The emulsifier is triethanolamine oleate soap. The invention provides a water-based concrete pipe pile release agent with functions of softening and sticking skin and pitted surface, which provides an adhesive force between an isolation film and a mould through a mixture of a demoulding isolation component and a high-molecular polymer component, has detackifying and tearing force on the sticking skin and the pitted surface on a grinding tool in the use process, enables the sticking skin and the pitted surface to naturally drop, and finally solves the problem that the concrete pipe pile release agent is stuck with the sticking skin and the pitted surface.
