Background
The ventilation holes of the cigarette filter can effectively reduce the intake of harmful substances such as tar content and carbon monoxide in the smoke.
In actual production, the ventilation holes of the filter tip are easy to be blocked or the holes are not perforated, so that the ventilation rate of the cigarette filter tip deviates from the design value. The existing filter tip vent hole detection device can only detect the ventilation rate of the filter tip, but can not detect the blocking information such as the exact position and the number of the blocking vent holes, and is difficult to guide the improvement of cigarette rolling quality.
Therefore, how to provide a detection system capable of effectively detecting the blocking information of the filter ventilation holes is a technical problem to be solved in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide a new solution for a detection system that can effectively detect the blocking information of the ventilation holes of a filter.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cigarette filter vent detection system.
The system for detecting the ventilation holes of the cigarette filter tip comprises a dyeing gas generating device, a dyeing gas conveying device and a ventilation hole blocking information detecting device; wherein,
the dyeing gas generating device is arranged for generating dyeing gas;
the dyeing gas conveying device comprises a gas driving mechanism, a first gas conveying flue and a second gas conveying flue;
the gas driving mechanism comprises a smoke storage box and a driving unit, a first air inlet and a first air outlet are formed in the smoke storage box, and the driving unit is used for driving the dyeing gas in the smoke storage box to flow towards the direction of the vent hole blockage information detection device;
two ends of the first gas conveying flue are respectively connected with the dyeing gas generating device and the first air inlet, and two ends of the second gas conveying flue are respectively connected with the first air outlet and the vent hole blocking information detection device;
the vent hole blockage information detection device comprises a gas buffer box and a detection mechanism;

Optionally, the volume of the smoke storage box is larger than the volume of the gas buffer box.

As shown in fig. 1, the cigarette filter vent detection system of the present disclosure includes a colored gas generating device, a colored gas conveying device, and a vent clogging information detecting device.
The dyeing gas generating device may be used to generate a dyeing gas. The dyeing gas may be, for example, colored gas or smoke generated by sucking a smoke.
The dyeing gas conveying device comprises a gas driving mechanism, a first gas conveying flue 3 and a second gas conveying flue 4.
The gas drive mechanism comprises a smoke box 1 and a drive unit 2. The smoke storage box 1 is provided with a first air inlet 101 and a first air outlet 102. The driving unit 2 may be used to drive the flow of the coloring gas in the smoke box 1 toward the vent clogging information detecting device. The drive unit 2 may be, for example, a compressor.
Both ends of the first gas delivery flue 3 are respectively connected with the dyeing gas generating device and the first gas inlet 101. Two ends of the second gas conveying flue 4 are respectively connected with the first gas outlet 102 and the vent hole blocking information detection device.
The dyeing gas generated by the dyeing gas generating device is conveyed to the vent hole blockage information detection device through the dyeing gas conveying device.
The vent clogging information detecting apparatus includes a gas buffer tank 5 and a detecting mechanism.
The gas buffer tank 5 is provided with a second gas inlet 501 and a second gas outlet 502. The second gas inlet 501 is connected to the second gas delivery stack 3. The second air outlet 502 may be adapted to the lit end of the cigarette 01 to be tested. A buckle with a labyrinth ring can be arranged at the second air outlet 502 to realize the air tightness of the joint of the cigarette 01 to be tested and the air buffer box 5.
The pressure of the dyeing gas in the gas buffer tank 5 is greater than the pressure of the dyeing gas in the smoke box 1. The arrangement that the pressure of the dyeing gas in the gas buffer tank 5 is larger than that in the smoke storage tank 1 is beneficial to ensuring that the dyeing gas entering the cigarette 01 to be tested overflows fully.
The detection mechanism comprises a detection box 6, a cigarette plug 7 to be detected and an image acquisition unit 8. The detection box 6 is provided with a cigarette fixing port to be detected. The cigarette fixing opening to be tested can be used for being matched with the tobacco shred section of the cigarette 01 to be tested, so that the filter tip of the cigarette 01 to be tested is completely positioned in the detection box 6. The fixed mouth of the cigarette to be tested can be provided with a buckle with a labyrinth ring to realize the air tightness of the joint of the cigarette 01 to be tested and the detection box 6.
The plug 7 for the cigarette to be tested can be used for plugging the end face of the filter tip of the cigarette 01 to be tested, so that gas can efficiently overflow from the vent hole on the filter tip of the cigarette 01 to be tested.
The image acquisition unit 8 is installed in the detection box 6, and the image acquisition unit 8 can be used for acquiring image information of gas overflow on the filter tip of the cigarette 01 to be detected. The image acquisition unit 8 may be, for example, a high-speed camera. By analyzing the image captured by the image acquisition unit 8, the exact position and number of the plugged vent holes and the like can be obtained.
The system for detecting the ventilation holes of the cigarette filter tip can convey dyed gas to the cigarette 01 to be detected, and the blocking information is obtained through the image information of gas overflow on the filter tip of the cigarette 01 to be detected, which is acquired by the image acquisition unit 8, so that a basis is provided for improving the cigarette rolling quality.
In one embodiment of the cigarette filter vent detection system of the present disclosure, the volume of the smoke storage box 1 is greater than the volume of the gas buffer box 5 in order to improve detection efficiency.
Further, the pressure of the dyeing gas in the gas buffer tank 5 is 1.2 to 1.5 times the pressure of the dyeing gas in the smoke storage tank 1. This arrangement is advantageous in avoiding damage to the ventilation holes in the filter due to excessive pressure and in avoiding inefficient escape of gas from the ventilation holes in the filter due to too little pressure.
In one embodiment of the cigarette filter vent detection system of the present disclosure, the drive unit 2 is an air compressor.
In one embodiment of the system for detecting ventilation holes of a cigarette filter tip of the present disclosure, in order to better control the flow direction of the dyed gas, a first one-way valve 9 is disposed in the first gas delivery flue 3, and a second one-way valve 10 is disposed in the second gas delivery flue 4.
In one embodiment of the cigarette filter vent detection system of the present disclosure, the length of the first gas delivery chimney 3 is less than the length of the second gas delivery chimney 4 for better control of the flow rate of the dyed gas.
In one embodiment of the cigarette filter vent detection system of the present disclosure, the detection box 6 includes a ventilation plate 60. The ventilation plate 60 is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes 601 communicated with the outside, and the ventilation plate 60 is correspondingly arranged with the cigarette fixing opening to be tested. The provision of the air-permeable plate 60 facilitates more convenient and efficient control of the pressure within the detection chamber 6.
Further, in order to ensure that the dyeing gas entering the cigarette 01 to be measured overflows sufficiently, the gas pressure in the detection box 6 is smaller than the pressure of the dyeing gas in the smoke storage box 1. The gas in the detection box 6 is overflowed from the filter tip of the cigarette 01 to be detected.
Furthermore, in order to avoid damage to the vent holes on the filter tip caused by excessive pressure and avoid ineffective overflow of gas from the vent holes on the filter tip caused by too small pressure, the gas pressure in the detection box is 0.9-0.95 times of the pressure of the dyeing gas in the smoke storage box.
In one embodiment of the cigarette filter vent detection system of the present disclosure, the colored gas generating device includes a gas generating cigarette holder box 11.
The gas producing cigarette fixing box 11 is provided with a gas producing cigarette fixing opening and a gas outlet. The gas producing cigarette fixing port can be used for being matched with the filter tip section of the gas producing cigarette 02. A buckle with a labyrinth ring can be arranged at the gas producing cigarette fixing port to realize the air tightness of the joint of the gas producing cigarette 02 and the gas producing cigarette fixing box 11. The flue gas outlet is connected with the first gas conveying channel 3. The smoke of the cigarette is used as dyeing gas, so that the condition that the smoke overflows from the vent hole of the filter tip can be more reliably simulated.
In particular embodiments, the dyeing gas generator may also include a windguard 12. The air guard 12 may be provided in correspondence with the ignition end of the gas generating cigarette 02 so that the gas generating cigarette 02 continuously and stably generates smoke.
In one embodiment of the system for detecting ventilation holes of a cigarette filter tip of the present disclosure, in order to monitor the pressure of the system more conveniently, a first pressure detecting unit 13 may be disposed in the gas producing cigarette fixing case 11, a second pressure detecting unit 14 may be disposed in the cigarette storage case 1, a third pressure detecting unit 15 may be disposed in the gas buffer case 5, and a fourth pressure detecting unit 16 may be disposed in the detecting case 6. Each pressure detection unit may be, for example, a pressure sensor.

two ends of the first gas conveying flue are respectively connected with the dyeing gas generating device and the first air inlet, and two ends of the second gas conveying flue are respectively connected with the first air outlet and the vent hole blocking information detection device;
the vent hole blockage information detection device comprises a gas buffer box and a detection mechanism;
