In order to prevent the above phenomenon, the computer board and the periphery thereof need to be sealed, and therefore, an annular glue pouring groove is provided to surround the computer board at the inner side thereof. The sealing structure of the invention is provided with a plurality of wire passing grooves in the length direction of the annular glue pouring groove, the wire passing grooves and the glue pouring groove are arranged in a crossed manner so as to facilitate the lead to pass through, and the wire passing grooves and the glue pouring groove are arranged in an intercommunicating manner to guide the pouring glue in the glue pouring groove to flow into the wire passing grooves so as to realize the covering of the lead; in addition, the wire passing groove structure can also increase the uniformity of wire gluing, can further improve the sealing effect, and prevent water drops or water vapor from entering the computer board along with the gaps between the potting glue and the wires. The periphery of the sealing cover is provided with a folding edge which is bent towards the glue pouring groove, and the folding edge is inserted into the glue pouring groove to enable the sealing cover to be buckled with the mounting main body.
Other embodiments of this example are the same as example 4.
Example 6
In this embodiment, there is provided a washing machine to which the upper cover structure according to any one of embodiments 1 to 5 is applied.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. An upper cover structure of a washing machine, comprising:
a base (5) with a cover plate (4) on the top;
a display unit (2) disposed in the base (5);
the base (5) is also provided with a plurality of layers of sealing structures surrounding the display unit (2).
2. The washing machine upper cover structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the sealing structure comprises a plurality of layers of sealing grooves (1) surrounding the display unit (2), and the sealing glue poured into the sealing grooves (1) is adhered to the cover plate (4);
preferably, the outermost sealing groove (1) is arranged close to the edge of the base (5).
3. The washing machine upper cover structure according to claim 2, characterized in that connecting grooves (14) are provided in communication between the sealing grooves (1) of different layers, and the sealant introduced into the connecting grooves (14) from the sealing grooves (1) is adhered to the cover plate (4);
preferably, the extending direction of the connecting groove (14) points to the geometric center of the base (5).

The washing machine upper cover structure according to claim 3, wherein the sealing structure comprises a first sealing groove (11) surrounding the display unit (2), and a second sealing groove (12) provided along an edge of the base (5); preferably, the periphery of the second sealing groove (12) is arranged close to the edge of the cover plate (4).
5. The washing machine upper cover structure according to claim 4, wherein the base (5) side further comprises a hinge portion (3) hinged with the washing machine, and the sealing structure further comprises a third sealing groove (13) provided around the hinge portion (3);
preferably, the third seal groove (13) partially overlaps the second seal groove (12).

The upper cover structure of the washing machine according to claim 1, wherein the cover plate (4) is made of a light-transmitting material, the display unit (2) comprises a display screen arranged at the bottom layer and a sensor film arranged at the top surface, and the cover plate (4) and the display unit (2) are bonded through optical cement.

The upper cover structure of the washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the base (5) comprises a mounting body (51) having a display unit (2) on a top surface thereof and a decorative cover (52) assembled with a bottom surface of the mounting body (51), the bottom surface of the mounting body (51) being provided with a computer board (514) electrically connected with the display unit (2);
preferably, the installation position of the computer board (514) corresponds to the position of the display unit (2);
more preferably, the decorative cover (52) is provided with a detachable appearance cover (521) corresponding to the computer board (514).
8. The upper cover structure of the washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the bottom surface of the installation body (51) further comprises a glue filling groove (511) surrounding the computer board (514) and a sealing cover (513) covering the computer board (514) and sealing with the glue filling groove (511), the glue filling groove (511) is provided with a wire passing groove (512) crossing and communicating with the glue filling groove (511), and the wire of the computer board (514) passes through the wire passing groove (512).
9. The upper cover structure of a washing machine according to claim 7, wherein a mounting hole (6) for connecting the mounting body (51) and a decorative cover (52) is provided in the sealing groove (1);
preferably, the mounting hole (6) is provided in the second seal groove (12).
10. A washing machine, characterized in that the washing machine applies the upper cover structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
