Additionally, the steps illustrated in the flow charts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions. Also, while a logical order is shown in the flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than here.
The preset knowledge-map in the following embodiments has functional module differentiation and control command module dependent differentiation.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention discloses a dispatching verification method 100, which is applied to a dispatching verification system and includes steps 101 to 105.
Step 101, receiving a first picture and positioning information sent by a mobile terminal, wherein the first picture comprises product bar code information.
Interpretation of terms: the first picture is a picture (photo) formed by photographing or shooting a target object through the mobile terminal; it should be noted that the mobile terminal includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone and a tablet computer, and the target object includes, but is not limited to, a product barcode and a user number, and the user number is not intended to limit the present invention, and any target object that can prove a user address is within the scope of the present invention.
Examples are: when a company arranges a service worker to mount or maintain a product at home, the service worker needs to photograph a bar code of a product to be maintained of a user through a mobile terminal to form a picture with the bar code of the product, and then the picture is uploaded to a system of the mobile terminal through the mobile terminal and is specifically uploaded to a picture processing module of the mobile terminal. It should be noted that the above-mentioned first picture is only an example and is not meant to limit the present invention, in other words, one skilled in the art should be able to design the first picture according to the actual requirement or application.
Interpretation of terms: the positioning information refers to position information acquisition through a positioning function of the mobile terminal.
Examples are: when a service worker reaches a user address of a product to be installed or maintained, the position information of the service worker at the moment is automatically acquired through a mobile terminal carried by the service worker, and then the position information is sent to the picture processing module through the mobile terminal. The process that the mobile terminal acquires the positioning information can ensure that service personnel can be completed only in a service site (namely, at the home of a user), and the problem that the service personnel only use a product bar code uploading system shot in a historical work order is solved. It should be noted that the above-mentioned location information acquisition is only an example and is not intended to limit the present invention, in other words, a person skilled in the art should be able to design the location information acquisition according to actual needs or applications.
And 102, displaying the positioning information in the first picture to obtain a second picture.
Specifically, after receiving a first picture and positioning information, the picture processing module copies the positioning information to the first picture to obtain a second picture, so that the obtained second picture can display the positioning information; then sending the second picture to a comprehensive verification module at a server end; copy is intended to mean that the second image is obtained so that the positioning information can be displayed thereon, it being understood that the terms "copy", "paste", "print" are used herein in the descriptive sense.
Examples are: after the picture processing module acquires the picture with the product bar code and the position information, the position information is copied to the picture with the product bar code, so that the picture with the product bar code can display the position information.
Step 103, extracting the positioning information and the product bar code from the second picture.
Specifically, after the comprehensive verification module receives the second picture, the positioning information and the product bar code in the second picture are extracted. Here, the positioning information and the product bar code are extracted from the second picture by using an image recognition algorithm based on a convolutional neural network.
And step 104, comparing the positioning information and the product bar code with a user address and a pre-stored bar code respectively, wherein the user address is an address pre-stored in a work order, and the pre-stored bar code is a bar code pre-stored when the product is sold.
The comprehensive verification module also acquires an installation and maintenance work order pre-reported by a user of the comprehensive verification module, and acquires a user address in the work order. The work order is a work order which is generated by a user and contains information such as user addresses when the user reports a maintenance product.
And after the comprehensive checking module acquires the positioning information and the user address, comparing the user address with the positioning information to see whether the user address and the positioning information are consistent or not, so as to judge whether the service worker falsely reports the completion work order or not.
In other embodiments of the invention, the comprehensive verification module can also extract the product bar code in the second picture; and comparing the product bar code with a pre-stored bar code to judge whether the product to be installed or maintained is sold by a company, wherein the pre-stored bar code is pre-stored when the product is sold.
Specifically, by comparing the product bar code with the pre-stored bar code, it can be determined whether the installed or maintained product is a product sold by the company, if not, the method can collect the fee or refuse installation or maintenance, and if not, the method can also be used for determining whether the service worker performs home maintenance.
In addition, whether the installed or maintained product is the product type corresponding to the pre-stored bar code can be judged by comparing the product bar code with the pre-stored bar code, for example, the product to be maintained is a washing machine, and the product displayed by the pre-stored bar code is a refrigerator, so that the product to be maintained and the product displayed by the pre-stored bar code are not the same product, and the product bar code can be replaced by a user. Products herein include, but are not limited to, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, and the like. In addition, the product is not necessarily a physical device, but may be a service-specific product.
And 105, comprehensively judging whether the worker reports the completion work order in a false mode or not according to the comparison result, and sending indication information, wherein the indication information is used for indicating whether completion is allowed or not.
Specifically, whether the service worker reports the completion work order in a false way or not is comprehensively judged according to the comparison result of the comprehensive checking module, for example, when the comparison result shows that the user address is inconsistent with the positioning information and the product bar code is inconsistent with the pre-stored bar code, it can be judged that the service worker may have suspicion of completion of the false report, and the picture needs to be collected again for checking. And when the comparison result shows that the comparison result is consistent, allowing the service worker to complete the work order.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in a case that the positioning information cannot accurately reflect the address information of the user, the service worker may further use the mobile terminal to upload a third picture, where the third picture includes the house number of the user, and after the house number information is extracted from the picture as described above, the third picture is compared with the house number information prestored in the work order, so as to more accurately judge the accuracy of the positioning information uploaded by the service worker.
Specifically, by comparing the obtained house number of the user with the house number in the address of the user, whether a service worker leaves the address left by the user during warranty can be judged; meanwhile, the user address is compared with the positioning information, so that whether the service worker reports the completion work order in a false mode or not is comprehensively judged.
For example, the comprehensive verification module firstly compares whether the user address is consistent with the positioning information, then compares whether the house number of the user is consistent with the house number in the user address, and simultaneously can compare whether the product bar code is consistent with the pre-stored bar code, thereby comprehensively verifying whether a service worker has a behavior of falsifying.
