At present, no good inspection monitoring method exists for whether enterprises can really implement real-name logistics consignment. Based on this, the logistics patrol monitoring method, the logistics patrol monitoring device and the patrol terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention can utilize the patrol terminal installed on logistics consignment patrol personnel to perform code scanning spot check on enterprises, automatically judge whether the checked packages are registered in real names or not, improve the patrol efficiency, and effectively supervise and urge the enterprises to register in real names in an autonomous manner.
For the convenience of understanding the embodiment, a detailed description will be given to a logistics patrol monitoring method disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention.
The logistics patrol monitoring method is applied to a patrol terminal, wherein the patrol terminal can be but is not limited to a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer or other Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) with a code scanning function. In the scheme, APP (Application) software corresponding to the logistics patrol monitoring method is installed in a patrol terminal, a patrol worker carries the patrol terminal to an enterprise to be patrolled, and the patrol terminal is utilized to carry out spot check on packages in the enterprise to be patrolled so as to determine whether the enterprise is in real-name logistics delivery.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic flow chart of a logistics patrol monitoring method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the logistics patrol monitoring method includes:
and step S101, scanning the personal graphic code generated by the enterprise employee terminal, and displaying enterprise information related to the personal graphic code.
After the patrolling personnel arrive at the enterprise to be patrolled, the APP of the enterprise employee terminal corresponding to the enterprise employee of the enterprise to be patrolled can be required, and the APP of the enterprise employee terminal generates the personal graphic code. And starting a corresponding APP of the patrol terminal by the patrol personnel, and scanning the personal graphic code by using the patrol terminal.
The personal graphic code may be a bar code or a two-dimensional code, which is not limited in this respect. After the personal graphic code is scanned, the personal graphic code is analyzed and identified, and enterprise information related to the personal graphic code, namely the information of an enterprise to which the enterprise employee belongs, is displayed.
And S102, scanning the waybill graphic code on the package of the current enterprise according to the enterprise information so as to identify the waybill number corresponding to the package.
The waybill graphic code may be a bar code or a two-dimensional code, which is not limited herein.
In a possible embodiment, the enterprise information can be checked by a patrol inspector, whether the patrol inspector belongs to the enterprise to be patrolled is judged, if the patrol inspector belongs to the enterprise to be patrolled, a camera of the patrol terminal is started to scan the waybill graphic code on the package of the enterprise where the patrol terminal is located, and therefore the waybill number corresponding to the package is identified.
Certainly, the enterprise information can also be compared with the enterprise name obtained after the patrol terminal is positioned, and the enterprise name obtained after the positioning is matched with the enterprise information associated with the personal graphic code, so that the patrol personnel is determined to belong to the enterprise to be patrolled, the enterprise information is verified to be correct, and then the camera is automatically started to scan the package.
And step S103, matching the corresponding waybill number of the package with a waybill number in the pre-collected logistics information.
The logistics information may include, but is not limited to, employee identification of the enterprise, the number of the invoice, the corresponding origin and destination of the package, identity information of the consignor, date of the consignment, and type of goods in the package.
In a possible embodiment, the pre-collected logistics information is obtained by collecting information of packages by enterprise employees of each enterprise through an enterprise employee terminal and uploading the information to the management and control platform. And each enterprise and the corresponding enterprise staff are registered at the control terminal, and the logistics information belongs to the enterprise staff collecting the logistics information and the enterprise to which the enterprise staff belongs. Thus, scientific and reliable data basis is provided for patrol.
In a possible embodiment, after the order number corresponding to the package is acquired, a matching request is sent to the management and control platform, wherein the matching request comprises the patrol terminal identifier and the order number. The management and control platform matches the order number corresponding to the package with the order numbers in the stored logistics information, and if the order number corresponding to the package is the same as the order number in the stored logistics information, the information corresponding to the package is determined to be acquired, and the matching result is successful; and if the order number corresponding to the package is different from the order number in each piece of stored logistics information, determining that the information corresponding to the package is not collected, and determining that the matching result is a matching failure. And returning the matching result to the corresponding inspection terminal according to the inspection terminal identifier.
And step S104, if the matching is successful, detecting whether the matched logistics information contains the identity information of the consignor or so as to determine whether the current enterprise realizes the real-name logistics consignment.
If the matched logistics information does not contain the identity information of the consignor, so as to confirm that the current enterprise does not completely implement the real-name logistics consignment, further improvement is still needed.
In a possible embodiment, if the matching of the waybill number and the logistics information collected in advance is successful, the information corresponding to the package is determined to be collected; and then displaying the matched logistics information and a corresponding unpacking chart and a corresponding waybill chart of the package associated with the logistics information so that the patrol personnel can check the information of the package. The unpacking image refers to an unpackaged package image shot by an enterprise employee when the enterprise employee collects goods to be consigned, and the waybill image is a picture of a waybill corresponding to the package. The accuracy of the pre-acquired logistics information is determined through checking the package information, so that the phenomena that enterprise staff falsify and replace packages are avoided, and the logistics safety is further determined.
In the embodiment of the invention, the inspection terminal installed on the logistics consignment inspection personnel is used for carrying out code scanning spot inspection on enterprises, automatically judging whether the spot inspected parcels are registered in real names or not, improving the inspection efficiency and effectively supervising and urging the enterprises to automatically register the real names.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another logistics patrol monitoring method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the logistics patrol monitoring method includes:
step S201, generating a personal graphic code by an enterprise employee terminal APP.
In a possible embodiment, after the patrolman arrives at the enterprise to be patrolled, the management and control platform may send a connection request to the management and control platform, and the management and control platform establishes a connection between the current position of the current enterprise employee terminal and the patrolman terminal according to the enterprise information in the connection request, so that the patrolman terminal sends prompt information for presenting the personal graphic code to the enterprise employee terminal.
Of course, the patrol personnel can also communicate with the enterprise staff directly to inform the enterprise staff to open the corresponding APP so as to generate the personal graphic code.
Step S202, the patrolling terminal APP scans the personal graphic code generated by the enterprise employee terminal, and whether the personal graphic code is in the valid time is detected.
In a possible embodiment, the personal graphic code is a dynamic two-dimensional code that is valid within 2 minutes. Particularly, the fake behavior that the patrol personnel manufactures to the enterprise to carry out package spot check by scanning the personal two-dimensional code and storing the personal two-dimensional code without authorization can be effectively prevented. If the personal graphic code is invalid, executing step S201 in sequence; if the personal graphic code is valid, step S203 is executed.
And step S203, displaying the enterprise information related to the personal graphic code.
Specifically, each personal graphic code is associated with corresponding personal information of the employee, information of the enterprise to which the personal graphic code belongs, and the like. In a possible embodiment, the patrol terminal establishes a connection with a management and control platform, and enterprise information associated with the personal graphic code is searched from the management and control platform.
Step S204, whether the enterprise to which the enterprise employee belongs is consistent with the current enterprise is verified.
Specifically, step S102 may be referred to, and is not described here. If not, executing step S205 and step S201 in sequence; if so, step S206 is performed.
And step S205, determining that the terminal of the enterprise employee needs to be replaced.
And step S206, scanning the waybill graphic code of the package of the current enterprise by the APP of the patrol terminal.
And after the consistency is determined, performing spot check on the packages of the enterprise, and scanning the waybill graphic codes of the spot checked packages.
Step S207, detecting whether the information corresponding to the package for spot check is collected.
Specifically, step S103 may be referred to, and is not described here.
If not, executing step S208; if it has been acquired, step S209 is performed.
And S208, determining whether the record is recorded temporarily, and sending the detection result to the management and control platform for statistics.
And S209, determining that the detection result is acquired, and sending the detection result to a control platform for statistics.
In a possible embodiment, in order to further prevent the patrolman from taking false actions due to the examination in association with the enterprise, at least one of the following measures can be taken while setting the personal graphic code as the dynamic two-dimensional code:
(1) when the matching of the waybill number and the logistics information obtained in advance is successful, calculating the time difference between the current moment and the acquisition moment corresponding to the matched logistics information; and if the time difference is greater than or equal to the patrol time limit threshold, generating and displaying collection overtime prompt information.
For example, logistics information corresponding to packages collected within 48 hours of intelligent inspection may be subject to false behavior if 48 hours are exceeded.
(2) And sending the patrol position information and the personal graphic code to a control terminal so that the control terminal can acquire the patrol position information of the patrol terminal and the staff position information of the enterprise staff terminal corresponding to the personal graphic code, and generating alarm prompt information according to the patrol position information and the staff position information.
In a possible embodiment, the current position of the terminal (namely, the patrol position information) and the personal graphic code scanned by the terminal can be sent to the control terminal through the patrol terminal, and after the patrol position information and the personal graphic code are acquired by the control terminal, the staff position information of the enterprise staff terminal corresponding to the personal graphic code is acquired; calculating the distance difference between the patrol position information and the employee position information; and if the distance difference is larger than or equal to the deviation threshold value, directly giving an alarm to prompt relevant managers that a false action currently exists.
Specifically, during patrol, a patrol person and a corresponding employee of an enterprise to be patrolled should be in the same enterprise, and the distance difference between the position coordinates of the patrol person and the corresponding employee of the enterprise should satisfy a certain range, and if the distance difference exceeds the certain range, there is a possibility of making a false.
Further, after the step S104, the method further includes: generating a patrol result, and sending the patrol result to a control platform, wherein the patrol result comprises patrol time, patrol enterprise identification, patrol waybill number, patrol personnel information, acquisition identification for indicating whether the information is acquired and real-name identification for indicating whether the information is in real-name system. Wherein the patrol personnel information comprises patrol personnel identification and the department.
And the management and control platform performs statistics after receiving the inspection results of the inspection personnel. Taking the patrol officer as the duty officer in each dispatch as an example, the statistical result comprises:
1) the number of today patrol enterprises, today patrol and transport odd numbers, the number of patrol enterprises in this month, the number of patrol and transport odd numbers, today patrol personnel number and total patrol personnel number in the whole area;
2) the total number of patrols of the branch spot inspection group, the number of persons in inspection, the number of patrols of enterprises, and the number of patrols and transports (patrolled, collected, not collected, real name ratio).
3) The total number of patrols in each party, the number of persons in the patrolling, the number of patrolling enterprises and the number of patrolling transport units (patrolled, collected, not collected and real name ratio).
4) The number of patrolling enterprises and the number of patrolling transportation units (patrolling, collected, not collected and real name ratio) of each patrolman.
5) The package patrolling quantity, the collected quantity, the non-collected quantity and the real name ratio of each patrolled enterprise.
In order to promote that each patrol worker can really go to the enterprise to perform the inspection and take the work to the real place, in a possible embodiment, the management and control platform carries out personal patrol statistics and calculates employee performance assessment according to the patrol result. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the management and control platform counts the number of individual patrol enterprises and patrol waybills of the patrol personnel through the patrol result, and counts the monthly performance or the annual performance of the patrol personnel according to the number of the individual patrol enterprises and the patrol waybills of the patrol personnel. Therefore, the patrol work and the personal wages are directly hooked, and all the patrol personnel participate in the examination and ranking to form a benign competitive pattern.
In order to dynamically control the patrol condition, so that the patrol status is open and transparent, in a possible embodiment, the method further includes: acquiring position information of an inspection terminal in real time to determine the coordinates of corresponding inspection personnel; according to the coordinates, the positions of the respective patrolmen are marked and displayed on the electronic map.
Specifically, each patrol worker uploads the current position information of the patrol worker to the management and control platform through the patrol terminal in the patrol process. Therefore, the patrol terminal can acquire the current position of each patrol worker from the control platform and further display the current position on the electronic map. In this way, the patrolman can see the working conditions of other colleagues, so that the patrolman can know and promote each other.
In order to make the respective inspectors further know the work completion of each other, in a possible embodiment, the method further includes:
(a) and receiving the selected enterprise to be queried, and sending a query request to the management and control platform.
In a possible embodiment, the electronic map of the patrol terminal can display the enterprise mark of each enterprise to be patrolled. The patrolman can click the enterprise mark, so that the enterprise with the query is selected, and a query request is sent to the management and control platform.
(b) And the receiving management and control platform sends patrol information corresponding to the enterprise to be inquired according to the inquiry request.
Specifically, the management and control platform can count the patrol information corresponding to each to-be-patrolled enterprise according to the position information and the patrol result uploaded by each patrol terminal. The patrol information comprises the identifier of the patrol personnel at the enterprise to be inquired at the current moment and the current patrol waybill number of the patrol personnel.
Through the steps (a) and (b), the patrol personnel can locate the workload ranking of the patrol personnel according to the workload of checking the colleagues, and therefore the working improvement is improved.
In summary, the logistics patrol monitoring method provided by the embodiment of the invention has at least the following advantages:
the invention combines the graphic code technology, utilizes APP (such as a mobile inspection system) installed on a working mobile phone of a logistics consignment inspector, can develop real-name acquisition and inspection of the logistics consignment industry in the simplest way, and initiates the supervision application of real-name acquisition and inspection of the logistics consignment industry. The system has the advantages of easy operation, good popularization and controllable management, is completely suitable for express delivery or logistics industry, and provides an optimal scheme for the practice of government-controlled logistics consignment industry. Through code scanning inspection, the system automatically judges whether the checked parcel waybill has real-name registration or not, the management efficiency is improved, and the data is recorded in detail and is documented, so that inspection becomes scientific and reliable. The hard requirement that the enterprise is automatically subjected to 100% real-name registration is supervised and urged by a spot inspection patrol mode.
