According to the embodiment of the disclosure, in the case that the hall indication system comprises the loudspeaker, when the target elevator arrives at the floor where the service terminal is located, the loudspeaker can be controlled to play the prompt tone corresponding to the target elevator, and the user is prompted in the form of sound.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the service terminal acquires the identity information of the user in the mobile terminal and sends the identity information to the control terminal, so that the control terminal can automatically allocate the target elevator to the user according to the identity information. In addition, the elevator identification of the target elevator is displayed through the mobile terminal, and when the target elevator reaches the floor where the service terminal is located, the indication information aiming at the target elevator is displayed through the lobby indication system, so that the user can be helped to quickly find the elevator which needs to be taken, and the user experience is improved.
The method illustrated in fig. 5-6 is further described with reference to fig. 7 in conjunction with specific embodiments. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the following example embodiments are only for the understanding of the present disclosure, and the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
Fig. 7 schematically shows a schematic diagram of an elevator guidance method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 7, the mobile terminal may be an elevator boarding card 710, and the elevator boarding card 710 is pre-configured with identity information of a user.
The user holds the elevator riding card and performs a card swiping operation at the service terminal 720, so that the service terminal 720 acquires the identity information in the mobile terminal 710, and then the service terminal 720 sends the identity information to the control terminal 730.
After receiving the identity information from the service terminal 720, the control terminal 730 can determine the destination floor to which the user is going according to the identity information, and then determine the optimal elevator dispatching scheme by comprehensively considering the running information of all available elevators, the running energy consumption, the running time and other factors.
Illustratively, in this embodiment, the available elevators include elevators 751, 752, 753, and 754, and the corresponding elevator identifications are A, B, C and D, respectively. If the optimal dispatch plan determined from the travel information for elevator 751, 752, 753, 754 is to assign elevator 751 to the user, then the elevator identification "a" of elevator 751 is sent to mobile terminal 710 and elevator 751 is instructed to move to the floor at which service terminal 720 is located.
After receiving the elevator identifier "a" of the elevator 751 from the control terminal 730, the mobile terminal 710 displays the elevator identifier "a" in a target color for identifying the elevator 751 in the display screen, and lights up the warning lamp in the same target color, so that the user can know that the user should take the elevator 751 according to the elevator identifier displayed by the mobile terminal.
When the elevator 751 arrives at the floor where the service terminal 720 is located, i.e., the user's departure floor, the hall lantern system 740 flashes in synchronization with the target color corresponding to the identification lantern and the doorframe lantern controlling the elevator 751 to give an indication that the user has assigned the elevator 751 to him or her. At the same time, a vibration signal is sent in the mobile terminal 710, which alerts the user that the elevator 751 has arrived.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various combinations and/or combinations of features recited in the various embodiments and/or claims of the present disclosure can be made, even if such combinations or combinations are not expressly recited in the present disclosure. In particular, various combinations and/or combinations of the features recited in the various embodiments and/or claims of the present disclosure may be made without departing from the spirit or teaching of the present disclosure. Accordingly, the scope of the present disclosure should not be limited to the above-described embodiments, but should be defined not only by the appended claims, but also by equivalents thereof.

Claims (16)

1. An elevator guiding method applied to an elevator guiding system comprises a mobile terminal, a service terminal, a control terminal and a hall indicating system, wherein the mobile terminal is provided with identity information of a user; the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring identity information from the mobile terminal through the service terminal, and sending the identity information to the control terminal;
determining a target elevator from at least one available elevator according to the identity information through the control terminal, and determining an elevator identifier and a driving path of the target elevator;
sending the elevator identification of the target elevator to the mobile terminal by the control terminal, and indicating the target elevator to run along the running path through the control terminal;
displaying the elevator identification of the target elevator through the mobile terminal; and
and displaying indication information aiming at the target elevator through the lobby indication system in response to the target elevator reaching the floor where the service terminal is positioned.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining, by the control terminal, a target elevator from at least one available elevator and an elevator identification and travel path of the target elevator based on the at least one identity information comprises:
determining a destination floor corresponding to the identity information;
obtaining operation information of at least one available elevator;
determining the running energy consumption and/or the running time of each available elevator sequentially passing through the floor where the service terminal is located and the target floor according to the running information of the at least one available elevator; and
and determining a target elevator from the at least one available elevator according to the driving energy consumption and/or the driving time, and determining an elevator identification and a driving path of the target elevator.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal comprises a display device; the displaying of the elevator identification of the target elevator through the mobile terminal comprises:
and displaying the elevator identification through the display device.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises a notification light; the method further comprises the following steps:
determining a target color corresponding to the target elevator; and
and controlling the prompting lamp to display the light of the target color.
5. The method of claim 3 or 4, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises a vibration motor; the method further comprises the following steps:
sending arrival information to the mobile terminal through the control terminal under the condition that the target elevator arrives at the departure floor; and
and the mobile terminal responds to the arrival information and controls the vibration motor to generate a vibration signal.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the hall indication system comprises: at least one identification indicator lamp in one-to-one correspondence with the at least one available elevator; the displaying, by the hall indication system, indication information for the target elevator comprises:
determining a target identification indicator lamp corresponding to the target elevator from the at least one identification indicator lamp;
determining a target color corresponding to the target elevator; and
and controlling the target identification indicator lamp to flash the light of the target color at a first preset frequency.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the hall indication system further comprises: at least one door frame indicating lamp corresponding to the at least one elevator one by one; the displaying, by the hall indication system, indication information for the target elevator further comprises:
determining a target doorframe indicator lamp corresponding to the target elevator from the at least one doorframe indicator lamp; and
and controlling the target door frame indicator lamp to flicker the light of the target color at a second preset frequency.
8. The method of any of claims 6 to 7, wherein the hall indication system further comprises: a speaker; the displaying, by the hall indication system, indication information for the target elevator further comprises:
and controlling the loudspeaker to play a prompt tone corresponding to the target elevator.
9. An elevator guidance system comprising: the system comprises a mobile terminal, a service terminal, a control terminal and a lobby indicating system, wherein the mobile terminal is provided with identity information of a user;
the service terminal is used for acquiring identity information from the mobile terminal and sending the identity information to the control terminal;
the control terminal is used for receiving the identity information from the service terminal, determining a target elevator from at least one available elevator according to the identity information, determining an elevator identifier and a traveling path of the target elevator, sending the elevator identifier of the target elevator to the mobile terminal, and indicating the target elevator to travel along the traveling path;
the mobile terminal is used for receiving the elevator identification of the target elevator from the control terminal and displaying the elevator identification; and
the lobby indicating system is used for responding to the target elevator reaching the floor where the service terminal is positioned and displaying the indicating information aiming at the target elevator.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the control terminal is further configured to
Determining a destination floor corresponding to the identity information;
obtaining operation information of at least one available elevator;
determining the running energy consumption and/or the running time of each available elevator sequentially passing through the floor where the service terminal is located and the target floor according to the running information of the at least one available elevator; and
and determining a target elevator from the at least one available elevator according to the driving energy consumption and/or the driving time, and determining an elevator identification and a driving path of the target elevator.
11. The system of claim 9, wherein the mobile terminal comprises a display device disposed on a front face of the mobile terminal for displaying the elevator identification.
12. The system of claim 11, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises a notification light disposed on at least one side of the mobile terminal for displaying a light of a target color, wherein the target color corresponds to the target elevator.
13. The system of claim 11 or 12, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises a vibration motor for generating a vibration signal.
14. The system of claim 9, wherein the hall indication system comprises: and the identification indicator lamps are in one-to-one correspondence with the at least one available elevator, wherein the identification indicator lamps are used for indicating the identification of the elevator corresponding to the identification indicator lamps, and the colors of the light displayed by the identification indicator lamps corresponding to different elevators are different.
15. The system of claim 14, wherein the hall indication system further comprises: and the door frame indicator lamps are in one-to-one correspondence with the hall doors of the at least one available elevator, wherein the door frame indicator lamps are used for indicating the positions of the hall doors corresponding to the door frame indicator lamps, and the colors of the lamplight displayed by the door frame indicator lamps corresponding to different hall doors are different.
16. The system of claim 14 or 15, wherein the hall indication system further comprises: and the loudspeaker is used for playing the prompt tone corresponding to the target elevator.
