Optionally, before the current emotional state of the user is acquired through the wearable device, the electrocardiogram data, the heart rate data, the skin electricity data and the corresponding emotional states of the plurality of users can be acquired as training samples, and the evaluation model is trained. The embodiment does not limit the specific training process.
In one example, the weights of the electrocardiographic data, the heart rate data and the electrodermal data can be set respectively, the electrocardiographic data, the heart rate data and the electrodermal data are weighted based on the weights, and the current emotional state is determined according to the weighted values.
The third embodiment of the invention provides an emotion adjusting method, which is characterized in that physiological characteristic data of a user are collected, the current emotion state of the user is determined according to the characteristic data and is sent to a vehicle, so that the vehicle outputs an emotion adjusting mode aiming at the current emotion state based on the current emotion state, and the emotion of the user is automatically adjusted through the cooperation with the vehicle.

Fig. 4 is a structural diagram of an emotion adjusting apparatus according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, which may execute the emotion adjusting method according to the foregoing embodiment, and the apparatus may be disposed in a vehicle, and referring to fig. 4, the apparatus may include:
an emotional state obtaining module 41, configured to obtain, by a wearable device, a current emotional state of a user, where the current emotional state is determined by the wearable device according to current physiological feature data of the user;
and the control module 42 is used for controlling the vehicle according to the current emotional state so as to output an emotion adjusting mode aiming at the current emotional state.
The fourth embodiment of the invention provides an emotion regulating device, which is characterized in that the current emotion state of a user is obtained through wearable equipment, and the current emotion state is determined by the wearable equipment according to the current physiological characteristic data of the user; and controlling the vehicle according to the current emotional state to output an emotion adjusting mode aiming at the current emotional state. The device acquires the current emotion state of the user through interaction with the wearable device, controls the vehicle according to the current emotion state, enables the vehicle to output a corresponding emotion adjusting mode, solves the problems that in the prior art, the emotion adjusting mode is single and poor in adjusting effect due to the fact that the user actively searches for the emotion adjusting mode, and effectively adjusts the emotion of the user.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the apparatus may further include:
the adjusting effect determining module is used for determining the adjusting effect of the emotion adjusting mode after controlling the vehicle according to the current emotion state so as to output the emotion adjusting mode aiming at the current emotion state;
the judging module is used for continuing to maintain the emotion adjusting mode if the adjusting effect is that the emotion state of the user is relieved under the action of the emotion adjusting mode; otherwise, adjusting the emotion adjusting mode.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the control module 42 is specifically configured to:
controlling at least one of an air conditioner, multimedia, a seat, an atmosphere lamp and a sound on the vehicle according to the current emotional state so as to adjust the indoor environment of the vehicle; and presenting to the user the arena currently available for mitigating the emotional state.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the physiological data includes electrocardiographic data, heart rate data, and electrodermal data of the user.
The emotion adjusting device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for executing the emotion adjusting method provided by the embodiment, and has corresponding functions and beneficial effects.

Fig. 5 is a structural diagram of an emotion adjusting apparatus according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, where the apparatus may execute the emotion adjusting method according to the foregoing embodiment, and the apparatus may be disposed in a wearable device, and referring to fig. 5, the apparatus may include:
a data acquisition module 51, configured to acquire physiological characteristic data of a user;
and the emotion state determination module 52 is configured to determine the current emotion state of the user according to the feature data, and send the current emotion state to a vehicle, so that the vehicle outputs an emotion adjustment mode for the current emotion state based on the current emotion state.
The fifth embodiment of the invention provides an emotion adjusting device, which is used for acquiring physiological characteristic data of a user, determining the current emotion state of the user according to the characteristic data and sending the current emotion state to a vehicle, so that the vehicle outputs an emotion adjusting mode aiming at the current emotion state based on the current emotion state, and the emotion of the user is automatically adjusted through the cooperation with the vehicle.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the physiological characteristic data includes electrocardiographic data, heart rate data, and electrodermal data of the user.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the emotional state determination module 52 is specifically configured to:
and inputting the electrocardio data, the heart rate data and the skin electricity data into a pre-trained evaluation model, and acquiring the current emotional state of the user output by the evaluation model.
The emotion adjusting device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for executing the emotion adjusting method provided by the embodiment, and has corresponding functions and beneficial effects.
EXAMPLE six
Fig. 6 is a structural diagram of an emotion adjusting system according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 6, the system includes a wearable device 61 and a vehicle 62, where the wearable device 61 and the vehicle 62 establish a communication connection, and a specific communication manner is not limited in this embodiment, and for example, the communication connection may be established through a data communication gateway 63.
The wearable device 61 is used for acquiring physiological characteristic data of the user; the current emotional state of the user is determined from the physiological characteristic data and sent to the vehicle 62. The physiological characteristic data of the embodiment is exemplified by electrocardiographic data, heart rate data and picoelectrical data. Accordingly, wearable device 61 may include an electrocardiograph sensor 610, a pyroelectric sensor 611, a heart rate sensor 612, a processor 613, a memory 614, and a touch screen 615, wherein electrocardiograph sensor 610, pyroelectric sensor 611, heart rate sensor 612, memory 614, and touch screen 615 are each coupled to processor 613. As shown in fig. 7, an ecg sensor 610 may be disposed on the outer surface of the wearable device 61 on the side against the skin of the human body for measuring ecg data of the user; the skin electric sensor 611 may be disposed on the outer surface of the wearable device 61 and on a side against the skin of the human body, for measuring electrical impedance signals of the skin surface of the user, to obtain skin electric data; a heart rate sensor 612 may be provided on the outer surface of the wearable device 61 on the side against the skin of the person for measuring heart rate data of the user. The touch screen 615 may be provided on the outer surface of the wearable device 61 on a side away from the human skin and convenient for the user to view. The processor 613 analyzes the electrocardiographic data, the electrodermal data and the heart rate data measured by the electrocardiograph sensor 610, the electrodermal sensor 611 and the heart rate sensor 612 to determine the current emotional state of the user. The memory 614 is used for storing physiological characteristic data of the user, an analysis result of the processor 613, a computer program for the processor 613 to execute the emotion adjusting method, and the like.
The vehicle 62 includes a controller 620, a car networking service module 621, an AI assistant 622, a vehicle comfort module 623, etc., the car networking service module 621, the AI assistant 622, and the vehicle comfort module 623 are respectively connected with the controller 620, the vehicle comfort module 623 may include an atmosphere lamp control unit, an air conditioner, a seat, a sound, an electronic smell nose, etc., and the car networking service module 621 may include a navigation unit, multimedia, etc. The AI assistant 622 is used for voice interaction with the user, confirming whether mood adjustment is implemented by the vehicle 62 and implementing personalized adjustment requirements according to the user's voice instructions. That is, the present embodiment not only can adjust the emotion of the user in a preset manner, but also can realize personalized adjustment according to the actual needs of the user.
The present embodiment provides a plurality of ways to adjust the emotion for the user in the vehicle through the interaction of the wearable device 61 and the vehicle 62, so that the user can be effectively adjusted in the aspects of vision, hearing, smell, touch and perception. For example, visually, the AI assistant accompanies the user, further confirms whether the user needs to adjust the emotion through the communication with the voice of the user, and executes the instruction of the user; playing media files, automatic color change of atmosphere lamps in the vehicle and the like on the entertainment host; in terms of hearing, the AI assistant can actively carry out conversation with the user, play music radio stations and automatically adjust the sound volume of the sound equipment to relieve emotion; olfactively, the mood of the user is regulated by releasing a scent that relaxes the mood; in the sense of touch, the user can relax through the cooling treatment and the seat massage mode by the air conditioner; perceptually, the persistent perceived mood of the wearable device 61 causes the user's experience to appear to change.
EXAMPLE seven
A seventh embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium having stored thereon a computer program for executing a mood adjusting method when executed by a vehicle, the method including:
acquiring a current emotional state of a user through wearable equipment, wherein the current emotional state is determined by the wearable equipment according to current physiological characteristic data of the user;
and controlling the vehicle according to the current emotional state to output an emotion adjusting mode aiming at the current emotional state.
The program, when executed by a wearable device, is for performing a mood adjustment method, the method comprising:
collecting physiological characteristic data of a user;
and determining the current emotional state of the user according to the characteristic data, and sending the current emotional state to a vehicle so that the vehicle outputs an emotion adjusting mode aiming at the current emotional state based on the current emotional state.
Storage media for embodiments of the present invention may take the form of any combination of one or more computer-readable media. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. A computer readable storage medium may include, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), an Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM), a flash Memory, an optical fiber, a portable CD-ROM, an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take a variety of forms, including, but not limited to: an electromagnetic signal, an optical signal, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, Radio Frequency (RF), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).

Claims (10)

1. A mood regulating method, applied to a vehicle, the method comprising:
acquiring a current emotional state of a user through wearable equipment, wherein the current emotional state is determined by the wearable equipment according to current physiological characteristic data of the user;
and controlling the vehicle according to the current emotional state to output an emotion adjusting mode aiming at the current emotional state.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after controlling the vehicle to output a mood adjustment mode for the current emotional state based on the current emotional state:
determining the adjusting effect of the emotion adjusting mode;
if the adjusting effect is that the emotional state of the user is relieved under the action of the emotion adjusting mode, continuing to maintain the emotion adjusting mode; otherwise, adjusting the emotion adjusting mode.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said controlling the vehicle to output an emotional manner of adjustment for the current emotional state based on the current emotional state comprises:
controlling at least one of an air conditioner, multimedia, a seat, an atmosphere lamp and a sound on the vehicle according to the current emotional state so as to adjust the indoor environment of the vehicle; and presenting to the user the arena currently available for mitigating the emotional state.
4. The method of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the physiological data includes electrocardiographic data, heart rate data, and electrodermal data of the user.
5. A mood regulating method is applied to a wearable device, and comprises the following steps:
collecting physiological characteristic data of a user;
and determining the current emotional state of the user according to the characteristic data, and sending the current emotional state to a vehicle so that the vehicle outputs an emotion adjusting mode aiming at the current emotional state based on the current emotional state.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the physiological characteristic data comprises electrocardiographic data, heart rate data, and electrodermal data of the user;
the determining the current emotional state of the user according to the feature data comprises:
and inputting the electrocardio data, the heart rate data and the skin electricity data into a pre-trained evaluation model, and acquiring the current emotional state of the user output by the evaluation model.
7. An emotion regulating device provided in a vehicle, the device comprising:
the emotion state acquisition module is used for acquiring the current emotion state of the user through wearable equipment, and the current emotion state is determined by the wearable equipment according to the current physiological characteristic data of the user;
and the control module is used for controlling the vehicle according to the current emotional state so as to output an emotion adjusting mode aiming at the current emotional state.
8. An emotion regulating device, provided in a wearable device, the device comprising:
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring physiological characteristic data of a user;
and the emotion state determination module is used for determining the current emotion state of the user according to the characteristic data and sending the current emotion state to a vehicle so that the vehicle outputs an emotion adjusting mode aiming at the current emotion state based on the current emotion state.
9. An emotion regulating system, comprising a wearable device and a vehicle, wherein the wearable device establishes a communication connection with the vehicle;
the wearable device is used for acquiring physiological characteristic data of a user; determining the current emotional state of the user according to the physiological characteristic data, and sending the current emotional state to the vehicle;
and the vehicle controls the vehicle according to the current emotional state so as to output an emotion adjusting mode aiming at the current emotional state.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the program, when executed by a corresponding apparatus, implements the mood regulating method as claimed in any one of claims 1-4, or the mood regulating method as claimed in claim 5 or 6.
