Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for printing a fabric according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method including the following steps:
step S101, a fabric is placed on the platen.
Wherein, the fabric is placed on the bedplate and then the subsequent printing operation is carried out, thus ensuring the smoothness of the fabric.
It is worth noting that subsequent printing operations on the web are performed on the platen based web.
And S102, pressing the fabric.
Through the pressing and ironing processing, on one hand, the fluff on the central line of the fabric is flattened and does not tilt, so that ink dots are not easily hung on the fluff when white ink printing or color ink printing is carried out subsequently, but enter the line in the fabric or are positioned between the line and the fluff, namely, through the pressing and ironing processing, the fluff on the central line of the fabric is flattened and does not tilt, and the adhesion of the subsequent ink dots is facilitated.
Through pressing and ironing processing, on the other hand, fabric surfacing, then white ink printing or color ink when printing, the position after the chinese ink blowout can not change because of factors such as fabric wrinkling, fabric surfacing promptly, and then the position of chinese ink blowout is close ideal inkjet position to avoid the emergence of the circumstances such as color distortion.
Wherein the ideal ink ejection location is a predetermined desired ink location on the textile.
It should be noted that in some embodiments, the ironing temperature for ironing the fabric is 140-160 degrees for 8-12 seconds, and preferably, the ironing temperature for ironing the fabric is 150 degrees for 10 seconds.
And step S103, carrying out white ink printing on the fabric to obtain a white background.
In some embodiments, the fabric is white ink printed by a white ink digital printer.
White ink printing is carried out on the fabric through a white ink digital printer, so that a screen frame is prevented from being used to form a white background on the fabric, plate making is not needed, the white background can be formed on the fabric only through one-time white ink printing, and the efficiency of fabric printing is high.
In addition, the fabric is subjected to white ink printing through the white ink digital printer, a screen frame is not required to be used, the screen frame does not need to be cleaned, and the method for performing white ink printing on the fabric through the white ink digital printer is environment-friendly.
It should be noted that in some embodiments, the resolution of white ink printing on the fabric is 600 × 1200DPI, and in other embodiments, the resolution of white ink printing may also be changed according to actual needs.
And step S104, drying the white ink on the fabric.
The white ink on the fabric is dried only by drying for about nine times, for example, the moisture is evaporated by 85% -95%, because the white ink surface is too dry, cross-linking solidification is generated, and the color ink is not easy to enter the fabric in the subsequent color ink printing. On one hand, when the white ink is too wet, the surface of the white ink flows, and on the other hand, when the subsequent color ink is printed, the white ink and the color ink accumulate and mix with each other, so that the pattern is blurred; on the other hand, the fabric is spattered and flows during the process of transferring, transporting or subsequent pressing, so that the safety is not high.
In some embodiments, the drying temperature for drying the white ink on the fabric is 100-120 degrees for 6-10 seconds, and preferably, the drying temperature for drying the white ink on the fabric is 110 degrees for 8 seconds, so that the white ink on the fabric can be dried on the one hand, and the white ink can be prevented from being cross-linked and cured on the other hand.
And step S105, performing pressing processing on the fabric printed with the white ink.

In some embodiments, the resolution of the color ink printing on the fabric is 600 × 1200DPI, and in other embodiments, the resolution of the color ink printing can be changed according to actual needs.
It should be noted that the ink amount of the white ink for printing the white ink on the fabric is more than three times of the ink amount of the color ink for printing the color ink on the fabric, so that a white background formed on the fabric after the white ink is printed is white and fine, and a good printing effect can be achieved after the color ink is printed.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the resolution of white ink printing on the fabric is the same as the resolution of color ink printing on the fabric, and is 600 × 1200DPI, so if the amount of white ink to be white ink printed on the fabric is more than three times of the amount of color ink to be color ink printed on the fabric, the fabric may be white ink printed more than three times.
And step S107, drying the color ink on the fabric.
And drying the color ink on the fabric, so that the white ink and the color ink on the fabric are completely compatible and cured, and the printed pattern formed on the fabric is clear and has good effect.
In some embodiments, the drying temperature for drying the color ink on the fabric is 120-140 degrees for 6-10 seconds, and preferably, the drying temperature for drying the color ink on the fabric is 130 degrees for 8 seconds.
In an embodiment of the invention, the fabric is placed on the bedplate; pressing and ironing the fabric; carrying out white ink printing on the fabric to obtain a white background; drying the white ink on the fabric; pressing and ironing the fabric printed with the white ink; carrying out color ink printing on the fabric to obtain a target pattern; the color ink on the fabric is dried, and the white background is formed on the fabric in a white ink printing mode, so that the white background can be formed on the fabric without using a screen frame, and various defects caused by using the screen frame are overcome.
