本发明涉及玻纤布技术领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃性好的复合玻纤布及其制备方法。
背景技术
玻璃纤维是一种性能优异的无机非金属材料,其成分为二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钙、氧化硼、氧化镁和氧化钠等,它是以玻璃球或废旧玻璃为原料经高温熔制、拉丝、络纱、织布等工艺,最后形成各类产品。玻璃纤维单丝的直径从几个微米到二十几个微米;玻璃纤维制品同玻璃一样,性脆,容易断裂;而且,耐磨性差,长时间使用容易导致其损坏,一旦有尖锐物品在其表面刮划,会造成无法修复的磨损。
中国专利CN208841968U公开了一种高透气性复合玻纤布,它包括至少两个玻纤布层和一个中空夹层,所述中空夹层敷设在两个玻纤布层之间并与玻纤布层之间保持一定间隙,所述中空夹层的两端向外延伸与玻纤布的端面固接形成封头部,所述封头部上开设有透气孔,所述中空夹层与玻纤布之间形成透气空间,所述中空夹层的内侧面固接有若干个隆起部;但是该复合玻纤布防火阻燃性较差,因此,我们提出一种阻燃性好的复合玻纤布及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃性好的复合玻纤布及其制备方法,包括主体,所述主体的中间位置设有用于保护主体的缓冲层,缓冲层的两侧对称设有用于防火的防火层,防火层和缓冲层之间通过粘结层连接,防火层远离缓冲层的一侧设有涂覆层,以解决现有复合玻纤布防火阻燃性较差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种阻燃性好的复合玻纤布,包括主体,所述主体的中间位置设有用于保护主体的缓冲层,缓冲层的两侧对称设有用于防火的防火层,防火层和缓冲层之间通过粘结层连接,防火层远离缓冲层的一侧设有涂覆层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述防火层包括材质为玻纤布,涂覆层的材质采用PU聚氨酯材质,所述缓冲层的材质采用PU泡棉材质。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:主体为卷材状结构。
一种阻燃性好的复合玻纤布的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、将防火层放入聚氨酯涂覆设备上,然后开启聚氨酯涂覆设备,将聚氨酯涂覆在防火层的外表面,涂覆完毕后,使用刮刀对防火层的外表面进行清理;
S2、在缓冲层的上表面涂覆粘结层,然后将粘结层放置在压延机上,压延机上下基材架上各放置一层防火层,将搅拌均匀的粘结层涂覆在缓冲层上,然后将防火层和缓冲层压合;
S3、压合完成后,将成品放入烘箱中进行烘烤熟化,烘箱烘烤时间为五分钟,烘烤温度为130℃,烘烤完成后,将成本取出,冷却,得成。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果是:防火层和缓冲层复合后制得的复合玻纤布在满足电芯缓冲的同时,可以做到防火、隔热、绝缘性能,能增加逃生时间,保障了使用者的生命安全。

实施例1
如图1~2所示,本发明实施例中,一种阻燃性好的复合玻纤布,包括主体4,所述主体4的中间位置设有用于保护主体4的缓冲层2,缓冲层2的两侧对称设有用于防火的防火层1,防火层1和缓冲层2之间通过粘结层3连接,防火层1远离缓冲层2的一侧设有涂覆层;
所述防火层1包括材质为玻纤布,防火层1的设置能够起到防火、阻燃的作用;
涂覆层的材质采用PU聚氨酯材质;
所述缓冲层2的材质采用PU泡棉材质,PU聚氨酯缓冲泡棉能很好的进行缓冲及减震作用,同时缓冲层2和防火层1配合工作起到了阻燃、防火和缓冲的效率,提高了复合玻纤布的性能;
本实施例中,主体4为卷材状结构。
实施例2
一种基于实施例1所述阻燃性好的复合玻纤布的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、将防火层1放入聚氨酯涂覆设备上,然后开启聚氨酯涂覆设备,将聚氨酯涂覆在防火层1的外表面,涂覆完毕后,使用刮刀对防火层1的外表面进行清理;
S2、在缓冲层2的上表面涂覆粘结层3,然后将粘结层3放置在压延机上,压延机上下基材架上各放置一层防火层1,将搅拌均匀的粘结层3涂覆在缓冲层2上,然后将防火层1和缓冲层2压合;
S3、压合完成后,将成品放入烘箱中进行烘烤熟化,烘箱烘烤时间为五分钟,烘烤温度为130℃,烘烤完成后,将成本取出,冷却,得成。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果是:防火层1和缓冲层2复合后制得的复合玻纤布在满足电芯缓冲的同时,可以做到防火、隔热、绝缘性能,能增加逃生时间,保障了使用者的生命安全。

7.根据权利要求6所述的阻燃性好的复合玻纤布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,烘箱烘烤时间为五分钟,烘烤温度为130℃。
