2. The power transmission line production measurement plan operation and maintenance system of claim 1, wherein the data acquisition module comprises an acquisition unit, an import unit, and a communication unit, wherein:
the acquisition unit acquires relevant parameters of a production measurement plan of the power transmission line and then sends the parameters to the database module, the report generation module and the production inspection module through the communication unit to respectively store, generate a report and generate an inspection task;
the import unit divides and classifies a data table input by operation and maintenance personnel to obtain corresponding power transmission line production measurement plan related parameters, and then the data table is sent to the database module, the report generation module and the production inspection module to be stored, generate reports and generate inspection tasks respectively.
3. The power transmission line production measurement plan operation and maintenance system of claim 1, wherein the production inspection module comprises an analysis unit and an early warning unit, wherein:
the analysis unit is respectively connected with the data acquisition module, the report generation module and the database module, and the output end of the analysis unit is connected with the input end of the display module; the analysis unit compares the received power transmission line production measurement plan related parameters or production parameter report with preset power transmission line production measurement plan related parameters or production parameter report, generates a routing inspection task and displays the routing inspection task through the display module;
the input end of the early warning unit is connected with the output end of the analysis unit, and the output end of the early warning unit is connected with the input end of the display module; and the early warning unit generates early warning reminding information according to the comparison and analysis result output by the analysis unit and then sends the early warning reminding information to the display module for displaying.

The power transmission line production measurement plan operation and maintenance system of claim 1, wherein the system further comprises a query modification module, and the query modification module is connected with the database module; the query modification module calls corresponding power transmission line production measurement plan related parameters and corresponding production parameter reports from the database module according to query instructions input by operation and maintenance personnel, and then displays the parameters and the corresponding production parameter reports through the display module; and the query modification module calls corresponding power transmission line production measurement plan related parameters and corresponding production parameter reports from the database module according to modification instructions input by operation and maintenance personnel, modifies the related parameters and the corresponding production parameter reports and returns the modified related parameters and the corresponding production parameter reports to the database module for storage.

The power transmission line production measurement plan operation and maintenance system of claim 1, wherein the system further comprises an intelligent scheduling module, an input end of the intelligent scheduling module is connected with an output end of the production inspection module, and an output end of the intelligent scheduling module is respectively connected with input ends of the display module and the database module; the intelligent scheduling module is internally preset with a work plan of operation and maintenance personnel, sets and updates the work plan of the operation and maintenance personnel according to the polling task generated by the production polling module and the preset work plan of the operation and maintenance personnel, and then sends the work plan to the display module for displaying and sending the work plan to the database module for storing.

The operation and maintenance system for the production measurement plan of the power transmission line according to claim 1, wherein the display module displays the collected relevant parameters of the production measurement plan of the power transmission line, the production parameter report generated by the system and the inspection task in a three-dimensional chart mode.

The operation and maintenance system for the production measurement plan of the power transmission line according to claim 6, wherein the display module comprises a GIS map model, and the display module projects collected relevant parameters of the production measurement plan of the power transmission line, a production parameter report generated by the system and an inspection task in the GIS map model for display.

An operation and maintenance method for a production measurement plan of an electric power transmission line is applied to the operation and maintenance system for the production measurement plan of the electric power transmission line according to any one of claims 1 to 7, and is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1: collecting relevant parameters of a production measurement plan of the power transmission line and then sending the parameters to a report generation module and a production inspection module;
s2: the report generation module generates a corresponding production parameter report according to the acquired parameters and then sends the corresponding production parameter report to the display module;
s3: the production inspection module analyzes and compares the acquired parameters with preset parameters, generates an inspection task and sends the inspection task to the display module;
s4: and the display module displays the received power transmission line production measurement plan related parameters, the production parameter report and the inspection task.
9. The power transmission line production measurement plan operation and maintenance system of claim 8, wherein the production parameter report is labeled with a label, and the label comprises one or more of time, task type, task parameter, and patrol personnel.
