Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of electronic cigarettes, and particularly relates to an electronic cigarette smoking set with a manually and quantitatively added tobacco tar gel layer.
Background
People's demand for tobacco harm reduction has driven the birth and rapid development of electronic cigarettes. The electronic cigarette is characterized in that nicotine, essence, spice and the like are dissolved in polyalcohol solvents such as glycerin or propylene glycol to prepare tobacco tar which is used as a fuming material, then the tobacco tar is filled into an electronic cigarette smoking set, the tobacco tar is transmitted to an atomizer in the smoking set through conducting elements such as oil guiding cotton, and the tobacco tar is atomized through an electric heating element to form smoke similar to a traditional cigarette for a user to suck.
However, because the tobacco tar is in a liquid form, in actual assembly, the tobacco tar container, the tobacco tar guide cotton, the electric heating element and the like of the electronic cigarette smoking set cannot avoid poor sealing performance caused by inaccurate and consistent machining sizes of parts, or the tobacco tar is assembled to have sealing performance in delivery but is damaged due to vibration and collision in the subsequent storage, transportation and use processes, so that oil leakage is more or less generated, and customer experience is affected. For this reason, it has been proposed to replace liquid tobacco tar with tobacco tar gel as a smoking material to solve the oil leakage problem. In the tobacco tar gels reported, a gelling agent is often used to solidify liquid tobacco tar into a gel (jelly-like or solid), which is usually capable of undergoing a thermally reversible phase change, i.e., solidifying at low temperatures to form a gel, and after being heated, is liquefied and cooled to solidify again to form a gel.
However, the tobacco tar gel has new problems in practical use: if only a small amount of disposable tobacco tar gel blocks are used, the tobacco tar gel blocks are heated and melted into liquid at one time and then are heated and atomized completely, then a user can continuously suck a plurality of ports (for example, 7-8 ports) at one time, the requirement of long-term suction of the user (the electronic cigarette using liquid tobacco tar generally can be used for sucking hundreds of ports to thousands of ports depending on the quantity of the liquid tobacco tar stored in the electronic cigarette, and the user can be electrified and heated for suction at any time) cannot be met, and the trouble of operation is brought to the installation of new tobacco tar gel blocks at one time, and the leakage-proof purpose of replacing the liquid tobacco tar with tobacco tar gel is lost. 1) In order to continuously supply tobacco tar to the heating element like a conventional liquid tobacco tar electronic cigarette, the large tobacco tar gel blocks have to be heated and melted all or most of the time so as to be converted into liquid tobacco tar with enough fluidity (the quantity of the stored liquid tobacco tar at least exceeds the quantity of the liquid tobacco tar required by one round of suction of 7-8 mouths of a user because the quantity of mouth of the user is not known in advance), so as to ensure that the liquid tobacco tar is sufficiently supplied to the heating element, but after the suction of the user stops, the stored liquid tobacco tar has to be condensed back to a gel state and heated and melted again in the next round of suction, the liquid tobacco tar for standby in the next round of suction has to be condensed back to the gel state again after the next round of suction stops, and heated and melted … … in the next round of suction repeatedly and melted and cooled down in the condensation process, so that the electric energy of the electric heating element is consumed, and the delay sense is caused when the user sucks for the first time (because the heating and melting a large quantity of tobacco tar can ensure that enough tobacco tar is supplied to the place of the heating element for the first time and the heating is heated and melted again, the tobacco tar is heated to be heated to the gel state again, and the tobacco tar is heated again, and the flavor is heated and bad in the heating element can cause the heating of the flavor and bad smell.
2) However, many gelling agents that gel liquid tobacco tar have a thermally reversible phase change characteristic, which severely limits the choice of gelling agents.
3) If only the amount of the tobacco tar gel required for the liquefaction is heated each time, but not almost all of the tobacco tar gel is heated each time, how to continuously and quantitatively supply the tobacco tar gel to the heater becomes a technical problem to be solved, namely how to supply the next amount of the tobacco tar gel to the heating element after the previous amount of the tobacco tar gel is heated and atomized. When liquid tobacco tar is used as the smoking material, continuous supply is not an issue due to the flowability of the tobacco tar. However, since tobacco tar gel is in jelly-like or solid form and has no fluidity, how to supply it quantitatively and continuously becomes a great problem. If the light is heated by the tobacco tar gel itself to be melted into liquid and then flows to the heating element through the oil guiding cotton, only the tobacco tar gel near the heating element can be melted, but the tobacco tar gel far away from the heating element can not be heated and can not be melted, and the tobacco tar gel can not be naturally supplied to the heating element, so that the smoke can not be atomized, the suction is interrupted, and the user experience is seriously affected.
4) Tobacco tar gels may also air dry or oxidize with oxygen during long term storage, which shortens shelf life and affects smoking flavor. A filter segment 14 in air flow communication with the tobacco rod 1;
(b) A tobacco tar gel layer quantitative applicator 2 comprising:
A housing 21; a first gear 22 and a second gear 23 which are meshed with each other are arranged in the inner part; and the housing 21 has a tip opening 211
A tobacco tar gel strip 24 comprising a base tape 242 and a tobacco tar gel layer 241 laid on the base tape 242, wherein the gel tobacco tar strip 24 is wound on and unwound from a first gear shaft 25 with a portion of the strip turned by an application wheel 26 located at the tip opening 211, wherein the base tape 242 is wound up to a second gear shaft 27; wherein the base strip 242 of the tobacco tar gel strip 24 contacts the applicator wheel 26 inwardly and the tobacco tar gel layer 241 is disposed outwardly.
The base tape 242 may be a strip of material, such as paper, polymer, etc., which has a certain flexibility and can be unwound and wound up. One preferred tape is polytetrafluoroethylene tape or, polystyrene tape, polypropylene tape or polyethylene terephthalate tape, which is resistant to various chemical components in the tobacco tar.
Preferably, the tobacco rod 1 further comprises a battery compartment 15 and a suction nozzle, wherein an air flow channel is arranged in the battery compartment and is in air flow communication with the smoke generating section shell 11, and condensing materials or filtering materials can be arranged in the battery compartment or the suction nozzle according to requirements.

Preferably, the N planar heaters 13 are equally long and equally spaced from each other. The N planar heaters may be electrically heated independently of each other, and the energization of each planar heater is preferably controlled by a suction sensor (not shown) within the tobacco rod, so that heating may be initiated in response to a user's suction action. The length of each planar heater can be designed according to the required size of the tobacco rod, and the width of each planar heater is larger than or equal to the width of the tobacco tar gel strip. Preferably, the tip opening 211 is rectangular in cross section and has a blade portion parallel to one side of the tobacco tar gel strip 24. The second aspect of the invention relates to a use method of the electronic cigarette smoking set with the manual quantitative tobacco tar gel layer, which comprises the following steps:
(a) Opening an outer flip cover 12 of the smoke rod 1, and axially arranging N planar heaters 13 which are separated from each other in the shell 11 of the exposed smoke section, wherein N is a positive integer and is more than or equal to 2;
(b) Rolling the applicator wheel 26 with the tobacco tar gel strips 24 held at its outer periphery over the N spaced planar heaters 13, frictionally pulling the tobacco tar gel strips 24 to unwind from the first gear shaft 25 while applying the outwardly disposed tobacco tar gel layer 241 to the N spaced planar heater 13 surfaces, and rolling the base tape 242 peeled off the tobacco tar gel layer 241 onto the second gear shaft 27;
and c, covering the outer turnover cover 12, and sequentially electrifying and heating the N plane heaters 13, so that the tobacco tar gel layer 241 on the plane heaters is sequentially heated and volatilized to emit smoke for the user to suck.
The friction force drives the tobacco tar gel strip 24 to move and simultaneously drives the first gear shaft 25 and the first gear 22 to rotate, so as to generate an unreeling action, and the second gear 23 and the second gear shaft 27 also rotate under the meshing action of the first gear 22, so as to generate a reeling action.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. The invention prepares the traditional massive or rod-shaped tobacco tar gel into the strip coil, and can conveniently and quantitatively supply the tobacco tar gel strips to the N plane heaters in a manual mode by matching with the unreeling and reeling actions of the tobacco tar gel layer quantitative applicator.
2. The plane heater is fully contacted with the tobacco tar gel strip, the heating efficiency is high, and the atomization is timely and full.
3. The tobacco tar gel strip is heated only once and does not need to undergo repeated melting and solidification, so that the electric energy of the heating element is utilized to the maximum extent, atomization can be carried out almost without delay, the suction hysteresis of a user is avoided, the deterioration of chemical substances in the tobacco tar gel due to repeated heating is avoided, and the possibility of generating peculiar smell is reduced.
4. Also, because the tobacco tar gel strip is heated only a single time and does not have to undergo repeated melting-solidification, the obtained tobacco tar gel does not have to have the thermal reversible solid-liquid phase change property, which greatly expands the selection range of usable gelling agents, so that some gelling agents without the thermal reversible solid-liquid phase change property can also be used.
5. In the inactive state, the tobacco tar gel layer is rolled up, protected inside the tobacco tar gel layer dosing applicator, and preferably sealed by a cap, and also protected from air drying or oxidation, extending shelf life. Accordingly, the heated non-vaporizable gel residue can be conveniently cleaned by a user opening the outer flip cover. After the 8 puffs have been completed, the user opens the outer flap 12, manually cleans the planar heater of residual debris (if any), and applies the next layer of tobacco tar gel again as described above for the next round of puffs.
After a user observes from the transparent housing of a certain tobacco tar gel layer dosing applicator that all the tobacco tar gel strips therein are used up, the next tobacco tar gel layer dosing applicator can be replaced, i.e., the tobacco tar gel layer dosing applicator can be disposable, but the tobacco rod can still be reused.
Claims (8)
1. An electronic smoking set kit for manually and quantitatively adding a tobacco tar gel layer is characterized by comprising the following two parts:
(a) Tobacco rod (1), comprising:
a smoke generating section shell (11) which is in a semi-cylindrical shape, and is internally provided with N mutually separated plane heaters (13) along the axial direction, wherein N is a positive integer and is more than or equal to 2;
An outer flap (12) which movably covers or uncovers the smoke generating segment housing (11);
-a filter section (14) in air flow communication with the tobacco rod (1);
(b) A tobacco tar gel layer quantitative applicator (2) comprising:
A housing (21); a first gear (22) and a second gear (23) which are meshed with each other are arranged in the gear box; and the housing (21) has a tip opening (211)
-A tobacco tar gel strip (24) comprising a base tape (242) and a tobacco tar gel layer (241) laid on the base tape (242), wherein the gel tobacco tar strip (24) is wound on and unwound from a first gear shaft (25) with a portion of the strip being turned by an application wheel (26) located at the tip opening (211), wherein the base tape (242) is wound up to a second gear shaft (27); wherein the base band (242) of the tobacco tar gel strip (24) contacts the applicator wheel (26) inwardly and the tobacco tar gel layer (241) is disposed outwardly;
Wherein the base tape (242) is a paper tape or a polymer tape.

The electronic smoking set kit for manual dosing of a tobacco tar gel layer according to claim 1, characterized in that the tobacco tar gel layer dosing applicator (2) further comprises a cap (28) for covering the tip opening (211) and the application wheel (26) to seal the entire tobacco tar gel layer dosing applicator (2).
3. The electronic smoking set kit of claim 1, wherein the tobacco tar gel layer (241) is a reversible phase-change tobacco tar gel layer or a non-reversible phase-change tobacco tar gel layer.
4. The electronic smoking set kit of claim 1, wherein N is greater than or equal to 8.
5. The electronic smoking set kit for manual dosing of a tobacco tar gel layer according to claim 1, characterized in that the N planar heaters (13) are equally long and equally spaced from each other.
6. The electronic smoking set kit for manual dosing of a tobacco tar gel layer according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (21) of the tobacco tar gel layer dosing applicator (2) is a transparent housing.
7. The electronic smoking set kit for manual dosing of a tobacco tar gel layer according to claim 1, characterized in that the tip opening (211) is rectangular in cross section and has a blade portion parallel to one side of the tobacco tar gel strip (24).
8. A method of using the electronic smoking article kit of any one of claims 1-7 with manual dosing of a tobacco tar gel layer, the method comprising the steps of:
(a) An outer flip cover (12) of the smoke rod 1 is opened, N planar heaters (13) which are separated from each other are axially arranged in a shell (11) of the exposed smoke section, wherein N is a positive integer and is more than or equal to 2;
(b) Rolling the applicator wheel (26) with the tobacco tar gel strips (24) held at the outer periphery thereof over the N spaced planar heaters (13), frictionally pulling the tobacco tar gel strips (24) to unwind from the first gear shaft (25) while applying the outwardly disposed tobacco tar gel layer (241) to the N spaced planar heaters (13) surfaces and rolling the base tape (242) peeled off the tobacco tar gel layer (241) onto the second gear shaft (27);
(c) And the outer flip cover (12) is covered, the N plane heaters (13) are sequentially electrified and heated, so that the tobacco tar gel layers (241) on the heaters are sequentially heated and volatilized to form smog for a user to suck.
