Performance testing
The incombustibility of the color rock boards in some examples was tested according to the standard GB/T5464-2010; the gross calorific value of the medium color slate of the examples of part was tested according to standard GB/T14402-2007.

As can be seen from the test results of table 1: according to the color rock plate, an adhesive is not needed, and the plate can be prepared after demolding is finished; the sound-absorbing color rock plate reaches A1 level and has good flame-retardant effect.

Claims (2)

The sound-absorbing color rock plate is characterized in that the surface density of the sound-absorbing color rock plate is 10-25 kg/m 2 The thickness is 6-15 mm; the sound-absorbing color rock plate is prepared from Dan Yansha, attapulgite, a foaming agent and placer; the weight of the attapulgite is 4-10% of the weight of the raw material of the sound-absorbing color rock plate; the weight of the foaming agent is 0.6-0.8% of the weight of the raw material of the sound-absorbing color rock plate; the foaming agent consists of sodium bicarbonate, perlite and n-hexane in a weight ratio of (2-3): (1.5 to 2): 1; the weight of the placer is 2-5% of the weight of the raw material of the sound-absorbing color rock board.
2. The method for preparing the sound-absorbing color rock plate according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) Uniformly mixing the rock sand, the attapulgite and the foaming agent of the sound-absorbing color rock plate, and putting the mixture into a ball mill for ball milling;
(2) Putting the raw materials subjected to ball milling into a ceramic press for dry pressing forming to obtain a green body of the color rock plate;
(3) Putting the color rock plate green body into a ceramic sintering furnace for sintering, wherein the sintering conditions are as follows: sintering at 400-500 ℃ for 6~8 minutes, sintering at 600-800 ℃ for 8-10 minutes, and sintering at 1200-1400 ℃ for 20-50 minutes to obtain a color rock slab mature blank;
(4) Cooling the color rock plate green body to 300-450 ℃, and spraying sand ore on the color rock plate green body;
(5) Sintering the color rock plate green body sprayed with the sand ore again, wherein the sintering temperature is 700-900 ℃, and the sintering time is 40-50 min.
