Abstract

Then, according to the judgment result, the prejudged document such as a prejudged document is marked, and the judgment result is marked in the prejudged document. So that the marked content can be seen in an examination document to obtain the final examination result.

It can be seen that, the processing apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention first obtains a first referee document in a referee document database; the official document type of the first official document is a secondary audit document or a secondary audit document; then determining a second referee document corresponding to the first referee document according to the original review case number of the first referee document; the official document type of the second official document is an audition document; and finally establishing an association relationship between the first official document and the second official document. In the embodiment of the invention, the association relationship is established for a plurality of referee documents, so that the content of other referee documents associated with any referee document of a case can be obtained through the association relationship as long as any referee document is searched, the operation times of a user are reduced, and the user experience is improved.
The processor of the law and regulation comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the obtaining unit, the determining unit, the associating unit and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to be one or more than one, the association relation between the referee documents is established by adjusting the kernel parameters, the related contents of other referee documents associated with a certain referee document can be obtained through the referee document, and the operation times of a user are reduced.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium having a program stored thereon, the program implementing the method of processing a law or regulation when executed by a processor.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the program runs to execute the processing method of the laws and regulations.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment of the present invention provides a device 70, which includes at least one processor 701, at least one memory 702 connected to the processor, and a bus 703; the processor and the memory complete mutual communication through a bus; the processor is used for calling the program instructions in the memory to execute the legal and legal processing method. The device herein may be a server, a PC, a PAD, a mobile phone, etc.
The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device:
obtaining a first referee document in a referee document database;
determining a second official document having the same identity as the first official document; the identification comprises a case number, an original examination case number or a prosecution book number;
and establishing an association relationship between the first official document and the second official document.
Preferably, the official document type of the first official document is a second official document or a review document;
said determining a second official document having the same identification as said first official document comprises:
obtaining an original examination case number of the first referee document;
determining a second referee document corresponding to the first referee document according to the original audit case number of the first referee document; the case number in the second official document is the same as the original trial case number of the first official document.
Preferably, the official document type of the first official document is an audition document;
said determining a second official document having the same identification as said first official document comprises:
obtaining a case number of the first referee document;
and determining a second referee document in the referee document database, wherein the original trial case number in the second referee document is the same as the case number of the first referee document.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
clustering the referee documents with the same case numbers in the referee document database to obtain a referee document group;
extracting a third referee document which is the same as the trial court in the referee document group;
and establishing an association relation between a plurality of the third referee documents.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
obtaining a prosecution number in the second referee document;
obtaining a fourth referee document corresponding to the second referee document according to the appellation starting number; the type of the official document of the fourth official document is a prosecution document of a hospital;
and establishing an association relationship between the second referee document and the fourth referee document.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
obtaining a fifth referee document matched with the original trial case number of the first referee document or the case number of the second referee document; the official document type of the fifth official document is an execution document;
and establishing an association relationship between the first referee document and the fifth referee document.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
sequencing the plurality of referee documents with the established association relation based on the time of the referee documents and the examination level of the referee documents to obtain a review document set;
determining a judgment result for representing final judgment in the reviewing document set;
and marking the mark representing the judgment result for the prejudicial document according to the judgment result.
Preferably, the process of establishing the referee document database comprises:
obtaining a full referee document and a full prosecution document disclosed by the Internet;
performing text analysis on the full-scale referee document and the full-scale prosecution document to obtain basic data of multiple dimensions;
and constructing a referee document database based on the basic data.
Preferably, before the associating relationship between the first official document and the second official document, the method further comprises:
obtaining a name of a prior court in the first referee document;
obtaining the name of the court of trial in the second referee document;
judging whether the name of the court of examination is the same as the name of the original court of examination, and obtaining a first verification result;
obtaining first party information in the first referee document;
obtaining second party information in the second referee document;
judging whether the first party information is matched with the second party information or not to obtain a second check result;
and when the first checking result and/or the second checking result are/is characterized to be yes, the step of establishing the association relationship between the first referee document and the second referee document is executed.

It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Claims (10)
1. A method for processing a referee document, comprising:
obtaining a first referee document in a referee document database;
determining a second official document having the same identity as the first official document; the identification comprises a case number, an original examination case number or a prosecution book number;
and establishing an association relationship between the first official document and the second official document.
2. The process according to claim 1, wherein the official document type of said first official document is a secondary audit document or a review document;
said determining a second official document having the same identification as said first official document comprises:
obtaining an original examination case number of the first referee document;
determining a second referee document corresponding to the first referee document according to the original audit case number of the first referee document; the official document type of the second official document is an audition document.
3. The process of claim 1, wherein the official document type of said first official document is an audit document;
said determining a second official document having the same identification as said first official document comprises:
obtaining a case number of the first referee document;
and determining a second referee document in the referee document database, wherein the original trial case number in the second referee document is the same as the case number of the first referee document.
4. The processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by further comprising:
clustering the referee documents with the same case numbers in the referee document database to obtain a referee document group;
extracting a third referee document which is the same as the trial court in the referee document group;
and establishing an association relation between a plurality of the third referee documents.
5. The processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by further comprising:
obtaining a prosecution number in the second referee document;
obtaining a fourth referee document corresponding to the second referee document according to the appellation starting number; the type of the official document of the fourth official document is a prosecution document of a hospital;
and establishing an association relationship between the second referee document and the fourth referee document.
6. The processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by further comprising:
obtaining a fifth referee document matched with the original trial case number of the first referee document or the case number of the second referee document; the official document type of the fifth official document is an execution document;
and establishing an association relationship between the first referee document and the fifth referee document.
7. The process of claim 1, wherein the process of building the official document database comprises:
obtaining a full referee document and a full prosecution document disclosed by the Internet;
performing text analysis on the full-scale referee document and the full-scale prosecution document to obtain basic data of multiple dimensions;
and constructing a referee document database based on the basic data.
8. A processing apparatus for legal regulations, comprising:
an obtaining unit configured to obtain a first referee document in a referee document database; the official document type of the first official document is a secondary audit document or a secondary audit document;
a determination unit for determining a second official document having the same identification as the first official document; the identification comprises a case number, an original examination case number or a prosecution book number;
and the association unit is used for establishing an association relationship between the first official document and the second official document.
9. An apparatus comprising at least one processor, and at least one memory, bus connected to the processor; the processor and the memory complete mutual communication through the bus; the processor is used for calling the program instructions in the memory to execute the processing method similar to the referee document according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon computer-executable instructions which, when loaded and executed by a processor, carry out a method of processing an official document as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
