改性配方由透明质酸0.2-0.8份、甘油45-50份、柠檬酸0.3-0.7份、EDTA二钠2-4份、防腐剂3.5-4.5份、透皮吸收促进剂2-4份、蜂蜜1-4份、成膜剂30-46份、玻尿酸7-9份、去离子水500-700份组成。
成膜剂为聚氨酯-35、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、丙烯酸共聚物乳液、丙烯酸盐/辛基丙烯酸胺共聚物、防水苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯共聚物中的一种或几种混合。
实施例二:
本发明提供了一种带有锁水效果的面膜制备方法的技术方案:一种带有锁水效果的面膜制备方法,面膜制备的方法具体有以下步骤:
第一步、选取红景天提取物5份、玫瑰提取物6份、库拉索芦荟提取物8份、洋甘菊提取物6份、天然海藻粉2份、红石榴提取物5份、仙人掌提取物3份、白茅根提取物8份进行提取、溶解和混合后形成植物浸泡溶液:
第二步、选取透明质酸0.5份、甘油40份、柠檬酸0.5份、EDTA二钠3份、防腐剂4份、透皮吸收促进剂3份、蜂蜜2份、成膜剂30份、玻尿8份、去离子水600份组成改性配方,并进行混合,过滤后,形成改性液浸泡溶液:
第三步、选取优质坯绸通过精炼、砂洗、和磨毛处理后,制成内载体膜体,选取优质坯绸通过精炼、砂洗和磨毛处理,接枝改性后的坯绸经过中和、烘干、冷风吹然后冲压成制成外载体膜体;
第四步、将内载体膜体放入改性液浸泡溶液浸泡14h,将外载体膜体放入植物浸泡溶液浸泡20h;
第五步、将两个浸泡后的外载体膜体分别贴在浸泡后的内载体膜体两侧。
其中,实施例二中的玫瑰提取物富含的维生素C是最有效的抗氧化物质,作用于细胞中,具有很明显的抗氧作用,玫瑰中的糖具有强大的保湿和锁水功能,对于干燥的肌肤,能够起到显著的保湿和锁水效果;玫瑰可以通过抑制肌肤过多油脂的分泌,达到收敛肌肤和紧致毛孔的作用;
实施例二中库拉索芦荟提取物,它具有使皮肤收敛、柔软化、保湿、消炎、漂白的性能。还有解除硬化、角化、改善伤痕的作用,不仅能防止小皱纹、眼袋、皮肤松弛,还能保持皮肤湿润、娇嫩,同时,还可以治疗皮肤炎症,对粉刺、雀斑、痤疮以及烫伤、刀伤、虫咬等亦有很好的疗效。
实施例三:
本发明提供了一种带有锁水效果的面膜制备方法的技术方案:一种带有锁水效果的面膜制备方法,面膜制备的方法具体有以下步骤:
第一步、选取红景天提取物2份、玫瑰提取物5份、库拉索芦荟提取物9份、洋甘菊提取物7份、天然海藻粉3份、红石榴提取物7份、仙人掌提取物6份、白茅根提取物6份进行提取、溶解和混合后形成植物浸泡溶液:

其中,实施例三中的洋甘菊提取物能有效解决过敏、炎症、痤疮、红血丝、肤色不均等肌肤问题。对于平衡皮肤表面油脂分泌,补水保湿有着显著的功效。
实施例三中红石榴提取物含有多种皮肤所需的营养成分,含有大量的维生素C及B族维生素,有机酸、糖类、蛋白质、以及钙、磷、钾等矿物质,维生素C的含量是苹果的2倍,所以具有很强的抗氧化,美白淡化斑纹,补水锁水,还含有一种鞣花酸的成分,具有很高的防辐射作用,补水美白是肌肤不可缺少的护肤佳品。

Claims (8)
1.一种带有锁水效果的面膜制备方法,其特征在于,所述面膜制备的方法具体有以下步骤:
S1:根据植物配方对多种植物进行提取、溶解和混合后形成植物浸泡溶液:
S2:根据改性配方对多种改性液进行混合,过滤后,形成改性液浸泡溶液:
S3:选取优质坯绸通过精炼、砂洗、和磨毛处理后,制成内载体膜体,选取优质坯绸通过精炼、砂洗和磨毛处理,接枝改性后的坯绸经过中和、烘干、冷风吹然后冲压成制成外载体膜体;
S4:将内载体膜体放入改性液浸泡溶液浸泡12-15h,将外载体膜体放入植物浸泡溶液浸泡15-30h;
S5:将两个浸泡后的外载体膜体分别贴在浸泡后的内载体膜体两侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有锁水效果的面膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述植物配方由红景天提取物、玫瑰提取物、库拉索芦荟提取物、洋甘菊提取物、天然海藻粉、红石榴提取物、仙人掌提取物和白茅根提取物组成,其中,红景天提取物2-5份、玫瑰提取物6-10份、库拉索芦荟提取物7-9份、洋甘菊提取物4-7份、天然海藻粉2-3份、红石榴提取物4-7份、仙人掌提取物3-6份、白茅根提取物6-8份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带有锁水效果的面膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述红景天提取物的提取方法为:
红景天洗净、晒干后,采用球磨机粉碎,得到红景天粉末;将红景天粉末加入酶提液中20-30℃搅拌酶解提取2-3h,提取结束后灭酶,过滤,滤液中加入70-90%的乙醇水溶液中沉淀,过滤,得到红景天提取物,其中洋甘菊提取物通过以上方法得到。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有锁水效果的面膜制备方法,其特征在于:玫瑰提取物的提取方法为:
在洗净晾干后的玫瑰提取物中加入浓度为80%的乙醇提取溶剂,80~85°保温回流提取1~2h,冷却、离心、过滤,过滤后的提取液减压浓缩,冷冻干燥保存,其中白茅根提取物通过以上方法得到。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有锁水效果的面膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述接枝改性的步骤为:
将坯绸投入质量浓度为0.4%-1%改性剂溶液中,在温度30-50℃、ph为6-8的条件下进行改性处理,所述改性剂为能提高蚕丝吸水性的蚕丝蛋白改性剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种带有锁水效果的面膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述改性剂为十二烷基二甲基环氧丙基氯化铵和3-磺丙基十二烷基二环氧丙基甜菜碱的混合物。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种带有锁水效果的面膜制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2中,所述改性配方由透明质酸0.2-0.8份、甘油45-50份、柠檬酸0.3-0.7份、EDTA二钠2-4份、防腐剂3.5-4.5份、透皮吸收促进剂2-4份、蜂蜜1-4份、成膜剂30-46份、玻尿酸7-9份、去离子水500-700份组成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种带有锁水效果的面膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述成膜剂为聚氨酯-35、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、丙烯酸共聚物乳液、丙烯酸盐/辛基丙烯酸胺共聚物、防水苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯共聚物中的一种或几种混合。
