Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly process which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: an environment-friendly process, comprising the following steps: (1) collecting industrial and domestic garbage, and sorting; (2) crushing the industrial and domestic garbage subjected to classified sorting in the step (1) to obtain initial raw materials; (3) adding clear water into the initial raw materials in the step (2), stirring and cleaning to obtain a clean material; (4) drying the cleaning material in the step (3) to obtain a dry material; (5) putting the dried material in the step (4) into an injection molding machine for injection molding and compaction to obtain a process model; (6) and (5) carrying out spray painting decoration on the process model in the step (5) to obtain a process finished product.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of garbage treatment, in particular to an environment-friendly process.
Background
At present, most industrial and domestic garbage is treated by land filling, land pollution caused by the garbage filling is countless every year, daily garbage production is more and more along with the increasing of population, the garbage treatment method for the land filling gradually cannot adapt to the increasing speed of the daily garbage production, and meanwhile, a large amount of land pollution is scrapped due to the garbage filling, so that industrial and domestic land is increasingly tense.

Further, the classification and sorting operation in the step (1) is to sort and remove harmful garbage, glass products, metal products and other objects which are difficult to break in industrial and domestic garbage.
Further, the particle precision of the initial raw material obtained by the crushing treatment in the step (2) is 0.1-1 mm.
Further, the drying temperature in the step (4) is 80-130 ℃.
Further, the initial materials in the step (2) comprise 10-40% of waste plastics and 60-90% of other garbage according to mass percentage.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention has innovative idea, adopts a garbage classification and recovery process, and crushes, inclines, injects and compacts industrial and domestic garbage into artware in daily life, thereby changing waste into valuable and relieving the land shortage problem caused by garbage landfill.

(6) and (5) carrying out spray painting decoration on the process model in the step (5) to obtain a process finished product.
Further, the classification and sorting operation in the step (1) is to sort and remove harmful garbage, glass products, metal products and other objects which are difficult to break in industrial and domestic garbage.
Further, the particle precision of the initial raw material obtained by the crushing treatment in the step (2) is 0.1-1 mm.

1. An environment-friendly process is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) collecting industrial and domestic garbage, and sorting;
(2) crushing the industrial and domestic garbage subjected to classified sorting in the step (1) to obtain initial raw materials;
(3) adding clear water into the initial raw materials in the step (2), stirring and cleaning to obtain a clean material;
(4) drying the cleaning material in the step (3) to obtain a dry material;
(5) putting the dried material in the step (4) into an injection molding machine for injection molding and compaction to obtain a process model;
(6) and (5) carrying out spray painting decoration on the process model in the step (5) to obtain a process finished product.
2. The environmental protection process according to claim 1, wherein the sorting operation in step (1) is to sort and remove harmful garbage, glass products, metal products and other hard-to-break objects in industrial and domestic garbage.
3. An environment-friendly process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the primary raw material obtained by the crushing treatment in the step (2) has a particle size of 0.1 to 1 mm.
4. The environmental protection process according to claim 1, wherein the drying temperature in the step (4) is 80-130 ℃.
5. An environmental protection process according to claim 1, wherein the starting materials in step (2) comprise, in mass percent, waste plastics 10-40%, other waste materials 60-90%.
