The supporting base 430 is provided with a notch for avoiding the lifting movement of the second mounting plate 230.
It is understood that the second lifting driving assembly 240 may also adopt other structures, such as a rack and pinion transmission mechanism or a linear reciprocating mechanism such as a screw nut transmission mechanism, as long as it can drive the second clamping assembly 210 to move up and down.
Referring to fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the ear band welding apparatus further includes a thread end fixing assembly 600, the thread end fixing assembly 600 includes a thread end support 610 and a fixing mechanism, a through hole for the ear band 10 to pass through is formed on the thread end support 610, and the fixing mechanism is used for fixing the ear band 10. The thread end fixing member 600 serves to fix the thread end position of the ear band 10, and the through hole serves as a guide for the first clamping member 110 to clamp the thread end portion of the ear band 10 and to pull the ear band 10 to move. The fixing mechanism is used for fixing the ear belt 10 before the ear belt 10 is cut off, so that the ear belt 10 keeps the current length and the ear belt is prevented from being elongated. Specifically, the fixing mechanism may be a push rod, a hole for installing the push rod is formed in the inner wall of the through hole of the wire holder 610, and the push rod can be retracted to push or release the ear band. Of course, it is understood that the fixing mechanism may also adopt other structures, for example, fixing the ear strap by clamping, as long as the fixing of the ear strap can be realized to avoid the ear strap falling off.
In some embodiments, the thread end fixing assembly 600 further comprises a third elevating driving assembly 620, and the third elevating driving assembly 620 is used for driving the thread end support 610 to move up and down. Specifically, the third lifting driving assembly 620 includes a fifth cylinder, and an expansion rod of the fifth cylinder is fixedly connected to the thread end support 610.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, the intercepting member 700 includes a heating wire 710 for fusing the ear band, and a fourth elevating driving member 720 for driving the heating wire 710 to move up and down. Of course, it is to be understood that the severing assembly 700 may sever the ear band by cutting or shearing, etc.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 9 and 10, in the present embodiment, the ear band welding device further includes an ear band shaping component 800, and the ear band shaping component 800 is used for further lengthening the length of the ear band for wearing. In some embodiments, the ear band shaping assembly 800 includes a first pull rod 810, a second pull rod 820 and a second driving assembly 830, the first pull rod 810 and the second pull rod 820 are between the two ear bands 10, the second driving assembly 830 is configured to drive the first pull rod 810 and the second pull rod 820 to move in opposite directions so as to pull the two ear bands 10 in opposite directions, and after the welding is completed, the two ear bands 10 of the pull rod reset are both distributed on the mask body in an arc shape.
Specifically, the second driving assembly 830 includes a driving belt 831 and a driving wheel 832 in driving connection with the driving belt 831, the driving belt 831 is provided with a first belt portion 8311 and a second belt portion 8312 at intervals and oppositely around the driving wheel 832, the driving wheel 832 rotates to drive the first belt portion 8311 and the second belt portion 8312 to move in opposite directions, the first pull rod 810 is fixedly connected with the first belt portion 8311, the second pull rod 820 is fixedly connected with the second belt portion 8312, so that the first pull rod 810 and the second pull rod 820 move in opposite directions, and the eared back eared band is on the inner side of the mask body. The transmission belt 831 may be a toothed belt, the transmission wheels 832 are pulleys, and two ends of the toothed belt are respectively provided with one transmission wheel 832, wherein one transmission wheel 832 is used as a driving wheel, the other transmission wheel 832 is used as a driven wheel, the first pull rod 810 and the second pull rod 820 are respectively and fixedly connected with a toothed block 833, and the toothed block 833 is meshed with the transmission belt 831. In order to ensure the accurate moving direction of the first pull rod 810 and the second pull rod 820, guide rails are provided, the guide rails and the first mounting plate 140 are of an integral structure, guide grooves 834 are provided on the guide rails, and the first pull rod 810 and the second pull rod 820 are respectively connected with the corresponding guide grooves 834 in a sliding manner. The first pull rod 810 and the second pull rod 820 are respectively provided with two pull rods, and four ear belts can be shaped simultaneously. The welding die head 500 is provided with a clearance groove 501 for avoiding interference with the first pull rod 810 and the second pull rod 820.
The overall working process of the ear strap welding device of the embodiment is as follows:
s100, enabling four ear belts to penetrate through a through hole in the thread end support 610, and reserving a thread end with a certain length;
s200, referring to fig. 2, 4 and 11, the first driving assembly 120 drives the first mounting plate 140 and the first clamping assembly 110 to move horizontally to the front of the thread end fixing assembly 600, the first clamping assembly 110 clamps the thread end (i.e. one end of the ear belt) of the ear belt 10, and at this time, the second clamping assembly 210 is directly above the first clamping assembly 110, so as to avoid interference with the movement of the first clamping assembly 110, i.e. the two clamping assemblies are on the same vertical plane;
s300, referring to fig. 12, the first driving assembly 120 drives the first mounting plate 140 and the first clamping assembly 110 to move forward, and pulls the two ear straps 10 to float and move above the adjacent short sides 21 of the two adjacent mask bodies 20;
s400, referring to fig. 9 and 13, the ear band shaping assembly 800 is actuated, and the second driving assembly 830 drives the first pull rod 810 and the second pull rod 820 to move in opposite directions, so as to pull the ear band 10 to form an arc shape;
s500, fixing an ear strap by a fixing mechanism of the wire end fixing assembly 600 to avoid the change of the length of the ear strap, driving the first clamping assembly 110 to descend by the first lifting driving assembly 150, driving the wire end support 610 to descend by the third lifting driving assembly 620, enabling the ear strap to descend to be close to the mask body or the welding die head 500 as far as possible, and enabling a 2-5mm gap to be formed between the bottom surface of the first clamping block 112 and the upper surface of the welding die head 500 to facilitate subsequent ear strap welding;
s600, referring to fig. 3, the second lifting driving assembly 240 drives the second clamping assembly 210 to descend to a position having the same height as the first clamping assembly 110, at this time, the first clamping assembly 110 and the second clamping assembly 210 are on the same horizontal plane, and the second clamping assembly 210 clamps the other end of the ear band 10;
s700, the fourth lifting driving component 720 of the truncation component 700 drives the heating wire 710 to lift to fuse the ear belt, and at the moment, the fixing mechanism fixes the ear belt and can prevent the ear belt from falling off;
s800, the first welding knife 131 and the second welding knife 221 descend simultaneously to cooperate with the welding die head 500 to weld the two ends of the ear band 10 on the mask body 20, thereby completing the welding of the ear band 10, as shown in fig. 14.
Referring to fig. 15, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a mask manufacturing apparatus, including a feeding device 910, a mask cutting device 920, and the ear band welding device 930, where the feeding device 910 conveys multiple layers of mask body cloth, the ear band welding device 930 is disposed in front of the mask cutting device 920, and the mask cutting device 920 cuts the mask body to obtain a mask finished product, so that two ear band welding devices do not need to be disposed at the downstream of the production line, i.e., a "one-to-two" form is avoided, the production line is simplified, the mask production efficiency is improved, and the mask body is formed and the ear bands are welded at the same time, so that the mask consistency is improved, and the ear band welding quality and the mask production quality are ensured.
In this embodiment, the mask manufacturing apparatus further includes a plaiting device 940, a nose bridge strip mounting device 950, a seam welding device 960, and the like, which are sequentially disposed along the mask body conveying direction, and the ear band welding device 930 is disposed after the seam welding device 960.
It is understood that the feeding device 910, the plaiting device 940, the nose bridge strip installation device 950, the seam welding device 960, the mask cutting device 920, and the like are all in the prior art, and the specific structures thereof are not described herein again.

a cutting assembly for cutting the ear band;
