Abstract

determining a target case type of a case recorded in a target legal document; if the target case type belongs to a preset special case type, obtaining a type abbreviation of the target case type, and determining the type abbreviation as the target content of the content item to be filled of the case handling department corresponding to the target legal document; and if the target case type does not belong to the preset special case type, determining a department to which the user belongs for short, and determining the department for short as the target content of the content item to be filled, namely the case handling department corresponding to the target legal document.
In one example, when the extraction module determines a target case type of a case described in a target legal document, the extraction module is specifically configured to:
the case type determining module is used for obtaining case material contents related to the target legal documents; semantic analysis is performed on the case material content to determine the target case type of the case.
In one example, if the document number template includes the target legal document with the type abbreviation, the extraction module is specifically configured to, when executing a preset content extraction rule corresponding to the target legal document with the type abbreviation to obtain target content corresponding to a content item to be filled:
obtaining the type name of the target legal document; performing word segmentation operation on the type names to obtain a plurality of type name word segmentations; respectively corresponding abbreviation of each type name participle; the combination of the respective acronyms is determined as the target content for the type acronym for the target legal document for this content item to be filled.
The document number generating device of the invention comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the receiving module 301, the template obtaining module 302, the extracting module 303, the generating module 304 and the like are all stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to be one or more than one, and the problem of inaccurate document numbers caused by manual filling is avoided by adjusting the kernel parameters.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium on which a program is stored, the program implementing the document number generation method when executed by a processor.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the document number generation method is executed when the program runs.
The embodiment of the invention provides equipment, which comprises at least one processor, at least one memory and a bus, wherein the memory and the bus are connected with the processor; the processor and the memory complete mutual communication through a bus; the processor is used for calling the program instructions in the memory to execute the document number generation method. The device herein may be a server, a PC, a PAD, a mobile phone, etc. Referring to fig. 4, the device 40 may include a processor 401, a memory 402, and a bus 403, wherein the processor 401 and the memory 402 are coupled via the bus 403.
The invention also provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device:
receiving a request for generating a document number for a target legal document sent by a user;
obtaining a document number template with a preset format, wherein the document number template comprises one or more content items to be filled;
executing a preset content extraction rule corresponding to the content item to be filled to obtain target content corresponding to the content item to be filled;
and filling the target content into a content item to be filled corresponding to the target content in the document number template so as to generate the document number of the target legal document.
In one implementation, the document number template includes at least one of a publishing authority of the target legal document, a case handling department corresponding to the target legal document, a type of the target legal document, a publishing year of the target legal document, and a publishing serial number of the target legal document.
In one implementation, when the document number template includes a publishing authority of the target legal document, executing a preset content extraction rule corresponding to the publishing authority of the target legal document to obtain target content corresponding to the content item to be filled, including:
determining a target government and legal institution to which the user belongs;
determining the target case type of the case recorded in the target legal document;
determining a target issuing authority corresponding to the target political and legal institution unit and the target case type according to preset corresponding relations among the political and legal institution unit, the case type and the issuing authority;
determining the target issuing authority as the target content of the target legal document's issuing authority to be filled in content item.
In one implementation, when the document number template includes a case handling department corresponding to the target legal document, executing a preset content extraction rule corresponding to the case handling department corresponding to the target legal document to obtain target content corresponding to the content item to be filled, includes:
determining the target case type of the case recorded in the target legal document;
if the target case type belongs to a preset special case type, obtaining a type abbreviation of the target case type, and determining the type abbreviation as target content of a content item to be filled of a case handling department corresponding to the target legal document;
and if the target case type does not belong to the preset special case type, determining a department to which the user belongs for short, and determining the department for short as the target content of the content item to be filled, namely the case handling department corresponding to the target legal document.
In one implementation, the determining a target case type of a case corresponding to the target legal document includes:
obtaining case material content associated with the target legal document;
and performing semantic analysis on the case material content to determine the target case type of the case.
In one implementation, when the document number template includes the type abbreviation of the target legal document, executing a preset content extraction rule corresponding to the type abbreviation of the target legal document to obtain target content corresponding to the content item to be filled, including:
obtaining the type name of the target legal document;
performing word segmentation operation on the type names to obtain a plurality of type name word segments;
respectively corresponding abbreviation of each type name participle;
and determining the combination of the short names as the target content of the target legal document with the type short name of the content item to be filled.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in the process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Claims (10)
1. A document number generation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a request for generating a document number for a target legal document sent by a user;
obtaining a document number template with a preset format, wherein the document number template comprises one or more content items to be filled;
executing a preset content extraction rule corresponding to the content item to be filled to obtain target content corresponding to the content item to be filled;
and filling the target content into a content item to be filled corresponding to the target content in the document number template so as to generate the document number of the target legal document.
2. The document number generation method according to claim 1, wherein the document number template includes at least one of a release authority of the target legal document, a case handling department corresponding to the target legal document, a type abbreviation of the target legal document, a release year of the target legal document, and a release serial number of the target legal document.
3. The document number generation method of claim 2, wherein when the document number template includes a publishing authority of the target legal document, executing a preset content extraction rule corresponding to the publishing authority of the target legal document to obtain target content corresponding to the content item to be filled, comprises:
determining a target government and legal institution to which the user belongs;
determining the target case type of the case recorded in the target legal document;
determining a target issuing authority corresponding to the target political and legal institution unit and the target case type according to preset corresponding relations among the political and legal institution unit, the case type and the issuing authority;
determining the target issuing authority as the target content of the target legal document's issuing authority to be filled in content item.
4. The document number generation method of claim 2, wherein when the document number template includes a case handling department corresponding to the target legal document, executing a preset content extraction rule corresponding to the case handling department corresponding to the target legal document to obtain target content corresponding to the content item to be filled, comprises:
determining the target case type of the case recorded in the target legal document;
if the target case type belongs to a preset special case type, obtaining a type abbreviation of the target case type, and determining the type abbreviation as target content of a content item to be filled of a case handling department corresponding to the target legal document;
and if the target case type does not belong to the preset special case type, determining a department to which the user belongs for short, and determining the department for short as the target content of the content item to be filled, namely the case handling department corresponding to the target legal document.
5. The document number generation method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the determining a target case type of the case described in the target legal document comprises:
obtaining case material content associated with the target legal document;
and performing semantic analysis on the case material content to determine the target case type of the case.
6. The document number generation method of claim 2, wherein when the document number template includes the type abbreviation of the target legal document, executing a preset content extraction rule corresponding to the type abbreviation of the target legal document to obtain target content corresponding to the content item to be filled, comprises:
obtaining the type name of the target legal document;
performing word segmentation operation on the type names to obtain a plurality of type name word segments;
respectively corresponding abbreviation of each type name participle;
and determining the combination of the short names as the target content of the target legal document with the type short name of the content item to be filled.
7. A document number generation device, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a request for generating a document number for a target legal document sent by a user;
the system comprises a template acquisition module, a document number template and a content filling module, wherein the template acquisition module is used for acquiring the document number template with a preset format, and the document number template comprises one or more content items to be filled;
the extraction module is used for executing a preset content extraction rule corresponding to the content item to be filled so as to obtain target content corresponding to the content item to be filled;
and the generation module is used for filling the target content into the content item to be filled corresponding to the target content in the document number template so as to generate the document number of the target legal document.
8. The document number generating apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the document number template obtained by the template obtaining module includes at least one of a publishing authority of the target legal document, a case handling department corresponding to the target legal document, a type abbreviation of the target legal document, a publishing year of the target legal document, and a sending serial number of the target legal document.
9. A storage medium having a program stored thereon, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the document number generation method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. An electronic device comprising at least one processor, and at least one memory, bus connected to the processor; the processor and the memory complete mutual communication through the bus; the processor is used for calling the program instructions in the memory to execute the document number generation method of any one of claims 1-6.
