As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the pressure adjusting member 325 is a pressure adjusting nut, the pressure adjusting nut is screwed to the pressure adjusting bracket 322, a pressure adjusting through hole 327 is formed in a fourth connecting end 329 of the pressure adjusting bracket 322, which supports the clamping bead 323, the clamping bead 323 is disposed at one end of the pressure adjusting through hole 327, the other end of the pressure adjusting nut screwed into the pressure adjusting through hole 327 is screwed to the inner side wall of the pressure adjusting through hole 327, the second elastic member 324 is disposed in the pressure adjusting through hole 327, and two ends of the second elastic member 324 are respectively abutted to the clamping bead 323 and the pressure adjusting nut. The pressure adjusting bracket 322 is provided with a pressure adjusting scale 326 at the screwed-in end of the pressure adjusting nut, and the pressure adjusting scale 326 corresponds to the pressure adjusting scale when the pressure adjusting nut rotates. The extreme pressure between the dressing 200 and the needle tract attachment skin 40 tissue is adjusted to facilitate dosing by the physician or patient.

In the needle bar assembly 10 for bone fixation and the bone external fixation system provided in the above embodiments, when the activity of the patient is small, the first elastic member 310 in the form of the pressure maintaining spring can ensure the pressing effect of the dressing block 220 and the skin 40 of the patient in real time. The snug fit of the locking lever 321 and the second resilient member 324 prevents over-compression of the dressing block 220 against the patient's skin 40 when the patient is active for a greater amount of activity. The degree of pressure of the dressing block 220 may be adjusted by the doctor or the patient via the pressure regulator 325 depending on the condition of the patient's skin 40 and the transition of the condition. 4) The pressure of the first elastic member 310 in the form of a pressure maintaining spring can ensure the pressing effect of the dressing block 220 against the skin 40 of the patient when the patient moves; when the patient moves too much or the pressure of the first elastic member 310 in the form of the holding spring is too high due to other reasons, the locking rod 321 will slide up one thread to break the pressure of the second elastic member 324 to prevent excessive pressing against the patient's skin 40.
