Abstract
The on-line monitoring and alarming device of the gas carburizing equipment comprises a carbon potential signal output end of a carbon potential control instrument, a temperature signal output end of a carburizing furnace temperature control instrument, a temperature signal output end of a tempering furnace temperature control instrument, a rotating speed signal output end of a first rotating speed sensor for detecting the rotating speed of an atmosphere stirring fan, a rotating speed output end of a second rotating speed sensor for detecting the rotating speed of a quenching oil stirring fan, and a liquid level signal output end of a liquid level sensor for detecting the liquid level of quenching oil, which are connected with a signal input end of a controller through signal lines, wherein an alarming signal output end of the controller is connected with an alarming signal input end of an alarm through the signal lines; the controller receives signals such as temperature, carbon potential, stirring fan rotating speed and quenching oil liquid level sent by each device in real time, data comparison is carried out through a program which is compiled in advance in the controller, if data are found to be abnormal, an alarm is sent out through the alarm, field personnel are informed to process the signals in time, the qualified rate of products is improved, and the quality defect of batch products is avoided.
