The invention is different from the traditional view that the traditional Chinese medicine compound decoction is superior to the respective extraction of each medicinal material, and provides a method for optimizing and combining extracts of each medicinal material, thereby realizing the precise control of the composition, remarkably improving the pharmacological effect and having positive guiding effect on the treatment method of the traditional Chinese medicine extract composition for treating the intestinal cancer.

Description

Traditional Chinese medicine extract composition for treating intestinal cancer, preparation method and application thereof in preparing medicines
Technical Field
The invention relates to a composition of traditional Chinese medicine extracts for treating intestinal cancer, a preparation method of the composition for treating intestinal cancer; and the application of the composition for treating intestinal cancer in preparing medicaments for treating intestinal cancer.
Background
Intestinal cancer refers to cancer occurring in the intestinal tract, mainly colon cancer and rectal cancer, and is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide. Due to changes of living environment and living habits of people, the incidence of intestinal cancer in China tends to rise year by year in recent years. Intestinal cancer can spread to other tissues and organs through lymph, blood circulation, direct spread and other ways, has no obvious symptoms in the early stage, and the patients often miss the opportunity of surgical treatment when finding the intestinal cancer. Because the pathogenesis of intestinal cancer is complex, the induction factors are more, the satisfactory treatment effect of chemical drugs is difficult to obtain, and the drugs have the defects of large side effect, easy relapse and the like. In recent years, conventional medicines have been important for the treatment of intestinal cancer.
Radix Sophorae Flavescentis is root of Sophora flavescens ait of Leguminosae. Has effects in clearing away heat, eliminating dampness, killing parasite, and promoting urination. Matrine, total matrine, oxymatrine, etc. have tumor cell inhibiting effect. In addition, the matrine and oxymatrine can inhibit type I hypersensitivity, increase leukocyte, and resist inflammation; sophocarpine and sophoramine can obviously enhance the function of mononuclear macrophage; radix Sophorae Flavescentis also has antiarrhythmic, blood pressure lowering, and blood lipid reducing effects. Radix Sophorae Flavescentis is commonly used for treating esophageal cancer, carcinoma of large intestine, bladder cancer, cervical cancer, etc.
The radix Gentianae is root of Gentiana scabra Bunge, Gentiana trifoliata Bunge and Gentiana striolata Bunge of Gentianaceae. Bitter and cold. Has effects in clearing away heat, eliminating dampness, and purging pathogenic fire in liver and gallbladder. The gentiana scabra bunge extract has an inhibiting effect on mouse sarcoma S180 and human cervical cancer JTC 26; the extract can inhibit cancer cell proliferation; in addition, gentian also has the functions of invigorating stomach, promoting secretion of saliva, gastric juice, pancreatic juice and bile, promoting gastrointestinal movement and digestive absorption, resisting inflammation, reducing blood pressure and the like. Gentian is commonly used for treating liver cancer, gallbladder cancer, pancreatic cancer, cervical cancer and the like in clinic.
Although the combined formula of radix sophorae flavescentis and radix gentianae is already used for clinically treating intestinal cancer and other diseases, the practical application has the reasons of unstable clinical curative effect, inconvenience in taking of patients and the like due to incomplete and clear effective substances, low preparation level and the like. These problems restrict the application effect of the compound preparation.
According to the traditional view, the active extract of the traditional Chinese medicine compound is obtained by mixing and extracting raw material medicines, generally an aqueous solution or an alcohol-soluble active ingredient is obtained, and the curative effect of the extract obtained by mixing and extracting is considered to be superior to the combination of the extracts obtained by independently extracting various medicinal materials. The research on the composition of the lightyellow sophora root and gentian extracts is not yet available. The invention researches the effect of the composition of the lightyellow sophora root extract and the gentian extract in treating intestinal cancer in a human intestinal cancer model.
