The first positioning structure 101 and the second positioning structure 102 are groove structures formed on the display layer 10, the third positioning structure 201 and the fourth positioning structure 202 are protrusion structures formed by the foam layer 20 protruding outwards, and the horizontal width of the groove structures is the same as the horizontal width of the protrusion structures, so that the protrusion structures are accommodated in the groove structures.
As shown in fig. 4, the first positioning structure 101 and the second positioning structure 102 are groove structures formed in the display layer 10, and the third positioning structure 201 and the fourth positioning structure 202 are protrusion structures formed by the foam layer 20 protruding outward. The OLED device layer comprises an anode, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an organic light emitting layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer and a cathode which are sequentially arranged above the thin film transistor array layer 103.
The thin film packaging layer is mainly of a laminated structure of a barrier layer and a buffer layer which are arranged on the OLED device layer, and completely covers the OLED device layer. The barrier layer plays a role in blocking water and oxygen so as to prevent water vapor or oxygen from invading the OLED device layer to cause light emission darkening; the buffer layer is mainly used for eliminating stress, gaps and the like between the two barrier layers.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a method for manufacturing a flexible display panel, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of the method for manufacturing a flexible display panel provided in the embodiment of the present application, and the method includes:
step 301, providing a display layer and a foam layer.

(3) if the third positioning structure does not correspond to the first positioning structure or the fourth positioning structure does not correspond to the second positioning structure, moving the foam layer until the third positioning structure corresponds to the first positioning structure and the fourth positioning structure corresponds to the second positioning structure;
(4) if the third positioning structure corresponds to the first positioning structure and the fourth positioning structure corresponds to the second positioning structure, the display layer and the foam layer are attached according to the current position relation.
For example, the display layer may be fixed first to keep the display layer still. And then, controlling the foam layer to approach the display layer, and continuously detecting whether the third positioning structure corresponds to the first positioning structure or not and whether the fourth positioning structure corresponds to the second positioning structure or not. Wherein, the correspondence means: the first positioning structure is superposed with the third positioning structure, and the second positioning structure is superposed with the fourth positioning structure.
Therefore, when the third positioning structure does not correspond to the first positioning structure and the fourth positioning structure does not correspond to the second positioning structure, it indicates that the display layer cannot be completely attached to the foam layer even though the display layer and the foam layer are attached, and then the foam layer needs to be moved until the third positioning structure corresponds to the first positioning structure and the fourth positioning structure corresponds to the second positioning structure. And when the third positioning structure corresponds to the first positioning structure and the fourth positioning structure corresponds to the second positioning structure, the display layer and the foam layer can be completely attached if the display layer and the foam layer are attached at the moment. Then, can laminate display layer and the cotton layer of bubble according to current position relation this moment to realize the laminating of display layer and the cotton layer of bubble.
In some embodiments, the attaching the display layer to the foam layer based on the first positioning structure, the second positioning structure, the third positioning structure, and the fourth positioning structure may include:
(1) fixing the display layer;
(2) controlling the foam layer to approach the display layer, and continuously detecting whether the projection of a first line segment connecting the third positioning structure and the fourth positioning structure on the display layer is superposed with a second line segment connecting the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure, and whether the projection of the midpoint of the first line segment on the display layer is superposed with the midpoint of the second line segment;
(3) if the projection of the first line segment connecting the third positioning structure and the fourth positioning structure on the display layer is not coincident with the second line segment connecting the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure, or the projection of the midpoint of the first line segment on the display layer is not coincident with the midpoint of the second line segment, moving the foam layer until the projection of the first line segment connecting the third positioning structure and the fourth positioning structure on the display layer is coincident with the second line segment connecting the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure, and the projection of the midpoint of the first line segment on the display layer is coincident with the midpoint of the second line segment;
(4) if the projection of the first line segment connecting the third positioning structure and the fourth positioning structure on the display layer is superposed with the second line segment connecting the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure, and the projection of the midpoint of the first line segment on the display layer is superposed with the midpoint of the second line segment, the display layer and the foam layer are attached according to the current position relationship.
For example, the display layer may be fixed first to keep the display layer still. therefore, when the projection of the first line segment connecting the third positioning structure and the fourth positioning structure on the display layer is not overlapped with the second line segment connecting the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure, and the projection of the midpoint of the first line segment on the display layer is not overlapped with the midpoint of the second line segment, it indicates that even if the display layer and the foam layer are attached, the display layer cannot be completely attached to the foam layer, and then the foam layer needs to be moved until the projection of the first line segment connecting the third positioning structure and the fourth positioning structure on the display layer is overlapped with the second line segment connecting the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure, and the projection of the midpoint of the first line segment on the display layer is overlapped with the midpoint of the second line segment. And when the projection of the first line segment connecting the third positioning structure and the fourth positioning structure on the display layer is superposed with the second line segment connecting the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure, and the projection of the midpoint of the first line segment on the display layer is superposed with the midpoint of the second line segment, it indicates that if the display layer and the foam layer are laminated at the moment, the display layer and the foam layer can be completely laminated. the foam layer is provided with at least two positioning structures, wherein each positioning structure comprises a third positioning structure and a fourth positioning structure, the first positioning structure corresponds to the third positioning structure, and the second positioning structure corresponds to the fourth positioning structure;
wherein, first location structure with the corresponding relation of third location structure, and the corresponding relation of second location structure with fourth location structure is used for show the layer with the cotton layer laminating in-process of bubble is realized show the layer with the location on the cotton layer of bubble, so that show the layer with the cotton layer laminating of bubble.

The flexible display panel according to claim 1, wherein a projection of a first line segment connecting the third positioning structure and the fourth positioning structure on the display layer coincides with a second line segment connecting the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure, and a projection of a central point of the first line segment on the display layer coincides with a central point of the second line segment, so that the display layer and the foam layer are positioned in a process of attaching the display layer and the foam layer, so that the display layer and the foam layer are attached.
3. The flexible display panel of claim 2, wherein the first and second positioning structures are integrally formed with a face of the display layer;
the third positioning structure and the fourth positioning structure are integrally formed with one surface of the foam layer.
4. The flexible display panel of claim 3, wherein the first positioning structure has the same shape as the third positioning structure, and the second positioning structure has the same shape as the fourth positioning structure;

a substrate base plate;
the thin film transistor array layer is arranged on the substrate base plate;
the OLED device layer is arranged on the thin film transistor array layer;
the thin film packaging layer is arranged on the OLED device layer and covers the OLED device layer;
the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure are arranged on one surface, far away from the thin film transistor array layer, of the substrate base plate.
8. A flexible display device, characterized in that the flexible display device comprises a flexible display panel, the flexible display panel being the flexible display panel according to any one of claims 1 to 7.

fixing the display layer;
controlling the foam layer to approach the display layer, and continuously detecting whether the third positioning structure corresponds to the first positioning structure or not and whether the fourth positioning structure corresponds to the second positioning structure or not;
if the third positioning structure does not correspond to the first positioning structure or the fourth positioning structure does not correspond to the second positioning structure, moving the foam layer until the third positioning structure corresponds to the first positioning structure and the fourth positioning structure corresponds to the second positioning structure;
and if the third positioning structure corresponds to the first positioning structure and the fourth positioning structure corresponds to the second positioning structure, adhering the display layer and the foam layer according to the current position relationship.
