When the unbinding request received by the server includes only the identification information of the image forming apparatus, the server performs an unbinding operation according to an unbinding method as shown in fig. 5, the method including the steps of:
s1301: the image forming apparatus is triggered by a user to transmit a unbinding request to the server.

The releasing of the association between the user information and the image forming apparatus identifier in the above steps may be to directly delete the association between the user information and the image forming apparatus identifier for the server, where the user information and the image forming apparatus identifier may be stored in the server or deleted along with the deletion of the association relationship, and is not limited herein; the server may also directly make the association between the user information and the image forming apparatus identifier not valid without deleting the association, and subsequently directly make the association between the user information and the image forming apparatus identifier valid if a binding request including the user information and the image forming apparatus identifier is received again, so that the efficiency of subsequent binding operation is higher, and convenience is brought to the user.
By the method, when the image forming device is maliciously and remotely bound, the image forming device sends the unbinding request containing the identification information of the image forming device to the server, so that the server executes the unbinding operation, and the image forming device is prevented from being maliciously used.

The server determines a manner of performing a unbinding operation based on the user mode selection information after receiving a unbinding request including image forming apparatus identification information, and when the user mode selection information is first selection information, the server directly performs the following steps after S1302:
all the user information associated with the identification information of the image forming apparatus is disassociated from the identification information of the image forming apparatus.
When the user mode selection information is the second selection information, after S1302, S1305 and S1306 are directly performed.
As shown in fig. 13, two options 2201 and 2202 may be set on the user interface of the image forming apparatus for the first selection information and the second selection information, respectively, and when the first option is triggered, the server performs the unbinding process according to the first selection information when receiving the unbinding request including the user mode selection information and the image forming apparatus identification information, and when the second option is triggered, the server performs the unbinding process according to the second selection information when receiving the unbinding request including the user mode selection information and the image forming apparatus identification information.
When the binding request received by the server may include other user information in addition to the identification information of the image forming apparatus, the first user information corresponding to the first user that triggers the image forming apparatus to send the unbinding request to the server may be the second user information corresponding to the second user that requests the release of the association relationship with the identification information of the image forming apparatus.
When the binding request received by the server may include the second user information, as shown in fig. 6, a method of unbinding includes the steps of:

S1403, the association between the second user information and the image forming apparatus is released.
S1404, prompting that the message does not need to be unbundled.
The first user may be the same as or different from the second user, and is not limited herein.
The manner in which the image forming apparatus receives the second user information may be that the first user directly inputs or manually selects on a user interface of the image forming apparatus, or of course, the second user information may be input into the image forming apparatus by sending a voice, which is not limited herein, or the first user may send the second user information before, after, or simultaneously with sending a preset instruction to the image forming apparatus through the mobile terminal.
In S1404, a message indicating that the unbinding is not necessary is prompted, and the message may be directly sent to the image forming apparatus by the server and displayed on the user interface of the image forming apparatus, or may be directly sent to the second user corresponding to the second user information by the server based on the second user information in the received unbinding request, which is not limited herein.
Further, after S1401, the server does not execute S1402, and directly executes the following steps:
when the second user information includes user information associated with the identification information of the image forming apparatus, the association between the user information and the identification information of the image forming apparatus is directly released.
By the method, when the image forming device is bound by a malicious user, the image forming device sends a unbinding request containing the image forming device identification information and the user information needing to be unbound with the image forming device identification information to the server, so that the server is enabled to be unbound between the corresponding user information and the image forming device identification information, and the image forming device is prevented from being used maliciously.

The first user information may include, in addition to the user information according to the first embodiment of the present invention, preset verification information input by the first user on the user interface of the image forming apparatus.
Whether the first user information is expected or not may be whether the first user information has an unbinding authority or not, and may also be whether the first user information belongs to a first specific list stored on the server, where the first specific list is used to control whether the server performs an unbinding operation or not, and of course, other manners that may easily occur to those skilled in the art may also be used, and are not limited herein.

By the method, when the image forming device is remotely bound by a malicious user, the image forming device sends the unbinding request which comprises the identification information of the image forming device and the user information of the user triggering the image forming device to send the unbinding request to the server, and when the user information meets the expectation, the server can execute the unbinding operation, so that inconvenience brought to the user due to the fact that the image forming device is controlled maliciously and sends the unbinding request to the server is avoided.
Further, the server may include the first user information and the second user information in addition to the image forming apparatus identification information, in receiving the unbinding request transmitted by the image forming apparatus.
The server judges whether the first user information meets the expectation, if so, further judges whether the second user information is associated with the identification information of the image forming device, and if so, the association between the second user information and the image forming device is released.
In addition, when the server receives a request for unbinding that includes user information from the image forming apparatus, the server distinguishes whether the user information is the first user information or the second user information based on a preset flag, and then performs the subsequent steps based on the result of the distinction.
By the method, when the image forming device is remotely bound by a malicious user, the image forming device sends a first user information containing the identification information of the image forming device, a user triggering the image forming device to send a binding removing request to the server, and a binding removing request of second user information needing to be bound with the identification information of the image forming device to the server, and when the first user information meets the expectation, whether the second user information is associated with the identification information of the image forming device is further judged, so that the problem that the image forming device is controlled maliciously to send the binding removing request to the server, and inconvenience is brought to the user is avoided; on the other hand, the incidence relation between the identification information of the image forming device and the malicious user information is eliminated, and the problem that the image forming device is bound remotely and is used maliciously is avoided.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, before S1301, user authentication may be performed, and a specific user may trigger the image forming apparatus to send a unbinding request to the server.

s1601: the image forming apparatus receives preset authentication information input by a user and judges whether the preset authentication information input by the user meets an expectation.

The preset verification information may be preset characters or character strings, fingerprint information, face information, voice information, or the like, or may also be other information that can directly or indirectly prove the identity of the user, which is not limited herein. The preset verification information may be input by a manual input, a voice input, or input based on a fingerprint acquirer configured on the image forming apparatus, or input based on a card reader configured on the image forming apparatus, and the like, and is not limited herein.
Whether the preset authentication information input by the user is in accordance with the expectation may be whether the preset authentication information input by the user belongs to a second specific list stored in the image forming apparatus, wherein the second specific list is used for managing whether the electronic apparatus sends the unbinding request to the server.
Before S1602, the image forming apparatus may send the received preset authentication information input by the user to the server, and the server may determine whether the preset authentication information is expected, that is, whether the preset authentication information input by the user belongs to a specific list stored in the server, and when the determination result of the server is that the preset authentication information belongs, the image forming apparatus may send a unbinding request to the server.

The receiving unit 10 is configured to receive a binding control request, which includes a binding request or an unbinding request. When the judgment result of the second judgment unit is in accordance with the expectation, the first acquisition unit acquires the binding confirmation information.
Further, based on the preset user event, the image forming apparatus outputs a preset identification code.
The operation panel of the image forming apparatus may be operated by a user so that the image forming apparatus directly prints out the preset id code or directly displays the preset id code on the operation panel of the image forming apparatus, which is not limited herein.

1. An image forming apparatus binding control method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a server receives a binding control request and executes binding control operation based on the received binding control request, wherein the binding control request comprises a binding request or an unbinding request;
when the binding control request includes a binding request, the binding request includes user information and identification information of an image forming apparatus, the binding control request further includes binding confirmation information, and the server stores the user information and the identification information of the image forming apparatus in association based on the binding confirmation information;
when the binding control request includes an unbinding request including identification information of an image forming apparatus, the server acquires the unbinding request from the image forming apparatus and performs an unbinding operation based on the unbinding request.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the binding control request includes a binding request, the server transmits binding prompt information to the image forming apparatus after receiving the binding request, and acquires the binding confirmation information based on the binding prompt information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein obtaining the binding acknowledgement information based on the binding hint information comprises:
after the server sends the binding prompt information to the image forming apparatus, when a user corresponding to the user information performs a binding confirmation operation in a preset manner, the image forming apparatus sends the binding confirmation information to the server.

the server judges whether the received unbinding request only includes identification information of the image forming apparatus;
when the unbinding request includes only the identification information of the image forming apparatus, the server determines whether the number of user information associated with the identification information of the image forming apparatus is equal to 1;
when the number of user information associated with the identification information presence of the image forming apparatus is equal to 1, the server disassociates the user information associated with the identification information presence of the image forming apparatus from the image forming apparatus;
when the number of user information associated with the identification information presence of the image forming apparatus is greater than 1, the server transmits all the user information associated with the identification information presence of the image forming apparatus to the image forming apparatus and displays on a display unit of the image forming apparatus, and receives selection information of a user through the display unit and performs the unbinding operation based on the selection information.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein performing an unbinding operation based on the unbinding request comprises:
the server disassociates all user information associated with the presence of the identification information of the image forming apparatus from the identification information of the image forming apparatus.
7. A server, comprising:
a receiving unit configured to receive a binding control request, where the binding control request includes a binding request or an unbinding request;
a control unit for performing a binding control operation based on the binding control request;
when the binding control request includes a binding request including user information and identification information of an image forming apparatus, the binding control request further including binding confirmation information, the control unit storing the user information in association with the identification information of the image forming apparatus based on the binding confirmation information;
when the binding control request includes an unbinding request including identification information of the image forming apparatus, the control unit performs an unbinding operation based on the unbinding request.
8. The server according to claim 7, further comprising a transmission unit configured to transmit binding prompt information to the image forming apparatus, wherein the reception unit acquires the binding confirmation information based on the binding prompt information transmitted by the transmission unit.
9. The server according to claim 8, wherein the image forming apparatus transmits the binding confirmation information to the receiving unit when a user corresponding to the user information performs a binding confirmation operation in a preset manner after the transmitting unit transmits the binding prompt information.
10. The server of claim 7, further comprising:
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain time information corresponding to the receiving unit receiving the binding request, where the binding request further includes time information corresponding to an output request of the image forming apparatus for obtaining a preset two-dimensional code, and the mobile terminal obtains identification information of the image forming apparatus based on the preset two-dimensional code;
a second judging unit configured to judge whether a relationship between the time information and the time information acquired by the second acquiring unit is expected;
and when the judgment result of the second judgment unit is in accordance with the expectation, the first acquisition unit acquires the binding confirmation information.
11. The server of claim 7, further comprising:
a third judgment unit operable to judge whether or not the received unbinding request includes only identification information of the image forming apparatus;
a fourth determination unit configured to determine whether the number of user information associated with the presence of the identification information of the image forming apparatus is equal to 1 when the unbinding request includes only the identification information of the image forming apparatus;
the control unit is configured to release association between the user information associated with the identification information presence of the image forming apparatus and the image forming apparatus when the number of user information associated with the identification information presence of the image forming apparatus is equal to 1;
when the number of the user information associated with the identification information of the image forming apparatus is more than 1, the sending unit is used for sending all the user information associated with the identification information of the image forming apparatus to the image forming apparatus, displaying the user information on a display unit of the image forming apparatus, and receiving the selection information of the user through the display unit;
the receiving unit is used for receiving the selection information, and the control unit executes the unbinding operation based on the selection information.
12. The server according to claim 7, wherein the control unit is configured to release all the associations between the user information associated with the existence of the identification information of the image forming apparatus and the identification information of the image forming apparatus.
