The cutting device of a sapphire diamond wire cutting machine according to claim 1, wherein the adjustable mounting assembly (5) comprises a mounting box (15); a mounting frame (16) is mounted on the side surface of the mounting box (15); the bottom of the mounting box (15) is fixedly connected with one end of a shaking angle adjusting rod (20); two shaking angle adjusting rods (20) are symmetrically arranged on the center line of the installation box (15) along the X-axis direction; the other end of the shaking angle adjusting rod (20) is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating shaft; the end part of the rotating shaft passes through the front center and the back center of the adjusting plate (24); the adjusting plate (24) is provided with a rotary bearing corresponding to the rotating shaft; the center of the bottom of the installation box (15) is provided with an installation column; the center of the bottom of the adjusting plate (24) is fixedly connected with one end of the crystal support (25); the other end of the connecting crystal support (25) is fixedly connected with the top cambered surface of the processed sapphire (26).

The cutting device of the sapphire diamond wire cutting machine according to claim 5, wherein a second servo drive motor is arranged on the mounting column; the second servo driving motor is a double-head motor; the output end of the second servo driving motor is connected with one end of the adjusting shaft through a coupler; the other end of the adjusting shaft is connected with the side surface of a connecting plate arranged at the bottom of the mounting frame (16) through a bearing; the mounting rack (16) is an L-shaped rod; a cam (19) is arranged on the adjusting shaft; the bottom of the cam (19) is in contact connection with a ball on a rolling groove which is formed in the top of the first contact block (21) and is longitudinally arranged on the contact wheel; the first contact block (21) is elastically connected with the top of the second contact block (22) through a spring rod; one surfaces, close to the mounting column, of the second contact block (22) and the first contact block (21) are connected with a buffer guide rail arranged on the side surface of the mounting column in a sliding mode through inclined rods; the bottom of the second contact block (22) is connected with the top of the adjusting plate (24) through a pressure spring; the cam (19) comprises a first elliptical wheel and a second elliptical wheel; the first elliptical wheel and the second elliptical wheel are the same in size and shape.

The cutting device of the sapphire diamond wire cutting machine according to claim 6, wherein the side fixing rod of the fixing block (23) is connected with one end of a first guide rotating rod; the other end of the first guide rotating rod is connected with a first arc-shaped rail (18) through a first rotating wheel in a rolling manner; the first arc-shaped rail is fixedly connected with the side surface of an L-shaped guide frame (17) arranged at the bottom of the connecting plate; the first arc-shaped rail (18) is arranged corresponding to the rotating track of the first rotating wheel on the first guide rotating rod when the adjusting plate (24) rotates for adjusting the angle; the bottom of the adjusting plate (24) is connected with a second arc-shaped rail (28) through a second guide rotating rod (27) in a rolling manner; the second arc-shaped rail (28) is fixedly arranged on the mounting frame (16), and the second arc-shaped rail (28) is arranged corresponding to the motion track of the second guide rotating rod (27) when the position of the adjusting plate (24) is adjusted; a second rotating wheel is arranged on the second guide rotating rod (27) corresponding to the second arc-shaped rail (28); track rolling beads are arranged on the front and back of the centers of the first rotating wheel and the second rotating wheel corresponding to the second arc-shaped rail (28); track guide grooves are formed in the front inner wall and the back inner wall of the second arc-shaped rail (28) corresponding to the track balls; the top plate of the second guide rotating rod (27) is connected with the bottom of the fixed plate arranged on the side surface of the mounting frame (16) through a buffering compression spring.
