Abstract
The invention provides a novel water-based concrete pipe pile release agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the novel water-based concrete pipe pile release agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: lubricating oil base oil: 20-40 parts; emulsifier: 5-8 parts; high molecular weight Polymer: 0.5-1.0 part; deionized water: 51-74.5 parts; the high molecular polymer is cross-linked polyacrylate. The emulsifier is triethanolamine oleate soap. The invention provides a water-based concrete pipe pile release agent with functions of softening and sticking skin and pitted surface, which provides an adhesive force between an isolation film and a mould through a mixture of a demoulding isolation component and a high-molecular polymer component, has detackifying and tearing force on the sticking skin and the pitted surface on a grinding tool in the use process, enables the sticking skin and the pitted surface to naturally drop, and finally solves the problem that the concrete pipe pile release agent is stuck with the sticking skin and the pitted surface.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete, and particularly relates to a novel water-based concrete pipe pile release agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Since the 90 s in the 20 th century, concrete pipe piles are widely popularized and applied in the national infrastructure projects, however, the appearance quality problems of pile body concrete sticking, pitted surface and the like frequently occur in the production of the concrete pipe piles, so that the quality of pipe pile products is influenced, construction project quality hidden dangers are brought to the use units of the pipe pile products, and even the durability of the pipe pile products is influenced. The invention provides a novel aqueous concrete pipe pile release agent with functions of softening scale and pitted surface, which fundamentally solves the problems of scale adhesion and pitted surface of the concrete pipe pile release agent.

In the invention, the crosslinking polyacrylate is a copolymer which takes acrylate as a monomer and is crosslinked into macromolecules through chemical bonds between macromolecular chains; triethanolamine oleic soap is a nonionic surfactant formed by amidating oleic acid and triethanolamine, is generally used as a finishing agent and a softening agent, is used as a metal cleaning agent, and can play a role in short-term rust prevention.

lubricating oil base oil: 25-35 parts;
emulsifier: 5.5-7 parts;
high molecular weight Polymer: 0.6-0.8 part;
deionized water: 55-74 parts.

6 parts of triethanolamine oleate soap;
0.7 part of crosslinking polyacrylate;

The invention uses lubricating oil base oil, and uses triethanolamine oleate soap and cross-linked polyacrylate as main film forming material of the release agent, so that the release agent has the characteristics of strong adhesive force, good release effect, scouring resistance, temperature resistance, repeated use and the like.
The preparation method of the novel water-based concrete pipe pile release agent is characterized by comprising the following steps of: firstly, weighing 20-40 parts of lubricating oil base oil, then respectively adding 5-8 parts of triethanolamine oleate soap and 0.5-1.0 part of cross-linked polyacrylate, uniformly stirring, then adding 51-74.5 parts of deionized water while stirring, and after adding the deionized water, continuously stirring for 20-40min to obtain a finished product.
Further, the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly weighing 30 parts of lubricating oil base oil, then respectively adding 6 parts of triethanolamine oleate soap and 0.7 part of cross-linked polyacrylate, uniformly stirring, then adding deionized water while stirring, and after adding the deionized water, continuously stirring for 20-40min to obtain a finished product.
The innovation points of the invention are as follows: the invention provides a novel aqueous concrete pipe pile release agent which can provide lubricating components and viscosity, and fundamentally solves the problem that the concrete pipe pile release agent is adhered with skin and pitted surface.
The novel water-based concrete pipe pile release agent is prepared from lubricating oil base oil, triethanolamine oleate soap, cross-linked polyacrylate and deionized water.
The invention provides a water-based concrete pipe pile release agent with functions of softening a sticky skin and a pitted surface, which provides an isolation film (a lubricating film) and simultaneously provides adhesive force between the isolation film and a mould through a mixture of a demoulding isolation component and a high polymer component, has detackifying and tearing force on the sticky skin and the pitted surface on a grinding tool in the use process, enables the sticky skin and the pitted surface to naturally drop, and finally solves the problem that the concrete pipe pile release agent is sticky skin and pitted surface.

Example 1
The novel water-based concrete pipe pile release agent is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
lubricating oil base oil: 20 parts of (1);
emulsifier: 5 parts of a mixture;
high molecular weight Polymer: 0.5 part;
deionized water: 51 parts of a mixture;
the high molecular polymer is cross-linked polyacrylate.
Further, the emulsifier is triethanolamine oleate soap.
In this embodiment, the cross-linked polyacrylate is a copolymer obtained by cross-linking acrylates as monomers into macromolecules through chemical bonds between polymer chains; triethanolamine oleic soap is a nonionic surfactant formed by amidating oleic acid and triethanolamine, is generally used as a finishing agent and a softening agent, is used as a metal cleaning agent, and can play a role in short-term rust prevention.

The preparation method of the novel water-based concrete pipe pile release agent is characterized by comprising the following steps of: firstly weighing 30 parts of lubricating oil base oil, then respectively adding 6 parts of triethanolamine oleate soap and 0.7 part of cross-linked polyacrylate, uniformly stirring, then adding deionized water while stirring, and after adding deionized water, continuously stirring for 30min to obtain a finished product.
Testing of Release agent Performance
Comparative example 1: commercially available aqueous concrete release agents;
comparative example 2: based on example 3, no crosslinked polyacrylate was incorporated, and the other components and preparation process were unchanged.
The release agents of examples 3 to 5, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2 were subjected to a release test for C30 general concrete in accordance with concrete article release agent (JC/T949-2005), and the results of the test are shown in the following tables.
