step five: starting the driving motor 115, the driving motor 115 operates to drive the driving pulley 121 and the upper compound roller 127 to rotate through the driving gear 119 and the driven gear 120, the driving pulley 121 drives the finished product winding drum 114 to rotate through the driven pulley 122, the rotating upper compound roller 127 conveys the base paper to the finished product winding drum 114, and the rotating finished product winding drum 114 winds up the base paper;
step six: and (3) drawing out the end part of the surface paper, attaching the surface paper to the base paper sprayed with the sizing material after passing through the second guide roller 109, then conveying the base paper forwards along with the base paper, and gluing the base paper and the surface paper together under the extrusion action of the sizing material, the lower composite roller 126 and the upper composite roller 127 to obtain the paperboard.
Referring to fig. 1-6, the operation principle of the fully automatic paperboard pasting machine in the present embodiment is as follows:
the invention discloses part: the base paper for producing the paperboard is rolled on the base paper roll 103, the facial tissue for producing the paperboard is rolled on the facial tissue roll 104, the base paper roll 103 and the facial tissue roll 104 are respectively arranged on a first support column 117 and a second support column 118, the end part of the base paper is drawn out, the base paper passes through a plurality of first guide rollers 105 and then passes through a space between a paper surface pressing plate 106 and a first support platform 107, the two sides of the base paper are positioned between paper edge pressing plates 111 at the two sides of the first support platform 107 and the second support platform 110, the base paper passes through a plurality of third guide rollers 112 and then passes through a space between a lower compound roller 126 and an upper compound roller 127, and finally the base paper is rolled on a finished product roll 114, a rotating wheel 125 is rotated to drive a threaded rod to rotate, due to the threaded connection between the threaded rod and a fixing plate 123, the threaded rod is lifted to enable a mounting frame 124 to slide on the mounting plate 113 and the mounting plate 102, and enable, then the bottom paper is clamped by a lower compound roller 126 and an upper compound roller 127, glue is conveyed into a glue storage tank 129 from a glue adding port 131 through a pump, an air compressor 128 is started, the air compressor 128 conveys compressed air to the glue storage tank 129 to spray the glue onto the bottom paper from a spray head 132, a driving motor 115 is started, the driving motor 115 operates to drive a driving pulley 121 and the upper compound roller 127 to rotate through a driving gear 119 and a driven gear 120, the driving pulley 121 drives a finished product winding drum 114 to rotate through a driven pulley 122, the rotating upper compound roller 127 conveys the bottom paper to the finished product winding drum 114, the rotating finished product winding drum 114 winds the bottom paper, the end part of the face paper is drawn out, the end part of the face paper is attached to the bottom paper sprayed with the glue after passing through a second guide roller 109 and then is conveyed forwards along with the bottom paper, the bottom paper and the face paper are glued together under the extrusion action of the glue and the lower compound roller 126 and the upper compound roller 127, obtaining a card paper; the full-automatic paperboard mounting machine releases bottom paper through a bottom paper winding drum 103, then winds the end part of the bottom paper onto a finished product winding drum 114, then drives the finished product winding drum 114 to rotate through the operation of a driving motor 115, so that the bottom paper is wound onto the finished product winding drum 114 at a constant speed, then evenly sprays glue stock on the upper surface of the bottom paper through a glue spraying mechanism 108, then releases face paper through a face paper winding drum 104, so that the lower surface of the face paper is attached to the upper surface of the bottom paper, under the action of a plurality of paper side pressing plates 111, the movement of the bottom paper and the face paper is limited, the accuracy of the bottom paper and the face paper is ensured, the generation of waste materials is reduced, then the bottom paper, the glue stock and the face paper are tightly combined together under the extrusion action of a lower compound roller 126 and an upper compound roller 127 to obtain the full-automatic paperboard mounting machine, the automation degree of the full-automatic paperboard mounting machine is high, and the production efficiency of, and the full-automatic card paper mounting machine has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation and low equipment cost.
