the push rod 6 and the travelling wheel 5 are arranged, so that the device is convenient to move, and the transportation process is time-saving and labor-saving; when the device receives the collision in the transportation, anticollision piece 28 receives the effect of impact force and moves to the direction of base 4, and first stopper 32 moves and extrudes first spring 31 in second spacing groove 30, plays the effect of buffering anticollision, and the protecting effect is good.

a push rod (6) is arranged on the base (4), and a traveling wheel (5) is arranged at the bottom of the base (4); the anti-collision device comprises an anti-collision piece (28), a movable rod (29), a first spring (31) and a first limiting block (32); a second limit groove (30) is formed in the base (4), the movable rod (29) is arranged on the anti-collision piece (28), and the other end of the movable rod (29) is inserted into the second limit groove (30); the first limiting block (32) is arranged on the movable rod (29) and is positioned in the second limiting groove (30), and the first spring (31) is arranged in the second limiting groove (30) and is connected with the first limiting block (32);

two groups of threaded columns (10) are transversely arranged in the transport box (1), belt pulleys (12) are respectively arranged on the two threaded columns (10), and a transmission belt (13) is in transmission connection with the two belt pulleys (12); the transport case (1) is provided with a motor (9), and the output end of the motor (9) is connected with one group of threaded columns (10); an opening is formed in one side of the transport case (1), the door plate (15) is arranged on the transport case (1) and seals the opening, and the limiting plate (16) is arranged on the transport case (1) and located below the door plate (15); the rolling shafts (14) are longitudinally arranged in the transport box (1), and the rolling shafts (14) are arranged in a plurality of groups at equal intervals along the transverse direction; two sides of the storage box (8) are provided with first moving parts (11), the first moving parts (11) are in threaded connection with the threaded columns (10), and the bottom of the storage box (8) is in contact with the rolling shafts (14); the bottom end in the storage box (8) is provided with a protective pad (17), and the inner wall of the storage box (8) is provided with a protective air bag (18).

the limiting cylinder (39) is vertically arranged in the fixed seat (3), and an opening of the limiting cylinder (39) faces upwards; the supporting rod (38) is vertically arranged and inserted into the limiting cylinder (39), the second limiting block (40) is arranged on the supporting rod (38) and is positioned in the limiting cylinder (39), and the third spring (41) is vertically arranged in the limiting cylinder (39) and is connected with the second limiting block (40); the connecting pieces (35) are transversely arranged and connected with the supporting rods (38), and the number of the rotating pieces (36) is two and the rotating pieces are rotatably connected with two ends of the connecting pieces (35); the other end of the rotating piece (36) is rotatably provided with a sliding block (42), and the sliding block (42) is connected with the movable plate (34) in a sliding way.
4. A transportation device for instrument and meter production according to claim 3, wherein the bottom of the movable plate (34) is provided with a guide groove (43) transversely, and the slide block (42) is located in the guide groove (43).

The transportation device for instrument and meter production of claim 1, further comprising a central processing unit; an alarm is arranged on the push rod (6), a pressure sensor (33) is arranged on the base (4), and a rubber pressing block is arranged on one side, facing the pressure sensor (33), of the anti-collision piece (28);
the pressure sensor (33) is in communication connection with a central processing unit, and the central processing unit is in control connection with an alarm.

s2, two first moving parts (11) on the storage box (8) are aligned to two threaded columns (10), one group of threaded columns (10) are rotated by a motor (9), the other group of threaded columns (10) are driven by a transmission belt (13) to synchronously rotate, the storage box (8) moves towards the inside of the transport box (1), the motor (9) stops running after running to a certain position and is ready for placing the next storage box (8), finally, the storage boxes (8) are placed and fixed, and the door panel (15) is closed after all the storage boxes are placed;
s3, after the storage boxes (8) are filled in the transport boxes (1), stacking the transport boxes (1) on the bearing seat (2), namely pressing the transport box (1) below by the transport box (1) above, and pressing the bearing seat (2) by the transport box (1) below;
s4, after stacking is completed, aligning the inserting grooves (21) on the transport boxes (1) with the inserting rods (26) on the pressing plates (7), shaking the rocking handle (24) to enable the two-way screw rods (23) to rotate, enabling the two pressing plates (7) to move in opposite directions until the inserting rods (26) are respectively inserted into the corresponding inserting grooves (21), and clamping all the transport boxes (1) by the two pressing plates (7) to realize the fixation of all the transport boxes (1).
