two of the above. The above includes the present numbers.
The pulp is degradable material, and other similar fiber degrading materials can be adopted instead. Especially, the sticky rice pulp sheet can ensure that the pattern substrate has certain transparency and smoothness, the printed pattern is clearer and firmer, and the texture is higher.
In the above pulp molded product with a pattern, the pattern substrate is disposed on the bottom surface of the pulp molded product body or disposed around the side wall of the pulp molded product body, and the pattern substrate is disposed around the inner and outer side walls of the pulp molded product body. When the pattern substrate is arranged on the side wall, the pattern substrate adopts a non-closed loop structure, so that the pattern substrate is conveniently fixed on the side wall of the mold cavity through tight fit, and the pattern substrate is prevented from being overlapped on the mold body, so that the outer surface of the pulp molded product is smoother, and the excessive reduction of the thickness of the side wall of the mold body is avoided.
A method for manufacturing a pulp molded product with a pattern, characterized by comprising the steps of:
a. forming the paper pulp into a paper pulp molding wet blank;
b. printing a pattern on a thin sheet made of degradable materials or paper pulp and cutting the thin sheet to form a required pattern substrate;
c. taking out the pulp molding wet blank from the mold cavity, placing the graphic substrate on the inner surface of the mold cavity or attaching the graphic substrate to the side wall of the pulp molding wet blank, then placing the pulp molding wet blank into the mold cavity again for extrusion, and enabling the graphic substrate to be embedded in the side wall of the pulp molding wet blank and simultaneously enabling the pulp molding wet blank to be dehydrated;
d. heating to make the pattern substrate and the parison cross-linked and solidified to form a whole;
e. and die cutting the cross-linked and solidified parison to form a finished product.
The invention attaches the graphic substrate with pre-printed graphics to the wet blank of the pulp molding, and the attaching mode is that the graphic substrate is directly attached to the inner surface and the outer surface of the pulp molding or is placed on the inner surface of the mold cavity, and the inner surface of the mold cavity comprises the inner surface of the whole closed mold cavity, namely the upper surface, the lower surface, the left surface, the right surface, the front surface and the back surface. When the pattern substrate is attached to the pulp molding wet blank, the pulp molding wet blank still has certain moisture, and the pulp fibers in the pulp molding wet blank are still not completely fixed, while when the pattern substrate is attached to the pulp molding wet blank, part of the moisture can be soaked into the pattern substrate from the pulp molding wet blank, so that the pulp fibers on one side, which is attached to the pulp molding wet blank, of the pattern substrate are softened and loosened, and under the action of pressure, part of the pulp fibers of the pulp molding product body and part of the pulp fibers on the pattern substrate can mutually permeate and form cross. After extrusion and heating and drying, the paper pulp fibers of the paper pulp molding product body and the paper pulp fibers on the pattern substrate are solidified and cross-linked with each other to form a whole, so that the use of glue is avoided, and the connection between the paper pulp molding product body and the pattern substrate is firmer and is not easy to warp. And the patterns on the pattern substrate can be printed on a plane, so that the printed patterns have higher and more stable quality, the formed pulp molding product has better texture, and the printing difficulty is reduced. The extrusion and heating in steps c and d may be performed separately or simultaneously.
In the above-mentioned method for manufacturing a patterned pulp molded product, before step a, the pulp sheet is hydraulically pulverized by a beater, an auxiliary agent is added, and the mixture is stirred to form pulp, and the pulp is sent to a vacuum suction molding station of a vacuum suction molding machine through a transfer mold.
In the manufacturing method of the paper pulp molding product with the pattern, in the step a, partial moisture is removed through vacuum adsorption at a vacuum suction molding station to form a paper pulp molding wet blank with the moisture content of 20-75%. This degree of wet-out allows the patterned substrate to embed and form a cross-linked state.
In the above method for manufacturing the pulp molded product with the pattern, in the step c, after the pattern substrate is positioned, the transfer mold is closed with the lower suction mold of the vacuum mold suction machine to form the above mold cavity, and then the pulp molded wet blank is subjected to vacuum suction dehydration through the lower suction mold and cold extrusion through the transfer mold and the lower suction mold. The cold extrusion and the vacuum pumping are synchronously carried out, so that better crosslinking degree can be realized during crosslinking, and the cold extrusion can also carry out prepressing molding on some complex paper pulp molding products.
In the manufacturing method of the paper pulp molding product with the pattern, in the step d, the parison is transferred to a hot-pressing forming machine for heating and pressurizing, the pressure is 0.4-1 Mpa, and the temperature in the cavity of the mold after mold closing in the step d is 120-260 ℃. Under the combined action of pressure and temperature in this range, the connection of the graphic substrate and the parison can be maintained without affecting the printed pattern on the graphic substrate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention attaches the graphic substrate with the pre-printed graphic to the paper pulp molding wet blank, and then presses, heats, dries and shapes to form the graphic substrate and the molding body into a whole, thereby not only saving glue and being more sanitary and environment-friendly, but also leading the outer surface of the paper pulp molding product to be smoother and have higher texture.
2. The invention adopts the special process steps to form the printing pattern on the pulp molding product which is fragile and difficult to print, not only adopts the method of drying the formed pulp molding product, but also fixes the prefabricated pattern substrate on the pulp molding product, thereby having higher production efficiency and lower printing process difficulty, and the pulp molding product with pattern color, such as the snack box with pattern color, can fill the market blank.

Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1 to 5, a method for manufacturing a pulp molded product with a pattern, the pulp molded product manufactured by the method is mainly a disposable degradable food and beverage packaging box, and the specific manufacturing method comprises the following steps:
a. degradable plant raw materials such as bamboo, straw, bagasse and the like are fully soaked and disintegrated, and a proper amount of auxiliary agent is added to form fiber pulp, or a pulp board is subjected to hydraulic disintegration by a beater, a certain proportion of auxiliary agent is added to stir to form paper pulp, high-concentration fiber pulp is screened by a screen, and the paper pulp is conveyed to a vacuum suction mold forming station of a vacuum suction mold machine through a transfer mold 6. At a vacuum suction mold forming station, paper pulp is placed into a mold cavity 4 of a mold 3, fiber paper pulp is extruded and part of moisture is extruded under the pressure formed after a transfer mold 6 and a lower suction mold 3 are closed, and meanwhile, the moisture is removed through vacuum adsorption to form a paper pulp molding wet blank 5 with the water content of 20-75%. The paper pulp molding wet blank 5 with the water content of 20-75% can keep a stable shape, and the paper pulp fibers 6 can still keep a loose state, so that the pattern substrate 2 can be conveniently embedded, and the paper pulp molding wet blank 5 and the paper pulp fibers 6 on the pattern substrate 2 can be ensured to form cross-linking. In this case, 30 to 45% of the pulp molding wet blank 5 can provide the best effects described above.
b. A pattern is printed on a sheet made of a degradable material and cut to form a pattern substrate 2. The pattern substrate 2 can also be made into a paper sheet directly by adopting degradable materials, and patterns are printed on the single paper sheet. The sheet is a large plane sheet which is suitable for plane printing, and the printing ink can be food grade or water-resistant ink. The pattern substrate 2 can also adopt bamboo pulp, straw pulp, raw wood pulp, cane pulp, straw pulp, cloth, metal foil or glutinous rice pulp sheet and the mixture of any two or more than two. In particular, a wafer of glutinous rice paste, can form the transparent patterned substrate 2.
c. Moving the transfer mold 6 upwards, taking the pulp molding wet blank 5 out of the mold cavity 4, placing the pattern substrate 2 on the inner surface of the mold cavity 4, placing the pattern substrate 2 on the bottom surface of the mold cavity 4 as shown in fig. 3, after positioning the pattern substrate 2, placing the pulp molding wet blank 5 into the mold cavity 4 again, closing the transfer mold 6 and the lower suction mold 3 of the vacuum suction molding machine to form the mold cavity 4, performing vacuum suction dehydration on the pulp molding wet blank 5 through the lower suction mold 3, and performing cold extrusion on the pulp molding wet blank 5 through the transfer mold 6 and the lower suction mold 3 to enable the pattern substrate 2 to be embedded in the side wall of the pulp molding wet blank 5 and simultaneously enable the pulp molding wet blank 5 to be dehydrated to form a blank, wherein the blank is the pulp molding wet blank with lower water content. Alternatively, the graphic substrate 2 may be placed on the transfer mold 6, or the graphic substrate 2 may be directly attached to a position on the inner and outer surfaces of the pulp-molded wet blank 5.
d. Transferring the parison into a hot-pressing forming machine, carrying out hot-pressing forming on the paper pulp molding wet parison 5 embedded with the pattern substrate 2, pressurizing and heating to dry and form the paper pulp molding wet parison 5, and crosslinking and curing the pattern substrate 2 and the parison to form a whole. When heating and setting, the pressure in the mold cavity 4 can be 0.4-1 Mpa and the temperature is 120-260 ℃. When the paper pulp molding wet blank 5 is jointed with the pattern substrate 2, partial water in the paper pulp molding wet blank 5 is immersed into one side of the pattern substrate 2, which is jointed with the paper pulp molding wet blank 5, so that paper pulp fibers 6 on the pattern substrate 2 are softened, partial paper pulp fibers 6 on the pattern substrate 2 are stretched into the paper pulp molding wet blank 5 under the action of pressure, partial paper pulp fibers 6 in the paper pulp molding wet blank 5 are stretched into the pattern substrate 2, the partial paper pulp fibers 6 of the paper pulp molding wet blank and the pattern substrate are crossed, moreover, under the action of pressure, the part, which is jointed and butted with the pattern substrate 2, on the paper pulp molding wet blank 5 is deformed, so that the pattern substrate 2 is integrally embedded into the paper pulp molding wet blank 5, the outer surface of the pattern substrate 2 is flush with the outer surface of the paper pulp molding wet blank 5, then, the mold 3 is heated, so that the water on the paper pulp molding wet blank 5 is evaporated and discharged from the exhaust, at this time, the pulp molded wet body 5 is directly bonded to the pulp fibers 6 crossing over the pattern substrate 2, and the pulp molded wet body 5 is integrated with the pattern substrate 2.
e. And die cutting the cross-linked and solidified parison to form a finished product. If the finished product has burrs, trimming the finished product. Sterilizing with ultraviolet rays, packaging, and sealing.
In the scheme, the base material of the pattern substrate 2 can be made of the same paper pulp as the paper pulp molding wet blank 5 material, and can also be made of different paper pulps. For example, the pattern substrate 2 and the pulp molding wet blank 5 both adopt bamboo pulp fibers, and after the pattern substrate 2 and the pulp molding wet blank 5 are connected, no visible boundary exists between the pattern substrate and the pulp molding wet blank basically, so that a unified whole is formed. Or, the paper pulp molding wet blank 5 is made of straw fiber, and the pattern substrate 2 is made of paper pulp fiber 6 containing glutinous rice pulp sheets, so that the viscosity of the pattern substrate 2 can be increased, the firmness of connection between the pattern substrate 2 and the paper pulp molding wet blank 5 is improved, the smoothness and the brightness of the pattern substrate 2 can be improved, the texture is better, and the printing effect of the patterns on the pattern substrate 2 is improved. If the wafer of glutinous rice pulp is used in its entirety, the patterned substrate 2 is formed to be entirely incorporated into the pulp-molded wet blank 5 so that the pattern on the patterned substrate 2 appears as if it is printed on the pulp-molded wet blank 5.
The pattern on the pattern substrate 2 may be a planar pattern or an uneven three-dimensional pattern. In this embodiment, the ink used for printing the graphic substrate 2 is waterproof and heat-resistant ink, so as to prevent the graphic substrate 2 from deforming in the mold cavity 4.
Of course, in the actual production process, there is no priority between step a and step b, and both steps can be performed simultaneously, and step a can precede step b, or step b can precede step a.
By the method, the pulp molding product shown in figure 1 can be obtained, which comprises a pulp molding product body 1 and a graph substrate 2, wherein the pulp molding product body 1 is a dried and shaped pulp molding wet blank 5, the thin-sheet graph substrate 2 printed with graphs is completely embedded on the bottom surface of the pulp molding product body 1, the outer surface of the graph substrate 2 is flush with the bottom surface of the pulp molding product body 1, and the connection part between the two forms smooth transition. Furthermore, a part of the pulp fibers 7 of the pulp molded product body 1 is connected with a part of the pulp fibers 7 of the pattern substrate 2, so that the pattern substrate 2 is firmly fixed on the pulp molded product body 1 as a whole, as shown in fig. 2.
Example two
As shown in fig. 6, the present embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that in the present embodiment, the pattern substrate 2 is disposed on the sidewall of the pulp molded product body 1, and the pattern substrate 2 is in the form of a strip and is wound into a non-closed ring shape with a major arc shape.
In the production process, the long strip-shaped pattern substrate 2 is placed in the mold cavity 4 after being wound, the pattern substrate 2 is tightly matched with the side wall of the mold cavity 4 under the action of the elasticity of the pattern substrate 2, the pattern substrate 2 is fixed in the mold cavity 4, and then the paper pulp molding wet blank 5 is placed, so that the pattern substrate 2 is matched with the paper pulp molding wet blank 5. Because the pattern substrate 2 adopts a non-closed annular structure, a certain distance is reserved between the two ends of the pattern substrate 2 along the circumferential direction of the pulp molding product body 1, the pattern substrate 2 is prevented from being overlapped on the molding body, and the pattern substrate 2 is prevented from excessively invading the molding body, so that the side wall of the molding body provided with the pattern substrate 2 still has enough thickness, and the structural strength of the molding body is ensured.
Example three:
the present embodiment is basically the same as the first embodiment, except that in step c, after the pattern substrate 2 is positioned, the pulp molded wet blank 5 is placed into the cavity 4 again, the transfer mold 6 is closed with the lower suction mold 3 of the vacuum suction molding machine to form the cavity 4, and then the pulp molded wet blank 5 is vacuum-sucked and dehydrated through the lower suction mold 3, and simultaneously the pulp molded wet blank 5 is extruded and heated through the transfer mold 6 and the lower suction mold 3, so that the pattern substrate 2 is embedded in the sidewall of the pulp molded wet blank 5, and simultaneously the pulp molded wet blank 5 is dehydrated to form a parison, which is the pulp molded wet blank with a small water content.
