Abstract
The invention discloses a new media intelligent scheduling system, which comprises three blocks, namely a public basic data center, an intelligent unified scheduling system and an intelligent report center; the public basic data center comprises upstream CP/SP management, downstream platform management, FTP service management, interface specification field management, report specification field management, video format management, data dictionary management and system management. The work order and task execution condition system automatically inspects and intelligently and hierarchically reminds abnormal and difficult work orders; the work order and the task execution flow are monitored in real time, the flow is limited intelligently, and the stability and the robustness of the system are enhanced; establishing a media asset content receiving/distributing intelligent rule engine, realizing intelligent matching of receiving/distributing rules, and performing diversified input and output according to needs; and an intelligent report center is established, so that the visual customization and personalized summarizing output of the report are realized.

Background
With the advance of the media fusion process, the number of upstream and downstream CP/SP owned by a new media is more and more, the service complexity is higher and higher, the personalized requirements are more and more diversified, the existing media resource platform focuses on the collection, production and audit of contents, the complexity of accessing the new CP/SP is higher, and the personalized requirements need to be developed secondarily; the intelligent degree is not high, the manual intervention degree is large, and the future large trend of new media development cannot be met.
