If the first user tag set meets the above conditions, it can be considered that the first user tag set can sufficiently represent the technical type of the user, and therefore, the accuracy of information push according to the current user technical type tag is high, and push can be performed based on the first user tag set.
If the second user tag set does not satisfy the above condition, it is determined that the first user tag set cannot sufficiently represent the user technology type, and therefore, in order to improve the accuracy of information push, it is necessary to further clarify the user technology type tag corresponding to the user.
In this embodiment, first preset type data of the user is obtained based on the user identifier, and the first preset type data of the user is analyzed based on a preset tag generation algorithm to generate a second user tag set corresponding to the user identifier. For example, the first preset type data includes user attribute information, historical release text information data, and historical access text information data corresponding to the user account. And determining the user technology type label of the user through the semantic analysis and the keyword extraction algorithm of the historical text information data, and further generating a second user table label set of the user. For example, the keyword extraction algorithm may be, but is not limited to, TextRank, LDA, TPR, jieba, TF-IDF, etc.
The processing and pushing module 130 is configured to retrieve data matched with the second user tag set from a preset storage path, sort the data matched with the second user tag set by using a preset sorting rule, use a sorting result as target data, and display the target data to the user through a preset display area of the client, where the target data includes data information in the one or more data management systems.
The preset storage path is a data center database, and the database further comprises all data in each system and total information such as labels corresponding to the data. After a second user tag set of the user is determined, all data used for matching with the second user tag set are pulled from a data center database, and the pulled data are preliminarily confirmed to be data related to the user technical type tag and can be recommended as related data. However, in order to make the pulled data more accurate or improve the user experience, the pulled data needs to be further processed.
In this embodiment, retrieving data matched with the second user tag set from a preset storage path, and sorting the data matched with the second user tag set by using a preset sorting rule includes:
acquiring the technical category label of the user, matching the technical category label with the technical category labels corresponding to the data information in the one or more data management systems, and screening one or more pieces of first data information matched with the technical category label of the user from the data information in the one or more data management systems;
acquiring second preset type data of the one or more pieces of first data information, determining each preset scoring factor data based on the second preset type data, and calculating the score of the one or more pieces of first data information; and
and sorting the one or more pieces of first data information according to the order of scores from high to low.
The second preset type data comprises comment information, release time information and text type (for example, original or forwarding information) of each piece of text information. The scoring factors include: forwarding times, comment number, praise number, trample number, release time factor (the earlier the release time is, the larger the factor value is), text type factor (the factor value corresponding to originality is larger than the factor value corresponding to forwarding).
The calculation formula of the score is as follows:

wherein i represents the ith scoring factor, si represents the ith scoring factor data, and ri represents the weight corresponding to the ith scoring factor.
In other embodiments, after the scores of the pieces of data information are calculated, a preset number (for example, 10 pieces) of data with the top scores may be selected for pushing, or data with scores higher than a preset score may be selected for pushing.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device implementing a data processing and pushing method based on scientific and technological achievement transformation according to the present invention.
The electronic device 1 may include a processor 12, a memory 11 and a bus, and may further include a computer program stored in the memory 11 and executable on the processor 12, such as a data processing push program 10 based on scientific and technological achievement transformation.
Wherein the memory 11 comprises at least one type of readable storage medium, and the computer readable storage medium stores thereon the scientific and technological achievement conversion-based data processing push program 10, and the scientific and technological achievement conversion-based data processing push program 10 can be executed by one or more processors 12. The readable storage medium includes flash memory, removable hard disks, multimedia cards, card type memory (e.g., SD or DX memory, etc.), magnetic memory, magnetic disks, optical disks, etc. The memory 11 may in some embodiments be an internal storage unit of the electronic device 1, such as a removable hard disk of the electronic device 1. The memory 11 may also be an external storage device of the electronic device 1 in other embodiments, such as a plug-in mobile hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like, which are provided on the electronic device 1. Further, the memory 11 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the electronic device 1. For example, although not shown, the electronic device 1 may further include a power supply (such as a battery) for supplying power to each component, and preferably, the power supply may be logically connected to the at least one processor 12 through a power management system, so as to implement functions of charge management, discharge management, power consumption management, and the like through the power management system. The power supply may also include any component of one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging systems, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and the like. The electronic device 1 may further include various sensors, a bluetooth module, a Wi-Fi module, and the like, which are not described herein again.
Further, the electronic device 1 may further include a network interface 13, and optionally, the network interface 13 may include a wired interface and/or a wireless interface (such as a WI-FI interface, a bluetooth interface, etc.), which are generally used for establishing a communication connection between the electronic device 1 and other electronic devices 1.
Optionally, the electronic device 1 may further comprise a user interface, which may be a Display (Display), an input unit (such as a Keyboard), and optionally a standard wired interface, a wireless interface. Alternatively, in some embodiments, the display may be an LED display, a liquid crystal display, a touch-sensitive liquid crystal display, an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) touch device, or the like. The display, which may also be referred to as a display screen or display unit, is suitable for displaying information processed in the electronic device 1 and for displaying a visualized user interface, among other things.

The data processing push program 10 based on scientific and technological achievement conversion stored in the memory 11 of the electronic device 1 is a combination of a plurality of instructions, and when running in the processor 12, can realize that:
receiving a login request which is sent by a user through a client and carries user authentication information, and verifying the user authentication information;
when the user authentication information passes verification, acquiring a user identifier in the user authentication information, acquiring mapping data of a predetermined user identifier and a user tag set from a preset storage path, determining a first user tag set corresponding to the user identifier, when the first user tag set does not meet a preset condition, acquiring first preset type data of the user based on the user identifier, analyzing the first preset type data of the user based on a preset tag generation algorithm, and generating a second user tag set corresponding to the user identifier; or when the first user tag set meets a preset condition, directly taking the first user tag set as a second user tag set; and
and calling data matched with the second user tag set from a preset storage path, sequencing the data matched with the second user tag set by using a preset sequencing rule, taking a sequencing result as target data, and displaying the target data to the user through a preset display area of the client, wherein the target data comprises data information in the one or more data management systems.
Specifically, the processor 11 may refer to the description of the relevant steps in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1 for a specific implementation method of the instruction, which is not described herein again.
Further, the integrated modules/units of the electronic device 1, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as separate products, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The computer-readable medium may include: any entity or system capable of carrying said computer program code, a recording medium, a usb-disk, a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a computer Memory, a Read-Only Memory (ROM).
In the embodiments provided by the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus, system, and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the system embodiments described above are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is only one logical functional division, and other divisions may be realized in practice.
The modules described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as modules may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.

receiving a login request which is sent by a user through a client and carries user authentication information, and verifying the user authentication information;
when the user authentication information passes verification, acquiring a user identifier in the user authentication information, acquiring mapping data of a predetermined user identifier and a user tag set from a preset storage path, determining a first user tag set corresponding to the user identifier, when the first user tag set does not meet a preset condition, acquiring first preset type data of the user based on the user identifier, analyzing the first preset type data of the user based on a preset tag generation algorithm, and generating a second user tag set corresponding to the user identifier; or when the first user tag set meets a preset condition, directly taking the first user tag set as a second user tag set; and
and calling data matched with the second user tag set from a preset storage path, sequencing the data matched with the second user tag set by using a preset sequencing rule, taking a sequencing result as target data, and displaying the target data to the user through a preset display area of the client, wherein the target data comprises data information in the one or more data management systems.

The method for pushing data processing based on scientific and technological achievement transformation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second user tag set comprises a technical category tag, the retrieving of the data matched with the second user tag set from a preset storage path and the sorting of the data matched with the second user tag set by using a preset sorting rule comprise:
acquiring the technical category label of the user, matching the technical category label with the technical category labels corresponding to the data information in the one or more data management systems, and screening one or more pieces of first data information matched with the technical category label of the user from the data information in the one or more data management systems;
acquiring second preset type data of the one or more pieces of first data information, determining each preset scoring factor data based on the second preset type data, and calculating the score of the one or more pieces of first data information; and
sorting the one or more pieces of first data information in the order of scores from high to low;
wherein, the calculation formula of the score is as follows:
S=∑si*ri
wherein i represents the ith scoring factor, si represents the ith scoring factor data, and ri represents the weight corresponding to the ith scoring factor.
3. The method for pushing data processing based on scientific and technological achievement transformation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving text information input and stored by the user, performing semantic analysis on the text information and extracting keywords;
determining a technical type label corresponding to the text information based on the mapping relation between the keywords and the label; and
and updating and saving the user tag set based on the technical type tag corresponding to the text information.
4. The method for pushing data processing based on scientific and technological achievement transformation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second user tag set further comprises a user type tag, the method further comprising:
acquiring historical user behavior data of the user at preset time intervals, and calling a target contribution value calculation rule corresponding to the second user label type, wherein the user type label comprises: personal and institutional users; when the user is a personal user, calling a personal user contribution value calculation rule as a target calculation rule; when the user is a mechanism user, calling a mechanism user contribution value calculation rule as a target calculation rule; and
and calculating the contribution value of the user based on the historical user behavior data of the user and the target contribution value calculation rule, and updating and storing the total contribution value of the user into the block link point.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second user tag set further includes a user-level tag, and the method further includes:
and acquiring the total contribution value of the user, determining the grade of the user according to the mapping relation between the total contribution value and the grade, and updating and storing the user grade label of the user.

7. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the second user tag set includes a technology category tag, and the retrieving data matching the second user tag set from a preset storage path and sorting the data matching the second user tag set by using a preset sorting rule includes:
acquiring the technical category label of the user, matching the technical category label with the technical category labels corresponding to the data information in the one or more data management systems, and screening one or more pieces of first data information matched with the technical category label of the user from the data information in the one or more data management systems;
acquiring second preset type data of the one or more pieces of first data information, determining each preset scoring factor data based on the second preset type data, and calculating the score of the one or more pieces of first data information; and
sorting the one or more pieces of first data information in the order of scores from high to low;
wherein, the calculation formula of the score is as follows:

wherein i represents the ith scoring factor, si represents the ith scoring factor data, and ri represents the weight corresponding to the ith scoring factor.
