When the nut 51 moves towards the rear side, the first contact rod 7 is driven to move towards the rear side, the wedge block 10 and the second contact rod 12 are driven to move towards the upper side when the first contact rod 7 moves to be not contacted with the wedge block 10, the fourth spring 11 resets and drives the wedge block 10 and the second contact rod 12 to reset, at the moment, the cutting assembly 5 finishes cutting work, then the nut 51 resets and drives the first contact rod 7 to move forwards and reset, when the first contact rod 7 resets, the slider 9, the wedge block 10, the fourth spring 11 and the second contact rod 12 are driven to move forwards, when the slider 9 moves forwards, the third connecting frame 14 is driven to move forwards, the third connecting frame 14 drives the sliding frame 17 to move leftwards through the pull wire 19 to push the lowest lamp out of the diffusion plate, at this moment, the fifth spring 18 is compressed, when the second contact lever 12 moves to contact with the first special-shaped frame 13, the second contact lever 12 can move upwards under the effect of the first special-shaped frame 13, and drive the wedge block 10 to move upwards, at this moment, the fourth spring 11 is compressed, when the wedge block 10 moves to not contact with the first contact lever 7, the fifth spring 18 can reset and drive the sliding frame 17 to reset, when the sliding frame 17 resets, the third connecting frame 14, the sliding block 9, the wedge block 10, the fourth spring 11, the second contact lever 12 moves backwards through the stay wire 19, meanwhile, the fourth spring 11 can reset to drive the wedge block 10 and the second contact lever 12 to reset, and thus, the lamp diffusion plate can be subjected to intermittent blanking.
Still including connecting rod 110, first rack 111, third contact lever 112, fourth link 113, first gear 114 and rotating turret 115, be connected with connecting rod 110 on the balladeur train 17, connecting rod 110 left part is connected with first rack 111, both sides all are connected with third contact lever 112 around the baffle 32 right part, frame 1 upper portion front side is connected with fourth link 113, fourth link 113 upper portion rotary type is equipped with first gear 114, first gear 114 and the meshing of first rack 111, first gear 114 upper portion is connected with rotating turret 115, rotating turret 115 cooperates with the third contact lever 112 in the place ahead.
When the sliding frame 17 moves leftwards, the connecting rod 110 and the first rack 111 are driven to move leftwards, when the first rack 111 moves to be meshed with the first gear 114, the first gear 114 is driven to rotate, the first gear 114 rotates to drive the rotating frame 115 to rotate, when the rotating frame 115 rotates to be in contact with the third contact rod 112, the third contact rod 112 is driven to move upwards, the third contact rod 112 moves upwards to drive the baffle 32 to move upwards, when the sliding frame 17 resets, the connecting rod 110 and the first rack 111 reset along with the rotating frame, so that the rotating frame 115 resets through the first gear 114, after the rotating frame 115 resets, the baffle 32 automatically resets and drives the third contact rod 112 to reset, and thus, a user does not need to manually pull the baffle 32 to move.
And the contact device also comprises second special-shaped frames 116, the first connecting frames 23 are connected with the second special-shaped frames 116, and the second special-shaped frames 116 are matched with the third contact rods 112 on the same side.
When the third contact rod 112 moves upward to a certain extent, it will contact the second special-shaped frame 116 and drive the second special-shaped frame 116 to move away from each other, so that the first connecting frame 23 is moved away from each other, therefore, it is not necessary for the user to manually pull the first connecting frame 23, and when the third contact rod 112 is reset, the first connecting frame 23 will automatically reset and drive the second special-shaped frame 116 to reset.
The automatic transmission mechanism is characterized by further comprising a fifth connecting frame 117, a second rack 118, a pushing frame 119, a sixth spring 120, a sixth connecting frame 121, a third rack 122, a seventh connecting frame 123 and a second gear 124, the fifth connecting frame 117 is connected to the rear portion of the sliding frame 17, the second rack 118 is connected to the rear portion of the fifth connecting frame 117, the pushing frame 119 is arranged on the right side of the upper portion of the rack 1 in a sliding mode, the sixth spring 120 is connected between the pushing frame 119 and the rack 1, the sixth connecting frame 121 is connected to the lower portion of the pushing frame 119, the third rack 122 is connected to the rear portion of the sixth connecting frame 121, the seventh connecting frame 123 is connected to the rear side of the upper portion of the rack 1, the second gear 124 is arranged on the rear side of the seventh connecting frame 123 in a rotating mode, and the second gear 124 is meshed.
When the carriage 17 moves to the left, the fifth connecting frame 117 and the second rack 118 are also driven to move to the left, when the second rack 118 moves to contact with the second gear 124, the second gear 124 is driven to rotate, when the second gear 124 rotates, the third rack 122 is always kept engaged with the second gear 124 under the action of the sixth spring 120 and the sixth connecting frame 121, when the carriage 17 is reset, the fifth connecting frame 117 and the second rack 118 are reset, the second rack 118 can make the second gear 124 reverse, so that the third rack 122, the sixth connecting frame 121 and the pushing frame 119 move upwards, at the moment, the sixth spring 120 is compressed, the pushing frame 119 moves upwards to lift the lamp diffusion plate which is not pushed out by the carriage 17, so that the lamp diffusion plate pushed out by the carriage 17 can smoothly move to the left side of the rack 1, and when the second rack 118 moves to be not engaged with the second gear 124, the sixth spring 120 is reset and drives the pushing frame 119, the sixth connecting frame 121 and the third rack 122 to reset.

Claims (10)

1. A material crosscut device for producing a lamp diffusion plate is characterized by comprising:
a frame (1);
the clamping assembly (2) is arranged on the rack (1);
the material blocking assembly (3) is arranged on the rack (1);
the driving assembly (4) is arranged on the rack (1);
the cutting assembly (5) is arranged on the driving assembly (4);
and the adjusting assembly (6) is arranged on the driving assembly (4).
2. A material crosscutting apparatus for use in the production of a diffuser plate for lamps according to claim 1, wherein the clamping assembly (2) comprises:
the first guide rod (21) is arranged on the rack (1);
clamping plates (22) are slidably mounted on two sides of the first guide rod (21);
a first link frame (23) mounted on the clamping plate (22);
and a first spring (24) installed between the first link frames (23).
3. A material crosscutting apparatus for producing a diffuser plate for a lamp as claimed in claim 2, wherein the dam assembly (3) comprises:
the second guide rods (31) are arranged on two sides of the rack (1);
a baffle (32) slidably mounted between the second guide rods (31);
and a second spring (33) mounted between the stopper (32) and the second guide rod (31).
4. A material crosscutting apparatus for use in the production of a diffuser plate for lamps according to claim 3, wherein the driving unit (4) comprises:
the first mounting frames (41) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the rack (1);
a sliding rod (42) installed between the first mounting brackets (41) on one side;
a second mounting bracket (43) slidably mounted on the slide bar (42);
a reduction motor (44) installed between the first mounting brackets (41) on one side;
the first screw rod (46) is rotatably arranged on the second mounting frame (43);
and the flat belt combination (45) is arranged between the first screw rod (46) and an output shaft of the speed reducing motor (44).
5. A material crosscutting apparatus for use in the production of a diffuser plate for lamps according to claim 4, wherein the cutting unit (5) comprises:
the nut (51) is arranged on the first screw rod (46), and the nut (51) is in sliding fit with the second mounting frame (43);
a second connecting frame (52) mounted on the nut (51);
and a cutting blade (53) mounted on the second link frame (52).
6. A material crosscutting apparatus for use in the production of a diffuser plate for lamps according to claim 5, characterised in that the adjusting unit (6) comprises:
the second screw rod (61) is rotatably arranged between the first mounting frames (41) on the other side;
a handle (62) mounted on one side of the second screw rod (61);
the screw sleeve (63) is arranged on the other side of the second screw rod (61);
a fixed frame (64) which is arranged on the first mounting frame (41) on one side;
an expansion bracket (65) mounted on the fixed bracket (64);
a third spring (66) installed between the telescopic frame (65) and the fixed frame (64);
and the common pulley (67) is rotatably arranged on the telescopic frame (65), and the common pulley (67) is matched with the flat belt assembly (45).
7. A material crosscutting apparatus for producing a diffuser plate for a lamp as defined in claim 6, further comprising:
a first contact rod (7) mounted on the nut (51);
the sliding frame (8) is arranged on the rack (1);
the sliding block (9) is arranged on the sliding frame (8) in a sliding manner;
the wedge-shaped block (10) is arranged on the sliding block (9) in a sliding mode, and the wedge-shaped block (10) is matched with the first contact rod (7);
the fourth spring (11) is arranged between the wedge-shaped block (10) and the sliding block (9);
the second contact rod (12) is arranged on the wedge-shaped block (10);
the first special-shaped frame (13) is arranged on the sliding frame (8), and the first special-shaped frame (13) is matched with the second contact rod (12);
the third connecting frame (14) is arranged on the sliding block (9);
the fixed pulleys (15) are rotatably arranged on two sides of the frame (1);
the guide frame (16) is arranged on the frame (1);
a carriage (17) slidably mounted on the guide frame (16);
a fifth spring (18) mounted between the carriage (17) and the guide frame (16);
and a pull wire (19) mounted on the carriage (17), wherein the pull wire (19) is connected to the third connecting frame (14) by passing around the fixed pulley (15).

a connecting rod (110) mounted on the carriage (17);
a first rack (111) mounted on the connecting rod (110);
the third contact rods (112) are arranged on two sides of the baffle (32);
the fourth connecting frame (113) is arranged on the rack (1);
the first gear (114) is rotatably arranged on the fourth connecting frame (113), and the first gear (114) is meshed with the first rack (111);
and the rotating frame (115) is arranged on the first gear (114), and the rotating frame (115) is matched with the third contact rod (112) on one side.
9. A material crosscutting apparatus for producing a diffuser plate for a lamp as defined in claim 8, further comprising:

and the second gear (124) is rotatably arranged on the seventh connecting frame (123), and the second gear (124) is meshed with the third rack (122) and the second rack (118).
